I just want to warn people , even if you come when it's dead or packed you will wait. This is the second time in a month span where I get seated and I get no server. I would get if the section was packed, but there were two tables occupied. Yet a 15 minute wait and no server , not even a drink order or nothing. And I hope people don't say " you don't understand working in a restaurant". Well I do , I worked at Cheesecake Factory back in the day for 2 years, and we would get a section of between 6-9 tables. I never had issues or complaints on wait, at least take the drink order? And the worst part as I said before is two tables were sat with 2 people a piece. I just think it's ridiculous when there is no one in the restaurant really and they still can't take your order? It's not like anyone was busy or it was slammed or a certain day of the week.. it's a Monday night?Don't sit in the bar nor anywhere in this restaurant, if you do enjoy waiting 30+ minutes for someone to greet you at your table. read more

As a huge fan of Chilis I hate to have to write this, I understand the virus is going around and it's a huge deal but as a delivery driver this is literally ridiculous. I just waited over 25 minutes for them to ask for my customer's order. They need someone constantly out taking orders and really it just goes to show how disorganized this establishment is. So many businesses have orders ready within 10 minutes of me getting there. How do two customers pull up after me and get their food before me?? One of the worst Chilis We have ever visited We went there last night around 7:00 pm for dinner We waited outside for about 15 minutes before they could seat us The hostess took us us to a table in the bar area before asking us where we would like to be seated The bar area was the noisiest and dirtiest bar area We have ever experience Because of the loud head-banging music everyone in the bar area was shouting just to talk to one another I finally asked our server to turn the decibel level down but she just smiled like I was joking I then got up and walked to another area and found an empty table I told my friend we were moving out of the bar where it was much quieter When I went to the rest room I walked by the open kitchen and it was very noisy because it was next to the bar I will never return to that Chilis ever again because it is managed by a bunch of kids who are clueless about how to properly run a restaurant read more

My friends/family and I come here at least once a week. We are obsessed with Chili's! We are always served by the kindest and most real people. I was sad when they took the Chipotle Mac N' Cheese off the menu (I'm pretty sure that is what it was called) but the menu has a lot more options to choose from. Our favorite thing to get is the spinach queso. It's delicious!! On a weekend they get SUPER packed but have always managed to keep their customer service at a high level. read more

Gross food, bad service, rude employees, dirty atmosphere. I got the ribs and made sure to tell the server I did it want dry rub, I wanted BBQ sauce on it. Well the ribs were horrible. They were dry and too chewy. AND barely any BBQ sauce on it! I asked for some bbq sauce on the side and what I received was the most vile little bowl of brown liquid ever. It didn't even taste like bbq sauce at all. I would rather eat dry ribs then put that poop sauce anywhere near me. Currently recovering from food poisoning. I went here yesterday. This was my only meal and I instantly felt sick but didn't think too much of it. Hours later I had to endure some of the worst pain in my entire life. (Which says a lot because I've given birth) I was up all night and this morning vomiting. Stomach cramps. Diarrhea. Went to Chili's Saturday night with my husband. Close to home. Had a 20 minute wait, not bad. Totally lost our appetite once seated. The table was extra sticky, it was definitely wiped down with a rag that hadn't been washed in weeks. Once I got the whiff of foul moldy odor. I had to leave. How disgusting. Party of 4 including our 4 yo son. We were sat next to a super loud and annoying group of people. Our waiter brought food for 3 and ran away quickly, minutes later we see him again, flag him down and find out he forgot to put our 4 yo's order in. No apologies, just simply do you want it still? We shared ours with him and about 20 minutes later part of his food came and the rest about 15 mins later. Food was barely ok, pretty greasy. I was very unimpressed. Had to ask twice for a refill. When the bill came, kids meal was on it (although it was not eaten) and were overcharged. Asked the waiter who gave us attitude about it and said he'd send the manager over. The manager was nice, took like $5 off, that didn't cover it but whatever. We were so done at that point. OMG. THIS JOINT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I walked in and there was a sweet deodorant smell in the air. There was no help other than the one bartender, who was no help. I went in at 12:30 for lunch and it took 20 minutes for a coke and iced tea and an hour for a burger and a salad. The service was slow and they had a really bad attitude. The restaurant wasn't even half-full for lunch. Usually a Chili's is packed for their lunch-time specials but it's obvious that most customers are not returning due to bad service. The food in itself was pretty bad. The fries are obviously pre-frozen, the burger was bland and overcooked, the santa fe salad tasted artificial, salty, and burnt. Fajitas were good but we ordered cheese sticks as an app and the sauce was acidic tasting which is not the sign of freshness. We got a new sauce which was ok and the sticks could have been cooked a bit better. I feel their service went down hill a bit and so did the food. The food is OK, typical Chili's, nothing to write home about. My real problem is that if you come here on a weeknight only half of the restaurant is full with people waiting. Meanwhile the other half of the place is left empty. Last time we came here we waited for over 20 mins and saw several parties waiting to be seated in front of us before we decided to just leave. It doesn't make sense to have people lined up almost out of the front door when you have a whole section of empty tables. Needs better service. read more

I've been to multiple chili's and I always get the best service and the food comes out great. Every time I come to this location the service is absolutely horrible and the food is always wrong. Last time I went they sat us in a dirty table, we waited a good 15 minutes before getting greeted and once we did our food, it came before our drinks and the manager had to clean underneath the booth and wipe the table as our food was on the dirty table. I went back with my friends we ordered Cajun chicken pasta and the chicken came out raw. They said they were going to take it of the bill but we all ended up paying some of it, and some of us were to grossed out to even touch the pasta . This chilis location is always very hit and miss. I don't really even enjoy going here. When our family of 6 does decide on chilis, I'm always PRAYING it's going to be a good day. The balloon person is a nice plus, but I always feel kind of obligated and I wish they'd circle tables when my kids are done eating. For over a decade, Chili's used to be my favorite casual chain restaurant. I used to think that it was noticeably better than comparable chains like TGI Fridays, Ruby Tuesday and Applebee's. Unfortunately, the quality of their food, service and atmosphere has plummeted over the years, to the point where I can no longer turn a blind eye. A lot of people subscribe to the idea that you get what you pay for, implying that low cost must equate to poor quality. That never used to be my experience at Chili's. Now, not even the low cost is enough to get me in the door, nor should it be an excuse for the infestation of flies at several of their locations. read more

Use Chilis as a "quick" alternative to Fast Food for road travel and in airports but something not too positive is going on at all Chilis across the country. They have become consistently mediocre at best on food quality and their service standards are fair to poor. Coming into the restaurant, we already had the mindset that the service was less then average, but we hoped it would be decent. After eating though, I can say the service was exactly as we thought; less than average. When first sitting down; we sat there for ten minutes before a waiter even approached us, and the ground around us was covered in garbage. During our rounds of appetizers, it was made apparent that not all staff were on the same page because they tried to send us double of the same thing! It's likely the restaurant waiters were overworked because our waitress kept zooming past our table and we had to constantly wave her down with requests that any other restaurant usually accommodates without even asking, such as straws or plates for our shared appetizers. The entrees, I admit were very good, but it went downhill after that, once again. For dessert, we got the cheesecake, which we knew literally came right out of the freezer, because it was as hard as a rock! Afterwards, we tried to pay and the machine literally crashed while we were paying so we had to wait for the waitress to give us attention, which took another ten minutes, just so we could pay by hand.
