This service in this restaurant is absolutely horrific not to mention the portions have increasingly shrunk overtime. It's a nightmare at lunchtime. I've never felt the need to complain about a fast-food restaurant--until now. In fact, I don't even think I have ever left a 1-star Yelp review before... I placed an online order at 11:00 AM for a scheduled pickup at 11:15 AM. I arrived right on time. At first, I didn't mind waiting a few minutes, but after 30 minutes had passed, I felt the need to speak up. There were at least seven employees working--possibly more--but only one person seemed to be handling online orders. Meanwhile, walk-in customers were being helped immediately, some receiving their food within minutes of walking in. It was frustrating to see employees standing around at the register with no one in line, restocking cups, and tending to tasks that could have waited, while online orders were clearly falling far behind. Why wouldn't more staff be assigned to handle the backlog of online orders, especially during the moments when the front counter was idle? It seems only fair--and logical--that customers who placed their orders well in advance shouldn't be left waiting while others who just walked in are served first. What's worse is that this isn't an isolated incident. This happened to me a few weeks ago at the same location. I let it slide then, thinking it was just a bad day. But after it happened again today, I'm genuinely frustrated. read more

I had a special request to keep all of the hot ingredients separate from the cold ingredients because I had a long drive ahead of me and didn't want my food to become soggy. The dining area is a good size, but needed some cleaning of the tables, as we were not able to find a clean surface, but that's fine. The bowls themselves were delicious. My bowl included super greens, brown rice, red pepper hummus, harissa, tzatziki, grilled chicken, roasted sweet potato, tomato and cucumber, Persian cucumbers, red onion, roasted corn, crumbled feta, balsamic date dressing, and yogurt dill. Very disappointed in this location, went in around 6:15pm and they were out of: spinach, romaine lettuce, pickled onions, corn, and 2 other things my husband wanted. They only had 1 serving of falafel left which they served me and it was cold and clearly had been sitting there a while. The place was fully staffed mind you and they didn't offer to let me wait while they restocked they just said nope don't have it with an attitude of take it or leave it. I have no idea if they decided to actually work and restock all the items they were "out of" or what they did for the rest of the people who kept coming in while we ate since they had 2 more hours before close.
