This was my first time here around 1:30 PM on January 13, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. There were three employees on the line. (I believe Liv, Mone, Mason), every single one of them was beyond kind and patient. They all took the time to share their favorite combinations, walking me through options and helping me create the perfect bowl. The girl in the middle especially encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try new things I normally wouldn't, and I'm so glad I did it completely elevated my experience. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care honestly made my whole day. You can tell they truly enjoy helping customers and want you to leave happy. Very disappointed in this location, went in around 6:15pm and they were out of: spinach, romaine lettuce, pickled onions, corn, and 2 other things my husband wanted. They only had 1 serving of falafel left which they served me and it was cold and clearly had been sitting there a while. The place was fully staffed mind you and they didn't offer to let me wait while they restocked they just said nope don't have it with an attitude of take it or leave it. I have no idea if they decided to actually work and restock all the items they were "out of" or what they did for the rest of the people who kept coming in while we ate since they had 2 more hours before close. This is a location I never want to visit again because of the worst customer service. Even though it had already been open for 10 minutes, they kept customers waiting and were having a team meeting among themselves, not caring at all that customers were waiting, and they didn't even greet us. There is an Arab woman working there, and her service is absolutely terrible. She gives so little food that you can practically see the bottom of the bowl. Food: quality of food here is top tier. They have amazing sauces, fresh toppings, and even fresh meats/ potato options for vegans. It's a Mediterranean chipotle and I honestly like it better than chipotle. Service: it's fast food, but it's fresh and high quality. Cava is a perfect takeout when you're on a rush I walk in there. I see the chicken grilling so it looks fresh and the food there is just as good I get seated at a table after ordering your make your own bowl which is so my favorite and also there's pita chips they're so crunchy and they have different flavors for each season this season. They had sour cream and onions and I just adore it so much. It taste so delicious and I love it because if everything there is healthy, they use olive oil. They don't use any fake junk and it's a perfect meal for when my kids have to go so quickly food and I can't make food The place looks clean and the people are just good. Nothing special just your normal worker but other than that everything there is amazing I really recommend, because their food there is very healthy and it's just so delicious. CAVA used to be my favorite spot over Chipotle and their garlic sauce was where it was at. Lately the past 3 times!!!! 3 times never had garlic sauce ever. They always say the same thing, "oh it's sold out". I gave CAVA three times and failed me all three times. The food is very good! Sometimes it seems like service is slow. They also seem to run out of a lot of my favorite sauces and sides. Not sure why that is but it happens a lot at this location. After trying out the local CAVA near me, I decided to try it again, but on the way home at this location! The service was very helpful and quick and we were able to get our bowls within 5 minutes, even with a full line. The dining area is a good size, but needed some cleaning of the tables, as we were not able to find a clean surface, but that's fine. The bowls themselves were delicious. My bowl included super greens, brown rice, red pepper hummus, harissa, tzatziki, grilled chicken, roasted sweet potato, tomato and cucumber, Persian cucumbers, red onion, roasted corn, crumbled feta, balsamic date dressing, and yogurt dill. I have to say that it is just delicious and a different bowl each time, so I will definitely come back for more. read more

Came in and stood in line for 10 minutes while we watched 1 man help out the customers and 2 girls stand in the back when they could have been helping. One of the worst Cava's in the area. The food is ok, what's wrong is the management. They're always out of something when I come here. They have no sense of urgency when they make orders. You'll stand in line and no one will address or acknowledge you while they focus on mobile orders as the line in store backs up. This is a consistent problem that needs to be addressed. The management needs more training here or fired and bring someone new in that knows how to run this place. I really enjoy Cava but stay clear of this one until they resolve these issues. read more

Absolutely ridiculously small portion sizes for the exorbitant prices they charge. The employees all have miserable attitudes and act like they're being inconvenienced by your very existence. My job is 10x harder than scooping food into a bowl and I still am polite to clients. Absolutely disgraceful. Cava needs to change their portion sizes back to actually filling up the bowl instead of minuscule scoops for everything. The reason being it used to be two pita bread per bowl and the staff said just one now any more is extra... he gave me a tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny scoop of rice and I asked for a little more and he said I need to pay extra for a little more rice.. It was outrageous!! I just walked out.. we usually buy 3-4 bowls for the whole family... needless to say I am never going back again.. they become so stingy on giving the right proton and charging most $20 per bowl and just half full of the bowl.. it's just not reasonable.. they used to be a lot better on the proton... it's wrong what they are doing and not going to eat there anymore... not the way to do business!! read more

Not sure what has been going on with this place lately. Very disappointed. Bowls are now tiny and less then half way filled. The guy was scraping the bowl of veggies before I asked him to get a fresh bowl since that one was clearly out. The portions are skimpy to put it mildly. They will also tell you that pitas now only come with 2 spreads instead of the normal 3, but the app still allows 3 so not sure what that is about.
