Um, not the best delivery pizza in town. It isn't even in my top three, but if you are looking for quick, cheap, and better than that garbage that Dominos should not even be identifying as pizza, this may just be the place you want to order from. The crust is a lot thicker than I generally like, but it's no Chicago style deep dish. It's a standard crust on a very ordinary pizza. The delivery is very quick, and I think this is a result of them not having the glut of customers that a place like Imo's has, and the pizza has always still been warm when it got to me, which is a feat considering how many cold pizzas I have had to heat up in the oven when they got to my door. They often have a ton of coupons available so it's not hard to feed your entire family on the cheap. When I think of this place, I can't help but think about something my friend Eric always says, sex is like pizza, even when it's bad, it's still pretty good. If you buy into that sort of thing, you won't be disappointed in Cecil Whitaker's...though, it may only be a one night stand for you.

My first time having Cecil Whittaker's and I would say it is similar in style and Menu to Imos, but wins on value! I had their Cecil's salad with house dressing, it was so refreshing I ate it all to the very last leaf. I also had an order of their Toasted Ravioli and it left me with a smile on my face along with some marinara! The garlic cheese bread was okay, wish it had kept better on the drive home as the cheese had seized up as it cooled off. Now for the star of the show their Pizza. It is a typical St. Louis thin crust style pizza that I love so much, the one thing that makes this pizza stand out from the rest is the sauce. It is a bit on the sweeter side as far as pizza sauces go but I couldn't stop myself, I kept going back for slices until the entire thing was in my belly!

This is what their coupons ad look like if you live in the Saint Louis area and when you get them in the Sunday newspaper.

Getting another stamp in our Pizza Passport!!!!…read more Advise that this place is located across the street from the Side Project Brewery.. There is no indoor seating so if it's Hot (like it was when we went) be prepared. The rain cooled it off a bit. I highly recommend the Fries with Parm and Lemon Aioli for dipping!!! We ordered the SPB Special pizza. It was a bit spicy for us with all the peppercinis. But we kept trying to think What is Missing?? It's cheese!! There is no mozzarella or pizza cheese!! Just Parm. So if you want your pizza with cheese.... This one is not for you. We would not order this one again but would go back to try something else. The service was friendly and fast!

The good news is that everything tasted good. I love goat cheese on a pizza (and anywhere else). Yet I didn't enjoy the pizza as much as I could have because cool water and ice were in short supply. You had to ask for ice at the counter. I guess you could maybe get cool water from there too. Outside plenty of warm water was available. I know it's the side project restaurant of a side project brewery, but not everyone drinks alcohol, or should drink only alcohol on very hot days. The heat and the difficulty of keeping cool beverages around us made for a meh experience. We were so hot and sweaty. This is the fault of summer more than Side Project. I felt positively gross after sweating it out for a few hours with my friends, lol. I'll keep it in mind, but for fairer weather nights.

I called to place an order, the man that answered was very short, he said they were busy and wait would be an hour and and a half, I said that's fine. Continuing on, ordered the special minus mushroom. Wanted to ask if a different topping could be added but was cut off and my ordering was over. OK, NBD. Got to the place to get the pizza, my husband went in to grab it and the man at the counter was rude and short with him. Also the place was empty so maybe we called in the order during a dinner rush hense the 95 min wait, again NBD. An employee pulled the pizza out tossed in in the counter and walked away. Then a younger employee walked up to the counter and collected money. I'm hoping the older man was just having a bad day, but being rude in 2 different manners is not a good look. When we get home and started to enjoy this pie half way into eating a slice was a nice piece of rubber, kind of looking like a hair tie or something. Now that's a huge turn off. First experience and now the last. Sorry folks but bad attitude and a foreign object is at all not appealing.

One of my daughters chose O+O Pizza and I'm glad she did! I received a call the day of our reservation to confirm we were still planning on being there. We were a group of seven, so I get it. I told the person who called that our daughter chose this place over a home cooked meal or any other restaurant in town, so there was a high expectation. I also told him o was kidding and we laughed. Even though I was kidding about the high expectations, they gave us a great meal and we had a good time. They actually came through with a few little things to make it special and while it wasn't necessary, it was very nice. The music was fun. Our service was good. Our food was great. There was literally nothing that happened that made me hesitate to give them the highest rating. Shout out to Tommy and Travis for everything they did! Will we go back? Most definitely!

The lobster rigatoni was so so good, I would definitely recommend. Lastly the cinnamon roll bread pudding was a perfect dessert. Would definitely check this place out !

Grabbed a huge booth/table in the front by the bar and picked out the pizzas n some Buds Nugs as well as Beer Nugs. The Nugs were really great and can't pick which one I liked more but careful cus they are filling and you want to save room for the pizza! We all ordered a pizza (3 total for the table) and ours was the Boxcar. The slices are cute large, and the crust was a perfect balance of crispy but still fluffy. Since we got full on the Nugs we had lots of leftovers for the week to enjoy! Overall place was BEAUTIFUL, servers were friendly, and food was great!
