Absolutely laughable…read more I booked a service appointment for a specific time and a specific tire model and brand. I show up at the exact time for the service. The service manager, Sean OUM then informed me the specific tire model that they had booked that specific service appointment for me for, is not available. Of course not. You get baited into a business under a false and unavailable offer and when you show up, they switch and attempt to fleece you. He starts explaining away having lured me into their shop with a nonexistent product that is not with them with a beautiful tale that it is indeed available in the greater region, but not at their store. He then proceeds to switch the offer to a much more expensive alternative. Classic bait and switch fraud. I don't want to work with businesses that have drifted into baking fraud into their routine operation and corporate culture. I told him that they had lied to me by representing a product in the service that was not available. That highly offended him and he told me to leave immediately or he would call the police. I left immediately. No bait and switch for me.

I wouldn't even trust the "courtesy inspections" that come with the oil changes. I drive an old vehicle and last year I was quoted a massive $2300 for some critical+non-critical engine work (not engine replacement) and couldn't believe what I was hearing. I price checked with another local shop and that place quoted me only $1450 for that same job. After bringing this up to WW, they offered to cut back on some of the "recommended work" to bring the quote down to $1275. Once again I price checked with the other shop who quoted me only $700 for the exact same job. That's an 82% markup! All WW could do was offer a "generous" $100 discount and some lip service about how they "use only genuine OEM parts". If I wanted to get scammed I would've gone to the dealership. On top of all that, last year following a routine inspection, the WW team "recommended" additional brake work for $800 but their competitor just inspected my car today and said that I wasn't due for any brake work. So it's clear to me that WW is in the business of nickel -and-diming their customers while pretending they're just providing top notch service. Even if their oil changes are a little cheaper here, out of principle I refuse to provide them with any further revenue. They lure you in with the affordable oil changes and then squeeze you with all sorts of "highly recommended" but ultimately unnecessary services. I rarely have bad experiences as a customer but I deeply regret ever having patronized this establishment.

I am not sure if it cost more than my regular mechanic, but I was glad that I didn't have to make an appointment and was just able to wait. The reason why I am only rating them 4 stars is because when they changed the cabin air filter, they moved everything that was neatly organized in my passenger seat to get to the glove box. They ended up just throwing everything everywhere in my van. If they had just told me to move everything, I would have. I just wanted an oil change, but they told me there were other things that my van needed, and I said yes to everything they suggested. I did not know they would need to get into my glove box. I wish they had just asked me to move my things instead of making a mess. Other than that, my van drives wonderfully.

They started off amazing, but over the last 8 months have been sliding down hill, and are basically at rock bottom. This last time, I checked their website and Google listings. They both said SMOG services are offered, and specifically said, no appointments, head over (which I have been told MANY times by this place). So I show up, park in line, and a (very nice and polite) employee tells me that the person who does SMOG is off Monday and so they can't help me. I asked why the website doesnt list times or they don't set appointments and was told "we do not do anything with the website," and as he wasn't going to do anything for me, and I was clearly upset and he didn't want to actually handle a customer service situation, he decided to say have a nice day and walk away while I was in mid sentence and going to ask for a manager. My advice, it is no longer a reliable place to take your car. Go anywhere else pretty much! I know if I can find another CarMaxx certified station quickly, I will NEVER use this place again.

I have my oil changed there, both major and minor repairs, and I just had brakes (front and rear) replaced there yesterday. Tai has been servicing my cars for about 15 years now. However, I trust AAA and have been a member for quite sometime so I took my car in to be inspected at their Tully Road location. To make a long story short and after testing my car with lots of fancy diagnostic tools they told me I needed $3,924.07 in repairs including front and back brakes. Huh?! I asked what is "needed" rather than "recommended"? He quoted me around $2500. I politely told him I would go to my regular mechanic to take a look. I've been going to Tai/Tran at White Road Auto Service for decades and he has always been the most trustworthy person. Being a good old fashioned mechanic he looked under my car with a flashlight and deducted I needed my front brakes resurfaced. Then he checked under the hood and said I needed to top off my oil. Total cost $234.91. That's a difference of $3,680.16. Who do you think is going to be my forever mechanic?
