The location was OK not perfect in any respect but not in poor condition. So I see at approx the 4 minute mark my order was complete. I then observe the staff all inside the managers office conversing. I had to wait until they finished chatting until they handed me my order. I then asked for a corporate phone number and was told they do not have one but give my phone # they will call me back. I have to say that does not come off as a suitable policy when it comes to complaint processing. I did not want to discuss it with the person I am complaining about. I recommend the food but until the staff is more professional be careful. On the visit before this I wanted to share that experience. I came on Taco Tuesday. Now I expect higher than average wait for fast food. But I sat in line for no less than 25 minutes. By the time my order was taken and I was in possession of it the Fries were at or less than room temperature. I would recommend avoiding Taco Tuesday if you need "fast food" as they are not equipped to handle their promotions.
