This was a different experience, mostly good but with some deficiencies based largely on food preparation preferences. For example, for Veal Marsala I greatly prefer well-pounded scallops of veal rather than veal off the bone. So, I opted for Veal Parmesan instead, which was good but still served with a bone. Said a server to me, "Aren't you going to eat the bone?" and I answered, "Why? Do I look like a dog?" "No," he replied. "Meat on the bone is the best part." So, I gnawed on the bone a little bit, and I concede that the meat I encountered was indeed tasty. But Diane reported that her Fettuccine Alfredo was slightly overcooked. Far more impressive than our entrees were the free preliminaries that were brought en masse to our table at the outset of our meal: a Bread Basket with Sesame Seed Bread and Tomato Focaccia, delicious Italian Salami, chunks of Parmesan, and Pickled Cauliflower, followed by light and golden Calamari Marco. Tortellini in Brodo Soup filled with Swiss Chard and Foie Gras was good but too salty. A Caesar Salad prepared tableside was very fresh with finely grated Parmesan Cheese spilled over the Romaine leaves like snow. A fine side was Potatoes Louie, soft and tender sauteed potatoes. We were warned by an assistant server that we were probably ordering too much dessert, and he was right. But we thought we were ordering individual desserts. It turned out that each of them could have easily served three or four diners. The four of us did ultimately each try different desserts in the end. They were Chocolate Cherry Blackout Cake, Vanilla Ice Cream, Carrot Cake, and Lemon Cheesecake. Each was an excellent example of the type of dessert it represented. Service was excellent. Our captain just forgot to bring requested Marinara Sauce for the Calamari besides the spicy aioli that was tasty enough that I no longer wanted any other sauce. Our dining room with a black and white checkered floor was crowded but still classy, and table seating was comfortable. Yet the noise level was so loud that it was difficult to carry on an easily understood conversation at our table.

Love the vibes in here and the food was delicious. You definitely need to make a reservation ahead of time as they get busy and are very popular. Everything was so good but by far our favorite was the spicy rigatoni, potatoes and the bread. We were not a fan of the broccoli and our steak was a bit chewy but everything else makes up for it. Definitely a fun culinary experience.

First time here. Got my reservations like a month in advance. They give you complementary Parmesan cheese, bread and salami and some pickled veggies. Everything was delicious! Reminded abit of a charcuterie board. We got 2 pastas. The vodka pasta. It was yummy. Probably my favorite vodka pasta I ever had. The other pasta we got is tortellini Al ragu. It was yummy! For dessert they give you complementary rainbow cookies(they were okay). The server was funny.

We had a great experience at Carbone in Las Vegas. I had previously visited their Dallas location and tried the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni for the first time, so I was excited to have it again, and it did not disappoint. The only downside was that it took a while to be seated, and there was a bit of a wait before our server greeted us and brought water. Aside from that, the experience was excellent. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was lively, and the overall dining experience felt special. If you're visiting Las Vegas, I definitely recommend checking out Carbone. Just be sure to make a reservation well in advance, as it's a very popular spot.

It feels like this place is so overhyped. I won't go so far as to say that it's bad. I mean the food was OK, especially if you factor in the price. Now I'm not one to shy away from a decently expensive meal at a place of this price range, but with a place of this price range I expect a certain level of quality. This place fell short. The Veal Parmesan was OK. Flavorful enough, tender enough, but lacking severely in crisp. The complementary breads were fine; I enjoyed the variety. The Caesar salad was INTENSE, like almost TOO intense. I will say that the spicy rigatoni was pretty good although I wish it was a tad more spicy. But an expensive pasta with no protein does have you questioning the worth. I can't complain about the service, I don't recall there being any issues. The vibe to me is like kind of classy old school Italian. Although it's kind of loud in some rooms, the back room where we were at wasn't so loud and crowded.

Great Italian food and positive dining experience from start to finish. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the flavors were rich and authentic, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable. Easily one of the best Italian restaurants I've visited in Las Vegas, and I'll definitely be back.

The ambience was old-school fancy, but never came off as stuffy. Service was attentive, done with a sincere passion to bring every diner a great experience. - The salads are huge, delish, and would easily feed 2-3. - I tried one of their signature items, spicy rigatoni with vodka sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed this dish, which was perfectly al dente and layered with rich, vibrant flavors. - Shared the Torta di Nocciole with my wife and we both loved it. This dessert is emblematic of the Carbone experience: big, bold, maybe a little excessive, and an absolute must-try on your next Vegas trip.

I'm a big foodie and have dined at many fine dining restaurants in Las Vegas, and this was one of the worst service experiences I've had. We had a 9:15 reservation but didn't receive our entrees until after 11:30PM. We were informed nearly an hour after ordering that one of the dishes was unavailable, and another order came out completely wrong. Interestingly, the only thing that arrived quickly were our $350 bottles of wine. My wife didn't enjoy the food and I was left with a sour taste because our entire order was wrong. Inattentive staff ... overpriced subpar food.... GLORIFIED OLIVE GARDEN.

Carbone is an absolute must. From the moment you walk in, it delivers that classic Italian feel elevated, nostalgic, and full of energy. Service is impressive Dougie is a delight. The salmon is easily in my top three best preparations I've ever had perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The bread service and salami service are both fantastic and set the tone right from the start. Desserts are iconic and live up to the hype, and the cocktails and wine list are just as impressive everything feels thoughtfully curated and spot on. It's a smaller interior, so definitely book well in advance it fills up fast for a reason. Overall, a flawless experience and one I'll be thinking about for a long time.

I really enjoyed the food here - maybe I had high expectations but I've heard a lot of good things and don't often eat good italian food. For starters, the welcome bread, cheese and salami are incredible...especially the focaccia with tomato sauce. It was hard to resist not eating it all up! We also got the caesar salad which was served tableside. It was a fun experience to see them mixing it - the salad itself was pretty regular... tasty, but not phenomenal. For the main, the vodka sauce rigatoni was a must and we got the veal parmesan as recommended by our server. Pasta was amazing. I don't know about any one else but I thought it may have been the best vodka sauce pasta I've had. Just the right amount of spice. I really enjoyed it. The veal was also great - although a little pricey so I don't know if I'd order again. But the portion sizes were huge and it could feed 2, maybe even 3 people. I'd definitely come back to dinner again.

This is one of those restaurants I've had bookmarked for quite awhile but never made time for it or had other plans. But this time I made it a priority just to check it off my list. Going to make it short.. would I come back, probably not. It's checked off my list and its not one of those places I must come here every time I'm in Vegas. Pricey? Yes, but when its good I don't paying.. only thing i did mind was the $10 meatball! Was a bit dry and was better not ordering it. But pasta was very good!

    Juliann T.

The ambiance is great. Our server was very kind. They start you with an assortment of breads, salami and pickled veggies. The star of the show is of course the spicy rigatoni. Will come back!

Another early dinner celebration at Carbone. The service was excellent and friendly throughout. We told them we had a show to catch, and they timed all the dishes (including dessert) perfectly. I appreciated them taking the initiative to divide the pasta in advance and adding a birthday candle to the dessert. I also loved the decor and ambiance. Surprisingly, I found the spicy vodka pasta ($38) just alright--good, but not mind-blowingly so. However, I really liked their meatballs ($28), the welcome bread, and the lemon cheesecake ($18). The linguine ($46) was very well made; I just wish it included more clams. Will recommend for special occasions, and I'm curious to try out their mains (steaks and veal parmesan) next time.

I've been to a lot of great restaurants over the years, and I can honestly say our waiter was the best I've ever had. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect without being over the top. The food came out incredibly fast, in about five minutes, which was a huge plus because we arrived hungry. It's rare to get such quick service without sacrificing quality. I was there with my wife and our kids. The kids loved their pasta dishes, and I had the filet mignon tartare and a Margherita pizza. Both were absolutely delicious. You can really tell they use high quality ingredients, and everything was fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere was lively, fun, and comfortable for families, and the prices were completely reasonable for a restaurant of this quality in Las Vegas. This is definitely a place I'll be coming back to every time I'm in Vegas. I highly recommend Mother Wolf to anyone looking for amazing Italian food, excellent service, and a great overall experience. A special thank you to Dutch, the best waiter in the restaurant. No Italian food anywhere this good since Felix Trattoria in LA opened with the glassed in humidified Nonna Room where Chef Evan wielded his chitarra and made Sausage Tortellini with his sausage fingers. Felix was the Italian version of the glass Dumpling cage at Din Tai Fung where the 18 year olds made 18 folds all Din Tai day. Many Italian Restaurants use store bought Pasta. It's an acceptable Chef cheat. Some even go to the trouble to buy Bronze Dye Extruded dry Pasta as it pits the Pasta to help absorb Sauce. Here, the Pasta is all made by hand. (Renta Nonna?) All hands on deck and on the Rigatoni. There is a discernable difference especially when the fresh handmade Pasta is cooked quickly to keep it as toothsome as Ferraro's does it. The Decor: Rich, warm, welcoming, earthy and understated elegant. So, no warehouse close out of Majolica Pottery. The Hostess will greet you as if you were really someone she'd like to sit next to at Thanksgiving. This place is located off The Strip in a Strip Mall and thankfully no street stripper cajoling you to take a photo with her/him for a ten-spot. The Bar: As full as a Bar can get with some of most anything you can order to go with anything you can pick from the ambitious menu, and the wine list is heroic. Overwhelmed by the signature Cocktails I finally picked a Drunken Strawberry with a little push from Ivana the wonderful Server who cared for me like the first night with an adopted pound puppy. My drink had Porter's Tropical Old Tom Style Gin, Chamberryzette (Strawberry Aperitif), Aperol, and Fabbri Fregola (Strawberries in Syrup). It leaned sweet, and two more would have had me leaning in the street. Within minutes Fabio the "Bread Boy" offered a tray of complimentary warm Rustic Rolls which were favuloso along with rectangles of Foccacia. The House made Tapenade was meraviglioso. The Staff: Ivana was as warm as the beautiful Rustic Rolls. She was charming and genuinely concerned about every detail to insure that all her guests enjoyed everything they selected from the huge menu. And they all did. Who's here? Locals, regulars, expats all dreaming of what they ate every Sunday at their Nonna's kitchen table. Of course there were a few turisti who ventured off The Strip which rivals Bourbon St. and Times Square for being a rip. You'd have to know this wonderful place is here and now you do. The Food: It is simply not possible to make a mistake or bad choice here. The food is exceptional. The Ravioli with a chunk of Beef Cheek inside was brilliant. This could've been a main course. The Arancini Cacio e Pepe was the size of a Rawlings Baseball only much easier to chew. It's a Black Pepper and Pecorino-Romano Cheese Rice Ball breaded and fried then topped with a Truffle Cream Sauce laced with flecked and bits of Black Truffle. (Ask for a side of Crestor). While crisp is America's favorite flavor, apparently, it's Italy's too. Crunchy and creamy these were beyond delicious. Finally, the third appetizer took a bow. Crudo di Coda Ricciola (thin slices of Yellowtail), with Fennel, Hazelnuts, Capers, Calabrese Chili Oil and a drizzle of White Balsamic Vinegar. This was more than just fish. It's more than you could wish for, capeesh? My Caesar was good enough to hail. Creamy, Garlicy Dressing with just a hint of Anchovy and Toasted Bread Crumbs replacing soggy Croutons. Lovely. The Lobster Aragosta (like saying Shrimp Scampi), was pried out of it's shell (like a debutant at her first dance) tableside with the expertise of a trauma surgeon. The Pasta was perfect, nice and spicy, and coiled attractively with a fork in a ladle and more than enough for four hungry Construction Workers. Lobster in unskilled hands is often bouncy and rubbery. Not this one, it was tender, slightly transluscent, sightly briny and half buried in the Fresh Pomodoro Sauce. I ate way more of this delicious Pasta than I had any right or ability to. It was addictive with one bite. So, yes it was worth the 4 plus hour schelp from LA to get here. Ferraro's is the Ferrari of Italian Cuisine (a bitaly of Italy for sure) and might just be the true home of home made Italian food in the Country...any Country.

The food was delicious and dessert was a hit as well. The dining area indoor and out was nice. Allen was our server but a bit too comfortable and overwhelmed. We were informed that bread with EVOO would be brought to the table but unaware of the limitations. Like seriously, we received two choices and the option of 1 piece and the bread was whisked away. We asked for more bread and our beverages. I would truly like to visit another day at happy hour.

That just doesn't happen that often, so wife and I came - minds and mouths BLOWN AWAY! Cute place WAAY off the Strip but in a strip mall. (reservations needed) PEOPLE: Albino and Erma are the best, with their son also taking care of you. You literally sit five feet from Albino (pic) as he whips out THE BEST ITALIAN CUISINE IN VEGAS! (no caveats) FOOD: Los Olivos salad, sinful bread, super-light calamari, 'made-to-order'(?) lasagana, the lamb (pic), and a shrimp scampi that *stunned* my very culinarily experienced spouse are not to be missed‼ Besides my insane same-day-flights visit, Shar and I also did a w/e in LAS and ate here *both nights*!! Completely diff but fabulous meals. Like I said, believe that gives my review creds - trust me :D p.s. Almost forgot: bring your fav bottle of vino - no corkage

This was my first time at this location. I have dined at the Peoria local quite a few times so I…read morewas excited to try this one. We were seated as soon as we walked in. We had reservations at 5pm so it wasn't busy yet. The dining was very nicely furnished. They have about the same amount of seating on the patio as in the dining room with a bar and high top tables in the middle. I asked if the White Truffle Garlic Bread could be made gluten free. I was so happy to hear that they can. I felt like I had died and gone to cheesy heaven.before I developed my wheat allergy I ordered garlic bread anywhere it was in the menu. It's one of my favorite foods. So when I say theirs is quite possibly the best I've ever had in my life, it means something. We ordered family style for the entrees. We ordered the Bolognese Pappardelle, Strozzapreti, Ricotta Cavatelli( subbed gf pasta), Chicken Scarpariello and Short Rib Lumache. They were all absolutely delicious. Dessert did not disappoint either. We ordered the Brookie sundae and the Tiramisu. I couldn't have the Tiramisu but I was told that it was great. The Brookie sundae was a fun dessert. It came with vanilla, pistachio and chocolate gelato, whip and some sort of cake on the bottom. I didn't go all the way down because of my stupid allergy again. The gelatos were all good. It came with a side dish with strawberries and nuts and little chocolate balls. I can't wait to go back again. Next time I'll tell the rest of the table to get their own garlic bread so I don't have to share mine. I'll have dreams about that bread. So heavenly!!!!

Out of everything we ordered, my favorites were the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Chicken Pesto, and the Pepperoni Pizza with Hot Honey. The Chicken Pesto was a little more lemony than I expected, but I would still order it again because it was very good. The Spicy Rigatoni Vodka had the perfect amount of spice not too spicy, but enough to give it great flavor. The Strozzapreti and White Truffle Garlic Bread were not my personal favorites, but my family really enjoyed both of them. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were great, and I would definitely come back.
