Came here for a quick dinner before a concert and did not disappoint. Pizzas come out so fast, so fresh and with homemade mozzarella.

This place is a hit or miss. This is my third or fourth time here. I need to be proactive and ask to be seated in the second room, we are always sat by the door and the cold air gets in and hits us straight on. The light above us kept flickering. Our order was taken quickly, however it took a long time to get. I am grateful they even offer it, but the price of vegan cheese, vegan meat, and gluten free crust on top of the pizza price is crazy high. When I got my pizza it was burned, and I felt guilty asking about it, so I ate it... Some times when I come here it is great, but other times it's not great. I didn't have to best experience this time, but there were something I could have done like ask for a different seat or spoke up about the burned pizza. We will still come back though.

I've have been visiting Cane Rosso for years, and this location remains my favorite. Our waitress was kind and helpful. The food was of course amazing. My family and I ordered the fried nuggs (mozzarella bites), the jabroni, chicken parm sandwich, two kids pizzas, and one kids spaghetti and meatballs. There were no complaints at our table!

Came across an ad on IG for 10.00 "any pasta" for Labor Day weekend so we decided to give it a try. Parking is a little difficult to find and surprisingly wasn't busy. There were some street meters available but wasn't sure if they were coin only, so we parked in a public structure which was 3.00 for the first 60 min (parking isn't validated). We were sat immediately and our server had just started her shift after not working for the week so she was unaware of the 10.00 any pasta deal. We started with the caprese salad app (15.00) which was served with arugula and tossed with balsamic vinegar and was very tasty. We both ordered the chicken parmigiana spaghetti which was a huge portion that came with two fried chicken parmigiana breasts. Overall, food was good but not excellent (reminded me of chain Italian such as Johnny Carino's). Service was good but not excellent, either, which prompted my 4 started rating. Not disappointed whatsoever though.

Best of the best. Lakewood. Authentic. Real pizza. Hand crafted. Brick oven fired. Great service, drinks, managers, wait staff. It's a wonderful place to take out of town visitors, or a family celebration. Date night. Specials. What's not to love?

We had a party of 35 and while our food took a while our server still delivered excellence through our entire stay! Thankful for his patience! Thanks Fernando! Food was great!!!! Thank y'all!

I just moved to Dallas and was in the mood for pizza, so I ordered from this place on DoorDash to try it out--I'd seen an influencer raving about it. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. The total came to $37 for a very small pizza (only a few dollars of that was the DoorDash fee), and it honestly tasted like a lower-quality version of Mod Pizza. I can appreciate that it's Neapolitan-style, but when the crust, sauce, vegan cheese, and vegan meat all resemble Mod's--but not as good--it's hard to justify the price, especially with a 3-topping limit and a size barely larger than Mod. I'm glad they offer vegan options, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. But overall, I'd rather go elsewhere--or just make pizza at home. I had just moved in and was in the middle of back-to-back meetings, so I thought I'd order a pizza. I'll try somewhere else next time.

I'll admit that I do not eat much pizza many times but this was a mindblower. If I lived in this area I would come here constantly to eat pizza. Our server was wonderful and helped me make some choices to pick. It was surprising when I asked him to help me decide on two different options and he said I could split the pizza in half and do both on one pizza. Wow. He was awesome. Both were super yummy but I will say the Honey one I wish I could eat every single night the rest of my life. Super delicious. Cool vibe in there too.

Always a pleasure to go to cane Rosso ! We took my bro in law and he was amazed at how good everything was. He said this was the closest to when he went to Italy twice and nothing in Dfw is similar. We tend to bring our out of town visitors to a cane rosso or when we're just visiting dallas. The food is always perfect no matter if you get the pasta or pizza. The brussel sprouts here are our favorite ever. It's always a must!

I love Cane Rosso and always enjoy their pastas and pizzas. Parking for this location is stressful and hard because there's construction and it's on a one way street. I made a reservation for 5 people but we didn't make it in time, but they had plenty of seating. The server was super nice and let us know the kitchen was backed up so it would take a little bit for our food to come out. Honestly, I felt like the food came out pretty quick. We ordered the Truffle Shuffle, Honey Bastard, Carbonara, and Amatriciana. I've had the Honey Bastard and Carbonara before and I love those dishes. I will say the Honey Bastard is kinda greasy and the slices are a little floppy. But the flavors of this pizza is so good, I look past that. The Carbonara is rich and creamy. The noodles have a nice bite to them and the sauce is so delicious. The Truffle Shuffle was yummy too. Less greasy but it was saltier to me. The Amatriciana was yummy. I really liked the bounciness of the noodles and how they coated the sauce. I do think it's odd to have bacon with a red sauce but I liked this dish a lot too.

Wow what a great pizza and EXCELLENT service by Jimmy. Jimmy has a memory of gold on how he remembers everyone's order without writing It down. I ordered the PBR (pepperoni, brisket, and roasted onions) super delicious. Inside is super clean including the bathroom. Thank you Jimmy for the best service and making dinner great with your awesome personality.

Every time I ask for Dallas recs, Cane Rosso is given as a suggestion, so I was very excited to finally be able to dine here. Parking is super annoying here, because what else can you expect downtown, but I'm sure the other locations have an easier time. But although we made a reservation for Friday at 7pm, it wasn't that busy so we definitely could have been seated right away without one. Better to be safe than sorry though, I suppose. Our server was so friendly, checking in on us and giving us updates on the kitchen's status. We ended up ordering: Carbonara - my fave of the two pastas we got! It was so creamy and cheesy. And not sure if I'm making this up in my own head and mouth, but kind of mushroomy as well. I love that we get to mix in our own yolk too. I don't know how authentic it was, but it sure was delicious! Amatriciana - I think red pasta sauce lovers will be a huge fan of this one. The sauce was really good and had a slight sweetness to it. And the pasta itself was so good. The shape was nice and thick and round. And super bouncy. Honestly if I didn't know it was pasta, I would have thought it was calamari. There's also some super thin and crispy pieces of bacon that give a really fun texture to the dish. Honey Bastard - if you like sweet and savory pizzas, this is your pick! It's cheesy, it's got honey, and it's got a bit of spice to it. Not enough to be labeled as spicy, but enough to give a little kick. The crust on this one , though, was a little more toasted, so I also wasn't as big of a fan because some parts tasted a little burnt. Truffle Shuffle - I'm a big mushroom and truffle fan so this was a no brainer for me. Even before you take a bite, you can smell the truffle. It's so creamy and mushroom, and you still get some meat in each bite, YUM! Overall, everything was really delicious. Although definitely on the saltier side, I was thirsty the rest of the night. But I saw some people order the cheesy garlic bread at other tables and it looked so good. As well as the salads. I would definitely come back to try those. But I would say, while prices aren't that bad, they are a bit higher than I expected.

Pizza was delicious and very affordable especially with their $10 deals! Crust was chewy and perfect!

    What is the parking situation?

Street and sparse! BUT there *is* a pay lot very very close by (like, 10-20 steps). When I go for lunch, and keep it under 2 hours, I can usually get away with not paying 😬🤫

Weird question but would you guys make a heart shaped pizza if a customer requested? And if so would I have to place this in advance or would the day of be okay? If not no worries !

First I am so sorry, for replying late. I am not sure on that one. You can call and ask for a manager on duty and go from there. Sorry, I am late replying back on your question. I also no longer work for that company.

    BYOB?? Corkage charge?

    No BYOB

    Do they deliver?

I don’t believe so, but they may have updated. Either way, you have options. I know Uber Eats will deliver, but not sure about DoorDash or others.

    Is there a gluten-free pizza?

I don’t think there is a “gluten free pizza” per se. However, they have gluten free dough as an option. If I remember correctly they will make any pizza on the menu with the gluten free dough for roughly $4 extra.

There is a sentence on CBD Provisions' Instagram that I want to read to you because it is doing a…read morelot of work in very few words. "A brasserie in boots." That's it. That's the whole thing. French discipline, Texas spirit, six syllables, no further explanation offered or required, and if you do not immediately understand exactly what that means the moment you walk into The Joule on Main Street then I do not know what to tell you except that the rosemary tallow fries are going to clarify things very quickly. CBD Provisions opened in 2013 as the Joule Hotel's in-house restaurant, became famous for a crispy pig's head carnitas that required you to pull strips of meat off an actual half pig's head at the table and tuck them into tortillas, which is a dish so committed to its own bit that it belongs in a museum, and then closed in July 2025 for a months-long renovation that brought in new culinary director Sezer Deniz. Deniz trained under Chef Jean Paul Naquin at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. He has twenty-plus years in Michelin-starred kitchens including Alinea in Chicago. He is now making breakfast tacos inside a hotel in downtown Dallas and I want to be very clear that this is a promotion. The room has exposed brick and wood floors and steel beams and mosaic tile and antique mirrors and railcar booth seating and a center banquette and stone tabletops, all of which sounds like it should be competing with itself but instead produces the specific feeling of a place that has been here long enough to know what it is. I sat at the bar, which is the correct place to sit, and ordered the short rib corn cake stack, which is braised short rib and avocado and two poached eggs and a poblano hollandaise and which arrives looking like the cover of a cookbook that does not exist but absolutely should. The poblano hollandaise is the detail I keep returning to. Not regular hollandaise. Poblano hollandaise. Someone in that kitchen made a decision to take a classical French sauce with two centuries of culinary tradition behind it and introduce it to a pepper from Puebla, Mexico, and what resulted is something that makes you look at regular hollandaise and think, you had potential, you just never reached it. I ate the entire thing and then contemplated ordering another one and then did not because I am a person with limits, technically. The CBD Provisions burger is a double smash with American cheese and grilled onion and house pickles and something called fancy sauce, which is a name I respect enormously because it is not pretending to be anything other than exactly what it is. It comes with rosemary tallow fries, which are the reason I will order this burger every time I come here for the rest of my life. Rosemary. Tallow. Fries. Three words that in combination produce something that should be legally classified as a controlled substance. French in method, Texan in manner. Boots and a brasserie. The Joule has been on Main Street for years and CBD Provisions has been feeding people inside it for over a decade, new chef and new tile floors notwithstanding, and it has figured out the thing that most hotel restaurants never figure out, which is that the goal is not to remind you that you are eating in a hotel. The goal is to make you forget entirely. I forgot entirely. The tallow fries helped.

The reservation required prepayment, was nonrefundable, just shy of $5k per night and required additional paperwork. This was my second time reserving this room in the past year. I flew in from Fort Lauderdale, stayed in a smaller suite the first night. The following morning, I was informed that the penthouse would not be available because the current occupant had an emergency and the hotel "was obligated" to allow them to remain. I was moved to a different penthouse, given a significant discount, and treated professionally by management. However, the issue was never the discount. The issue was that the accommodation I specifically selected, prepaid for, and planned my trip around was not honored. The Loft Penthouse was nice. The staff was courteous. But after traveling from Florida for a once-in-a-lifetime reunion, I left with the understanding that even a prepaid, nonrefundable reservation for a specialty suite may not actually be secure. That's something future guests should know when making their plans. What troubles me most is that this occurred during the FIFA Club World Cup, when Dallas was hosting numerous athletes, celebrities, executives, sponsors, and VIP guests. While I have no way of knowing who remained in the penthouse, it is difficult not to notice that a reservation I made nearly two weeks in advance, prepaid in full, and completed additional paperwork for was the reservation that was displaced. If the Penthouse and Loft Penthouse were truly equivalent accommodations, there should have been no issue relocating the guest who extended their stay to the Loft Penthouse rather than relocating the guest who had prepaid for the Penthouse nearly two weeks in advance. The partial refund that was offered, does not restore the experience that I booked and planned around. What I experienced was unfulfillment of a contractual obligation from the hotel's end while I kept my end of the contractual obligation. Whether I was the least important person in the room or simply the easiest to inconvenience - What was done cannot be undone.
