Me and my friend went for lunch. We sat outdoors in their backyard area. You get a view of the hotel pool. We started off with the calamari, then I had the pasta with the bolognese sauce and finished strong with the tiramisu. I also had a coffee drink but I'm forgetting what. Service was great. Our server was sweet and attentive. My friend accidentally knocked over her glass when she stood up to go to the restroom and the servers were so accommodating. Immediately rushed over to clean up the mess and didn't say another word about it. Beautiful location, good food and great service. Zero complaints. read more

This has to be one of my favorite restaurants in Miami. They are consistent every time with the quality of the food and service. It's inside the Soho hotel so it's great way to see the little boutique hotel and have some great food. The whipped ricotta with truffle honey is to die for. My two favorite pastas of all time are the lobster spaghetti and the truffle agnolotti. The outside courtyard is so nice and is always lit up with lights around the trees. Visited it during COVID in April 2021 and the first place in Miami that follows COVID guidelines and servers are wearing their masks correctly. Food is delicious and good quantity, priced well. Overall, I felt as though the food was quite bland/underwhelming. The pasta I ordered had no strong flavor. My boyfriend ordered the filet mignon which was cooked perfectly and seasoned well, but the potatoes lacked any flavor. The mushroom sauce that came with the dish was pretty good though. The portions are definitely not large either, as we had no leftovers. We finished off by splitting a piece of tiramisu which was lovely. Our waitress was nice and pretty attentive. A 20% tip is automatically added to the bill. The best thing about this place is the ambiance for sure, but we agreed we do not think we will be returning. Note: Me and my boyfriend came here for our anniversary and noted this on our reservation. We didn't get as much as a 'Happy Anniversary' from the host. I've been a few times for dinner and the food is always delicious, but I decided to try their Soho friends hour menu at the bar before my meeting. The bar was pretty full but a few chairs were open. The bar tender quickly greeted me and helped me move a few spots to the end of the bar so I was squished up against a couple on a date lol. Next I asked for the special menu (you have to ask). It's speciality priced food and drinks from 5:00pm-6:30pm. I got the truffle tots and a glass of Prosecco. I would give the experience 5 stars but it was over 30 minutes waiting for these tots, my neighbor got his food before me and ordered after me a whole entree vs my tiny side. The tots were amazing and came with a delicious aioli. The bar tender apologized for the wait and then I closed out and saw I overcharged as well lol. Honestly I was late for my meeting at this point and didn't have time to discuss it. I'll try again and report back. read more

WORST HOSTESS AWARD: Cici Why: I had a reservation made for 9:15pm. Came earlier (8:30) and asked if we could be seated earlier. She said she would if seats became available. Then continued to seat other guests who came 10 minutes after us and they did NOT make a reservation. After explaining this to another host, HE SEATED US RIGHT AWAY! I'm never disappointed with the ambiance and food at this place. Everything was very tasty and fresh. The service was also very nice and prompt. Had dinner here on Wednesday night. We ordered the burrata with tomato, truffle ricotta, filet mignon with truffle, ravioli, kale salad and grilled octopus. I'd say my favorites were the burrata, ricotta and ravioli. The octopus was tasty but one more second of cooking and it would have been rubbery. The kale salad was honesty boring. I didn't taste and dressing and it was a mix of several greens, not just kale. Tables were distanced 6' apart, which I appreciated. They also require each person walking in to wear a mask and all waiters were wearing masks and gloves. But, although it has an outdoor feel the back actually had an enclosed roof so you're still indoors really. These days I usually try to stick to outdoor seating. But, they did have plenty of fans, which was very helpful. read more

Wine was great and so was the bread, but strangely the burrata didn't come with any carbs. The pesto plant based pasta and bucatini were both delicious, as was the salad that we ordered. Mixed feelings. They're might be a new manager named Dirk. Staff and food was great, but a server accidentally hit one of the girls with a door really hard. We asked for an apology or a round of drinks for our table of four. The manager came over and basically attacked us and our whole group. It was completely uncalled for and disrespectful. We've never had such an awful experience in our life. Dirk the manager said "are you drunk and are you berating me?" I'm sorry, but we had less than 2 drinks the entire night. The spot was beautiful. I love the lights wrapped around the trees. A very romantic vibe. However, we cut our dinner short due to the rude customer service. The server was giving us the brush off - maybe because we didn't look like their usual clientele - but I will not accept this when we were going to spend our hard earn money at the establishment. Parking options is limited to $27.00 for valet or find self parking for about $9.00 It is nestled within the courtyard which has a retractable roof. The lit trees and contemporary wooden open pergolas create a beautiful ambiance although the noise level was a bit loud. The service was excellent on our visit, however it did take a long time to receive our bill. The food quality was average considering the price point. Rating: 3 stars for food, 1 for ambiance Items tried: Beef carpaccio - nice presentation but tasteless. Whipped ricotta- excellent (ask for extra crostini's). Calamari fritti - average Beet goat cheese salad - below average Rigatoni bolognese - very good Spaghetti lobster - just terrible, probably the worst I've ever had.
