This review is the biggest surprise of all the fast food restaurants I have eaten at. Here is the run down. I walked in during lunch hours to meet a few friends and My heart immediately began to palpitate. The one thing going thru my mind was that there were too many people, there were no seats and the line will never move. Well, I was dead wrong. The line moved quick. The orders came out fast. At dinner time on a weekday, the place was mobbed, with long double line of cars lined onto the road at the drive through and a long line of people inside ordering. The inside seating area was about 70% full. Even with all the people, the service was efficient. They had two people taking orders at the drive thru, three people handing out food. It took about 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru. The salads we ordered was fresh and plentiful. Good food! read more

Typical Chick-fil-A experience for the most part - top notch food, extremely friendly service, and a mostly clean restaurant. This particular location either seemed short staffed on my last visit or they just had a lot of folks not doing much. For as many people as there were behind the counter and customers in line, I expected more than just two registers to be open and the restaurant itself was a little trashy. Not dirty long-term -- they clearly cleaned the place at some point -- but tables were unkempt, trash on the floor, and the bathrooms could have used a little attention. I've just seen crews of a similar size keep larger restaurants in better condition during a rush. All in all a good experience though. read more

I have never had a bad service experience at a Chik-fil-A which is remarkable. My usual order is chicken salad sandwich, waffle fries (with Chik-fil-A sauce!!) and sometimes a milkshake. I've had a lot of fast food milkshakes and they have the best hands down. I miss their banana cream pie shake. The only thing I don't like is the Redi-Whip, so I get the milkshake without whip cream most of the time. I find their classic chicken sandwich to be a bit greasy for my taste. read more

I worked up an appetite, after doing damage at the mall. I was trying to decide what I wanted to pick up and noticed the line of cars outside of Chick and decided to give it a try. All I expected was to have some chicken - I didn't know how it was prepared or what form it was served in. I was greeted upon walking in the lobby. I immediately noticed this was not a high end joint...I glanced over the menu and went for the Spicy Chicken combo. The chicken was nice and plump (must be a Purdue :) and well seasoned with plenty of spices. The waffle fries were an nice compliment to the undercover McChicken (yep, I said McChicken over at Ronald's) and they gave plenty of fries. My total meal came to just under $8. Overall, I was satisfied with the meal. It's just a great looking fast food joint compared to the other options. The chicken is just an undercover McChicken with fresh tomatoes and spices. I will definitely visit Chick-fil-A again. read more

However with great team work they got the lines down and on top of it all the service was great. Even the store manager came on the floor and was offering to get refills for the customers. It's one of our favorite places to take our kids for dinner. The play room for little kids is so nice, especially in the winter months. We love the food and the people who work there are always incredibly polite, even with our little guys running around. Tuesday night is always something special there so check out their Facebook page. Sometimes it's pajama party night with free kids meals if kids wear their pajamas!
