Only giving it 3 stars because the food is good, how ever the service just isn't there anymore. Every time I go it's subpar the last time I went it was actually horrible. The girl taking my order kept having me repeat myself which wouldn't have been a problem but the first thing I asked for was a lemonade and she didn't put it on my order. I didn't think much of it or look at the receipt once I got to the window I didn't get my lemonade so I asked for it. Knew immediately it didn't get rang in because the employees acted so confused told me they don't see a lemonade give them the receipt I had already seen it wasn't on the there tried to offer to pay for it but they would absolutely not let me finish a sentence and really just offended me overall. They truly acted like I was trying to get a 2 dollar lemonade off of them for free I work in customer service you can usually tell who just wants free stuff and who genuinely wants their stuff fixed. I was not expecting to get a free lemonade at all I said immediately I'll buy one but like I said the 2 girls at the window wouldn't let me finish a sentence were just super set in making me look like an ass. I didn't appreciate them acting like i was trying to get something for free or that I had forgot to order it. It was their fault to begin with and they just did not handle it well at all never what I would expect out of chick fil a employees no apologies didn't ask if I had ordered it to begin with didn't even cross their minds it could have been something on their end. You can't go wrong with their famous original chicken sandwich! Always a favorite of mine! The lady behind the counter was very friendly and made my ordering experience delightful. They have a hospitality person working the floor making friendly conversation & asked if we needed anything. You won't find that at some of the other fast food joints! Atmosphere is very relaxing, as they have soothing music playing over their speakers. Dining area is very clean, same for the bathrooms. They even offer free mouthwash in their restrooms! Nothing better than having fresh breath after you finish up your meal. The only complaint I have would be that when you head to the restrooms, it is very narrow & makes it difficult when people are exiting the restrooms. Overall, this place is the bees knees! read more

Chick-fil-A has very good food is always fresh. I love their employees they go above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that you were taken care of and happy with your purchase. The restaurant is clean and the bathroom is exceptional. The prices are a little bit high for a fast food restaurant but it won't empty out your bank account. read more

Not only is the food incredible, but this place really shines in its service. Every employee had a smile in their face, and were so sweet. One employee (a trainer I believe) was walking around and talking to the customers asking them how the food was, and how they were. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. The people who work at this location are very nice and friendly. I am a huge fan of their number 1 which includes a chicken sandwich with pickles underneath, their waffle fries, and a drink. It is not very expensive and for what it is worth it will make you full. I love their condiments that they give to their customers. I have nothing bad to say! Even the bathrooms are clean and they have lotion and mouthwash for their customers. Well, the long anticipated day has arrived. Chick-fil-A has opened! As one of the lucky ones to attend the Premiere Night, I was already wowed before I walked in the door today for opening day. It is very simple food, done how it should be. The chicken sandwich has such a great flavor, the waffle fries are better than any other fast food fries, the fresh made lemonade is so good, lemon meringue pie to die for, I could go on and on BUT, what is really the impressive thing about this restaurant is the staff, the service, the way you are treated when you come in to the restaurant and a business that models themselves around the community aspect and family. I do not think they will have any problem keeping those lights on but just in case, I plan to be there OFTEN! read more

Amber is a very rude manager, I go there often and get 12 piece nugget well done and the last 3 out of 4 they were not to my standards. I called each time and complained. I talked to Amber and she told me in a nutshell there is nothing they are willing to do about it. So I told here I would be calling corporate office and going on yelp and she told me to do it. If you spend your money somewhere you should be able to get what you ask for not every now and then but all the time. They have to many young people there and they don't take there service serious. It's Chick-fil-A, so you know what to expect. Went through the drive thru. They messed up the order, giving us two chicken, egg, and cheese biscuits instead of sausage, egg, and cheese. We weren't too far away when we realized it. We went back to get the correct order. They threw away the wrong order (what a waste!) and made us the correct sandwiches. While the pricing is a bit more expensive than some of the other types of fast food chains, the food has such a better quality taste. There are options for anyone and even for the kids! I came here with my niece & nephew, and when I ordered I asked for mayo/hot sauce and realized that this location still had condiments on the floor. I've been involved with Chick-fil-a in some form or another's for over 10 years. What I saw today at this store really made me upset. The manager Irwin was walking around doing table check ins. When a guest asked him where the condiments were he pointed over his shoulder and said over there. Truett Cathy would roll over in his grave if he saw this. Second mile service is a corner stone of Chick-fil-a values. Going above and beyond is what set this business apart from all the rest. I've been to many Chick-fil-a restaurants and was very upset to see this. I hope this is not a trend at this store because it would give someone the wrong idea of what Chick-fil-a is all about. I go here regularly. What's negative? Nothing. Food is awesome, cheap, and unbelievably quick. The staff working here is amazingly friendly. They put a lot of sit down restaurants to shame and obviously they're probably paid less than a waiter with tips. i mean these folks are genuinely happy and we're talking fast food here. Stopped in today while on a road trip. It was lunchtime and the place was packed, with drive thru line wrapped around the building. I went inside and was pleased at how quickly the inside line was handled. Food was piping hot, cashiers very pleasant, as was the person who brought food to the table. Only suggestion is to have ketchup packets at the napkin/straw/condiment stations...
