Absolutely fantastic service. Alonzo and Adrian came and toured where they were going to be moving, immediately started working after seeing what was to be moved, figured out how best to load, so the unloading would go faster and easier, loaded up so many boxes, puzzled pieced together all of the furniture and boxes so well that the entire truck was filled, then drove 80 miles away and unloaded so fast and efficiently, I couldn't have been more pleased. I've never had a moving company be so efficient. They wrapped up all of the things that needed it, and not a single thing was broken or scratched. They also took apart and put back together my complicated electric couch tops so they wouldn't break in moving. I scheduled a truck and three movers with ease, and they provided a confirmation and a reminder so I had peace of mind they would show up. The crew showed up on time, energetic, and ready to begin work immidiately. The movers were super friendly and very hard working. Having 3 of them was even better than 2 because one was able to organize our items and maximize the space inside the truck while the other two worked together to bring the items to the truck. I was extremely satisfied with the move and my movers. It was in fact a big job, everything went smoothly. I can't recommend them enough if you are going to be moving. Angel gave me the most fair price of all the movers I checked out. He was courteous, sent a reminder email five days before, and again the day before moving day. The movers arrived at the time scheduled and everything was carefully wrapped and loaded for transport. Arrival at final destination 150 miles away was as promised, even though it involved driving through Los Angeles on a Friday afternoon, it was on time. Everything was quickly unloaded and placed where I needed it. I am very happy with Chief Moving, and would use them again. I have recommended them to my brother, and shared their contact information. We used Chief Moving for loading help - I regret not getting the names of the two gentlemen, they were extremely professional and efficient and handled our furniture with care. They arrived in a timely manner, and loaded up our U-Haul in a way we didn't think was possible - we ended up getting a U-Haul truck that was smaller for the amount of stuff we had, and they did an excellent job in filling the truck, we thought we would have to throw away some of the big items, but they were able to get it in. I had a long distance move for my house, the guys at Chief moving quoted me a competitive price and were able to pick up at a storage and my house. Upon loading from house, we ran out of room in first truck, but the guys at Chiel moving were able to quickly pivot and get another truck. The qorked hard to get everything loaded and drive the 7 hours to new location. The next day they unloaded and were able to put aside important things.
