I arrived right before the lunch rush, which is good as they got very busy. I was seated immediately, and my order was taken right away. It seemed like they had a very small, but hard hustling staff. The gentleman who took my order was equal parts friendly and efficient. The restaurant seems to have a good amount of regulars from what I observed. My order came out amazingly quickly. I had shrimp fresh rolls, and my sliced beef pho came out just as I was finishing. I thought the fresh rolls were standard good, though maybe wrapped better than other places as I had no issues with the roll falling apart (as has happened elsewhere). The pho was wonderful, and just what my sinus needed. The beef was far less fatty than I've had elsewhere, but I also found it to be a bit overdone. I fully plan on returning another cold day.
