We ordered a bundle meal for two. Appetizer, two entrees, drinks and dessert. We never got the appetizer, entrees were good. Had two margaritas and ordered another dingle drink from the computer on the table because our waitress had a lot of tables. They didn't bring the reorder of drink after 10 minutes and had to track the waitress down. She finally came back with two drinks. Misleading when reordering because we ordered one, but it was bundled. By the time we got the second drink it was with dessert and it did NOT go well with dessert. We also had to ask for the dessert to be served since we ordered it at the first of the order. Not good service, she tried but she had too many tables and the communication between the computer/bartender/kitchen/wait staff was poor. read more

the place wasn't as busy as the staff acted. The waitress walked up to our table and said "what do you want to drink?" not hi, not my name is...which I found to be rather rude. The food took longer than expected but it was a good burger. They short changed me on the fries. I could look past all that and give them a higher rating EXCEPT they sat an older couple behind me with a small dog A DOG not a service animal. Once I did get bad service , food took longer to serve & than the food was cold like it's been sitting there and forgotten ! Don't know if the waitress was new . This place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Everything from the service being slow to the food being bad. I do not know how they stay in business. I have been there multiple times because I like to give places like this chances and believe me I am not a complainer but after this last time I will not be going back. ok so reading everyone's complaints they all seem to be in the same area so is mine. i dont want a stupid tablet to take my order, i dont want it on my table. i dont want electronics anywhere near my table. but no guess what you find, the stupid kiosk thing on every table. well i went last night for my dads bday, i said this is gonna be a difference experience because i was gonna demand good service, so i did. arrived my parents had already gotten a table so we sat down, i immediately put the kiosk on another table, and once the waiter came to the table he noticed it was gone, he didnt bother to ask as to why because i caught his attention right away and engaged in conversation with him , food came out fast, waiter was very tentative. only thing that needs to go is the kiosk things from the table. no one needs to be playing games on those , you go to places likes this to share a nice time with family and friends, so people put your smartphones away, and talk ! have a nice time read more

it's chili's we go there from time to time. the waitstaff tries really hard to give good service. personally i do not like to ask for refills on my drink. there have been times when i am dying of thirst and my glass is empty. but it's a large franchise, what can you do. the food is ok, sometimes i really do not even know what to order. perhaps i am just tired of chili's. read more

We came in on December 18th around 7:45pm after my sons choir recital and the restaurant was only about 2/3 full but for some reason we had to wait 30 mins to be sat at one of multiple table that were open we walked in. Mind you I had to ask the guy at the front 3 times what the hold up was, twice of which he tried to pretend not to see me. After we finally got sat I asked for the manager. The horrendous manager, who was no where in sight until I asked for her, was full of bad excuses and an ever worse attitude. I suggested she should have known there was a back up and that she should be assisting the guy up front, manager Kim however, proceeded to give me a dirty look and say, "how was I supposed to know". What!?!?!? really !?!?!? Your the manager Kim, your responsible for what goes on in the restaurant and if you had bothered to come out on the floor once in the 30 minutes we had been waiting, you would know that. After several more excuses didn't work, she proceeded to walk off and talk to a waiter on the side while glaring at me at the table. Then she disappeared into the back never to be seen again. The Poor waitress had to keep apologizing for things out of her control, long wait times, rude manager, slow food service, etc, I actually felt sorry for her. Said she didn't want me to leave a bad review about the manager because it would get her in trouble. WTF? Waitress did a great job, manager was just pathetic and should be banned from managing anything in the future. Food was pretty good, but manager left a rotten taste in our mouths, and probably spit in our food, she's just one of those kinds of people. read more

Chili's has always been a place that served big hamburgers, but now they are the size of a Jack-in-the-box burger. My wife ordered her burger medium and it came out dry and black on the edges. It was lunch time and 40 degress outside and we asked the waiter to turn the heater on or atleast turn off the cold air, he refused to turn the heater on and not even sure if he turned the thermostat up. I'm not sure who changed the Chili's restaurants but now the atmosphere is very sterile and cold. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the manager, Oscar, compt our burger and gave my wife a replacement burger to go. Thanks Oscar. read more

Your restaurant in Los lunas, NM was bad from the start. We entered the restaurant to find our friends already waiting for 5 mins and no host or hostess around. We waited another 5 min with more people piling up behind us by now we have 15 people in the waiting area and no hostess to seat us. Finally one of my friends go back to the kitchen to let them know that there is a lot of people waiting up front so, a guy who looks like a waiter comes to and starts seating people. Well we were hoping it would get better but it didn't. We got our drinks and chips then we ordered or food, then we got more drinks and chips but no food, by now I realized that majority of the people around us only had drinks and chips but no food. We waited for at least 40 mins b4 the food came. This was the worst experience I've ever had at chills. This was for dinner and the restaurant was busy but, it's been even more busy at other times that I've come. I was very disappointed in my overall experience. The food was good, our waiter did a good job of bringing us water and chips. He kept apologizing for the food not being ready. The kitchen could use a lot of help. read more
