Wow. Love the food but the customer service SUCKS!!! And I blame the manager directly. Went in tonight, got order to go, got home and no pita chips. As was supposed to come with the order. I called, someone immediately answered the phone, told him what happened, he says I'll put you with our manager. I hear him telling someone what happened with my order...then the line goes dead. Ok, I call back. No answer this time. I call back 4-5 times...never answered again. Wow. They are actually avoiding my call. And no...it's not due to busy-ness. They're about to close and don't want to deal with me. This is deplorable. I expect this to be made right. What could have been resolved with a quick phone call with the manager has now turned into my contacting CAVA Corporate and letting them know how this location is being run. Too bad. read more

Don't go to this location. The staff is rude & the wait/line is always so long because the employees have no sense of urgency. They close at 10 and one night I went in at 9:00pm and asked for lentils. I went to my car to start eating and the lentils were super hard like rocks. I went back in to get a replacement and this older blond lady told me "we ran out, we can't do anything about it. that's what happens when you come in super late at night." Very rude. This was my second time getting Cava first time was at a different location but I had an enjoyable experience. This time around however I didn't appreciate having to ask the worker to use a spatula to spread my dip on my pita wrap she literally was trying to smush the pita together to make the dip spread around the pita and then that's when I asked her to use spatula. Then she proceeded to make my pita in her hand instead of laying it flat to get an even portion on my pita. It was to the point where the toppings were spilling over into other toppings because she was not doing it on the flat surface so I found that very odd and strange. Overall this location has been my least experience so far and I probably won't be back at this location. read more

Cava oh how you never disappoint me! I am a pita lover Greek food lover and Mediterranean in my head! I love all things vinegary (if that's a word) and spicy. Unfortunately they were out of tzatziki sauce but I topped bowl with the dill sauce & added cucumber salad I couldn't tell the difference. I prefer building my own bowl over the bowl choices you can't go wrong and can eat something different each time. Did I mention the teas? The flavor so poignant! Cava is one of my favorite quick lunch spots to grab a healthy meal. I always get the grain bowl with chicken and a side of pita chips (they're the best part). Everything has always been really fresh, fast, and hot! My only critique is that the few times I've ordered Cava delivery, the portions have been 1/4 of what you get when ordering in person. read more

However this is literally the only location I go to because it's well managed, always clean, and people like Marquesa make my experience great. She has a great personality and attitude. Incredibly disorganized assembly line. The employees all looked stoned and were moving as slow as molasses. On top of that, there didn't seem to be a clear division of labor between the assembly line workers. They kept getting tangled with each other and stepping on each other's toes. While I am writing this, I have already been in line for 25 minutes, and there are still with people in front of me. At the rate these workers have been processing customers, I will probably in line for another 10 minutes. A wait this long is unacceptable for a lunch place.. me and everyone else here have a limited lunch break. read more

Horrible attitudes and make you feel as though you're inconveniencing them by ordering your food! I cannot count a time when the protein has actually been hot or room temperature to say the least. I placed my lunch order just after 8 AM, for a 11:45 AM pickup. The food wasn't ready until 20 mins past the promised time, it was not prepared with all the ingredients I asked for, and pita was not included despite being a part of my order. (I ended up having to drive back to the restaurant to get pita.) In speaking with others waiting for pickup, some had been waiting for over 30 minutes for pickup. Judging from other reviews, this is a trend for this CAVA location. While the front counter seemed to be funneling customers through quickly, those of us waiting for online orders had to watch a staff member (presumably the manager) through the kitchen window filling up sauce/dressing bottles and other tasks that quite frankly should be done before business hours... Please focus on serving your customers when they're present! Despite missing ingredients, the food was decent, though it was cold. I probably will not be back given this experience. (This was my first visit!!) If you're planning on picking up food on your lunch break, don't bother unless you have an hour to burn. read more
