I highly recommend getting your vehicle fixed at this location. Specifically working with Eduardo Aguilar aka Eddie. My truck was hit 3 times in 6 months. This is heart breaking for me, as i baby my truck. Finding a good shop to trust is hard to find these days. I'm fortunate to have Eddie take care of me thru this whole process working with multiple insurance claims and multiple visits. He is a huge asset to Caliber Collision. I was very nervous to take my car anywhere since I love my car like it was a child of mine! I had to take it in because I was rear ended and I was told to go here by the insurance adjuster. Previously Capitol Collision, this is my second time working with them. I needed to get my car fixed after an unfortunate vandalism incident and processed a claim through AAA. I specifically asked to have my repairs done there because of my excellent experience last time. Once again, I'm extremely pleased with the service and efficiency of all the staff members. Roxanna was my customer service rep once again. By the time I dropped off my car, the paperwork and everything had already been set up. I just had to sign some forms, which took about ten minutes, Roxanna went over what damage was included in the claim, and then they gave me a ride to the nearby Hertz to get my rental car. Once they had my car, they sent me text message updates every other day to inform me of the progress on the work being done, and in exactly one week, my car was ready to be picked up. They really went above and beyond to take care of the damage on my car, and then some. :) Car was waxed and polished and looked brand new when I picked it up. During my visit to Caliber Collision, I had an amazing experience. Although I was there because of unfortunate circumstances, I appreciated everything that Caliber Collision offered. The employees here at the Hillcap location was more than welcoming. I was greeted with nothing but smiles, and it made the experience that much more great. Nema was very helpful. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure that my car was in tip-top shape before it was returned back to me. Nema really showed that he puts his costumers first and wants to make sure they are satisfied with the work that is done at Caliber Collision. My experience holds memories and extreme gratitude. Worst customer service ever!!! Girls at front desk are rude and lack manners. They hung up phone on us when we called. There was no communication as to the status of the car. Of course they found extra work to be done on our car! An orginal estimate of $2000, turned out to be a final charge of almost $3000. Never take your car here...they are awful!!! Don't waste your time. I would highly recommend replacing or retraining the front desk staff in a course on manners!!! read more

Was driving a friends car and got hit by a taxi last week. Damage was all cosmetic and taxi insurance company said to go take it for an estimate so they can cut the check to get it fixed. I've been here before so i knew where to go for a professional estimate. Plus its right near my old house so i know the area and it was easy to find. I made an appointment for friday (2 days out from when i called) and dealt with Savannah after i arrived, she was extremely helpful and explained the process and what to expect. She did a thorough inspection while i watched and even noticed a few things i did not see before. The entire appointment took about 45 minutes, but most of that was waiting around after i arrived while they help other customers. Once Savannah was assigned to me and introduced herself it was closer to a 20 minute estimate so it was kinda annoying to stand around for 20 min past my appointment time. i would recommend to friends, and do yourself a favor and ask for Savannah. She is courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and makes the repair process a bit more pleasant. read more

My driver's side back window was smashed in and the door was also dented when my 2008 Honda Fit was broken into. State Farm recommended Caliber Collision as one of the body shops on its list so I took my car there. Since my insurance contract includes a free rental car (you get what you pay for) I told Caliber to take their time since I wanted a good job, not to rush them. I picked up the car in about a week and I was very pleased with what I saw. Instead of just pulling out the door dent, the whole panel was replaced and, even matched the black paint on the rest of the car (which was faded on the rest of the car after ten years) but the finish was immaculate. Also they replaced the window tinting also matching the rest of the car. I appreciate that they took the same care and quality of work with my ten year old Honda that they would with a brand-new Mercedes. I would recommend this body shop to others and would also like to remark that a recommendation from State Farm is a plus, they are not the cheapest car insurance and have the better quality body shops on their list. read more

A tree fail on my car on may 6 2022. I contacted my insurance which is GEICO and they referred me to this shop . I dropped my car off on the 9th of may to get it estimated and told them to send me the estimate when they are done .they said they will have that by the end of the day for me . I didn't hear anything from them after that. the following day I got a text from my insurance adjuster saying that it's been approved and they will start working on it immediately. Then I called the shop to send me the estimate again because I have been waiting to receive that before they start working on it . I was very unhappy with their response because their answer for me not receiving the estimate was the insurance is the one that handles it and they already have been paid for the work. He ended up sending me the estimate but I was Very unhappy how everything was handled from the start so I decided to take my car to another shop . So I call the shop to pick up my car .they said that they have already disassembled my car within a day with out consulting me . they said they won't be able up put it back together and charged me 150 for disassembling my car with out my authorization. I was furious about the whole situation but I didn't wanna deal with them anymore so I just left it alone and got my car towed . The next morning the new shop that I got it dropped off said that it's missing bunch of stuff. I contacted the shop and told them what was going on and the response that I Got from Justin was that's what happens when you get your car towed to another shop then proceed to ask me about the name of the shop that I had it dropped off too then he made a smirky comment about how he never heard of them and to tell the shop to contact him . I brought my Benz E320 into Caliber Collision because they were one of the companies my insurance company approved for handling their claims. I was confident that Caliber would efficiently handle my damage claim, but I didn't realize how efficient they would actually be. When Salvador did his visual inspection, he noted the deep scratches I found near the tire well on the left passenger side of the car and a slight scratch near the door. He noted everything in his report, which he said would take about a week to repair. He made arrangements for the car rental to pick me up and we had a very nice Audi SUV rental car to drive while our car was in the shop. On Friday, Salvador called me to let me know that the work was completed on my car and that they were having it detailed. He asked me if I could pick it up on Saturday and he told me I could drop off the rental car at Caliber and that he would make arrangements with the rental car company to come pick up the car. I dropped of the rental car, paid my deductible, and when Salvador showed me the car, I could tell that the scratches had been removed and that everything had been painted and coated (he even remembered the scratch near the door). They even took the time to clean and detail it so it almost looked like a new car (even though it was from 2003). Caliber really takes the time and care to make sure that your car is repaired and the work was done right. I highly recommend their work. read more

Going in to service your car is never a fun errand plus so stressful trying to juggle your life once your car is in the shop. The office staff is hilarious and a tight group, you can tell by the way they support each other so naturally. My service advisor, Itzia was so very kind and considerate, kept me updated with every move the shop made and was available to speak with me over the phone to answer all of my questions (I had a lot), and even kept the A.C. on for me once my car was ready. As for my car, I hardly recognized her! Better looking then when I first bought her: the tires were spic and span, the windows crystal clear. My Tahoe got a hit and run I called my Geico insurance they guided me through the process and told me to go to caliber collision. When I arrived I went into the office the ladies in the front help me out and a gentleman named Eddie. He went through the whole process of how it was going to be fixed.Took about A week to get my Tahoe back, but through all this process they would sent me messages when the truck was getting service and kept me updated about everything.
