They have a great 3 for Me promotion where you get chips/salsa, or house salad or soup plus burger and fries and a drink for just $10.99. I did the 3 for Me promotion that had the 6 ounce sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli for $16.99. Both are great value for the amount of food and quality! Burger was cooked well and was big. Sirloin steak was a nice size for lunch (about the size of my palm). They are generous with the amount of tortilla chips. Chili's one of my favorites. It never disappoints ever!!! I was meeting my friend and was with my baby in the stroller. Well the moment I waked in, the front desk girl saw me and literally opened the door for me. Even though I love chili's but at that moment I just fell in love with the people and their generosity as well. We ordered big smash burger and fajita combo and thought we might have go take it as to go because of the size and volume of the food but how about I tell you that we didn't even leave a trace of food behind lol. Very happily surprised! Haven't been in a Chili's in years, as I have had "not so great" experiences in the past! We were greeted and seated immediately. I was interested in the burger deal that they've been advertising on TV. It's really a pretty incredible deal, as it comes with a drink... a choice of soup, salad or chips... And a really good choice of burgers, to include a chicken sandwich. Base price at $11! The burger was big and cooked the perfection. I ordered the french fries extra well done and they were! I got chili for my soup, which was very flavorful and started off with the strawberry lemonade. Amazing amount of food for theprice, and all done to perfection! Our server also did a great job, coming out quickly with menus as well as our drinks. Before I emptied my first strawberry lemonade, she asked me if I needed a refill and got it for me quickly. It's been a while since I've been to chilis and unfortunately it just wasn't the same as before. I used to love their Chipotle honey crispy tenders but it just wasn't that good. The tenders were small dry and sauce just tasted different. The sides were okay I liked the loaded mashed potato's the best. I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment! This is the third time I've ordered delivery from this chili's and also the third time they haven't brought my chips when they brought my food as well!!! All three times I ordered the queso and chips and also the chips and salsa. We usually get the salsa, but never the chips! The chips are honestly. The only reason I ever even ordered from here and did not have them come is extremely disappointing. At least they brought the drink this time which the other two times they failed to do as well. Also, the skillet queso they brought us was supposed to be 8 ounces. They brought it in a 4 ounce cup that was filled a quarter of the way full. I'm sorry not paying $10.99 for that! Took that back as well and made her give us a larger cup of it. All three times I get in the car drive up there and have to talk to a manager. Meanwhile, my food is at home dying. Last time they promised to refund my whole order and gave me the chips that we had purchased, I never received the refund, of course. They never will give you a refund receipt where they have credited it back. They always say they have to run it through corporate and it will be back on our credit card in 7 to 9 days. So far hasn't happened! This time they just gave me some gift cards and after I threw a small fit, they said they would refund the delivery fee and the tip. But why would I pay to have something delivered and a tip and then have to come up and get it anyway?! She asked if I really wanted to take the tip away from the Driver to which I responded "no ma'am I do not, they did their job you didn't, you should have to pay for the tip that I paid because YOU didn't do your job the driver DID! Definitely will not order from here again! By the time I got home my food was completely ruined so I fed it to my dogs. Not the most favorable of visits. It had been ages since going to a Chili's so figured I'd give it a try. They had the air conditioner running to the point it was frigid inside. Many patrons had thier coats on as did I as it was extremely cold inside. I ordered hot tea and soup, not because I wanted it but because it was freezing inside. There is something about this chilis that seems to make it better than others I've been to. The staff are super friendly. The food be it door dash, to go, or dine in is always tasty and on the spot delicious. After waiting for a while I walked to the bar to ask if anyone was working to go as we had not been helped. My issue was not how long I had to wait, even though I was informed via text that the order was ready and still took 15 minutes after the "ready time" text. My issue is that I was not greeted, or acknowledged after waiting for an extended period of time with multiple employees included a manger walking by, looking at us, saying nothing, and walking away. As far as quality the food was cold, and not appetizing. Hubby had the buffalo chicken fajitas. He recommends asking for additional buffalo sauce and blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side. They serve it with salsa but that throws off the taste. I had the sirloin with grilled avocados and a salad with vinaigrette dressing. For all you low carb, Keto or AIP dieters, this was delicious and filling. Being so close to home, we've given this typically reliable, basic, all-American chain a few tries. It's hit or miss, but unfortunately mostly miss. Honestly, the food is pretty reliable. Good chips and guac and salsa. Good chicken fajitas. It's the service that is so unreliable at this location. We've been forgotten so many times... we're just DONE. It's weird, too. These aren't waitstaff who hate their job and just suck all around. They're typically nice and even professional. They just suck at their job. It feels like they have no coaching - no reliable training. Our last guy was nice, but he NEVER checked on us. We dealt more with the food runners than him. He never even checked to make sure our meals were okay. He was AWFUL. Not present. Talked to us when we arrived, once more at some point, and when we were getting up to leave (after paying on the Zoosk). Not. Present. We've had one home run server at this location, and that was about a year ago. All other visits have had varying degrees of bad service, from meh to awful. C'mon, Chili's. As soon as I walked in I noticed that my shoes made that noise that indicates the floor was covered in a sticky substance. I mentioned the floor was sticky to the greeter. He ignored my observation an had me follow a robot to my table. The space between the booths were narrow and it caused a separate group of customers to back up behind me. Which begs the question, is this machine really making anything easier or more efficient? Tiffany was awesome! I actually think I've been here a couple times with her taking care of me. Very attentive and always made sure our glasses we're full. Pretty sure she was taking care of all the tables in the bar area by herself and she made it a point to always check every table. The restaurant was clean but a different server or food runner brought my water glass out to me with a bug on the inside and other black dirty specs on the outside so they could do a better job checking that. Especially when it's not your table it can fall back on the server who actually is. Tiffany apologized and corrected it immediately. First time dining in at this location on a cold night after our power went down in the castle hills north sub division. It quickly got crowded with some of my neighbors. We sat at the bar where it was open seating, so no wait for us. I think we got there at around 6:45 so we caught the last part of happy hour. The happy hour options are ok on the food side, but the alcohol deals are pretty good I would say. Maybe $3 wells and domestic draft beers. For dinner, I got chicken fried steak, which used to be a staple on the menu, but is now a off menu item! It was delicious.
