I travel often for work and Chili's is usually one of my go to places, since it is so close to the hotels and airport. My Business colleagues and I went to Chili's last night only to once again be disappointed with the service. It was a Wednesday evening around 7pm there were a few people but not busy. Our waitress finally came and took our order and we advised her that there was going to be three checks she then rolled her eyes and said oh OK. She finally came back with the food dropped it off and we never saw her again. I then had to ask the hostess if she could find the waitress so that we could have a refill on our drinks. We were finished with our dinner and again had to find the hostess so that we could pay our bill. The only plus to this visit was the food tasted good and was prepared well. We will sadly be choosing a new location from now on. read more

Had a Combo - Ribs & Grilled Salmon. The salmon was very nicely seasoned and still juicy (not overcooked). The ribs were very tender, ready to fall off the bone. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! read more

Pretty good Chili's location, very close to the airport and all the airport hotels. The service was really good and the food came really fast. I really liked the decor and the location of the TVs. So we decided to at this Chili's since it was walking distance from our hotel and because we hadn't eaten at one in a while and missed the food. Let's just say that the food was a disappointment. We started off with Tabletop Guacamole and it was mediocre but edible and the salsa made up for it. We also had the onion rings which were actually good. I ordered a house salad and garlic mashed potatoes. The potatoes were burned on top and just weird. Salad was ok. Glass of wine tasted like some cheap brand that you buy in a store in the cardboard box. It was so bad that I didn't finish it and just asked for water. Hubby had some entree where you choose two meats and a side. They messed up and ended up bringing him 2 full sized entrees; one steak and fries and one rack of ribs with fries, so he ended up taking one meal out. We had the toffee brownie for dessert which was about the best part of the meal. The waitress was new (Sahara was her name) but she was really nice and helpful and welcomed us to Oklahoma City during our visit and gave us a few helpful hints about things in the area. I are here late at night and the service was well below average. The waiter was angry we came in late so he slammed our glasses on the table, left in the middle of the appetizer order and wouldn't give me my change or receipt. I had to wait like ten minutes before I realized he thought we were just going to leave without the change. Needless to say the waiter was trash and we didn't stay for long. Not very good, chili's is usually my go to when out of tow. So I found it nice one was across the street from my hotel. I ordered food on my app and began to walk over there ( 2 buildings away), arrived before food was done and thought great it will be nice and hot. I returned to my room and my food was cold, not warm, cold. They stored the cold toppings (sour cream, Pico, guac, and cheese) in the same container as the hot food. The rice was dried out like it had been sitting over hot heat all day. It was hard to eat, the meat seemed like it had been cooked before I ever ordered it. I am here for 4 more days guess I will be looking into other options read more

i have been a big chili's fan for years and usually go to the one in belle isle. however, this one time decided to meet a friend at the chili's on south meridan a couple of weeks ago or so. the food was ok, but the waitress and service was absolutely horrible. half the time we couldn't find our waitress and it was just frustrating because she was never around. mgmt definitely needs to fix this problem. the absolute slowest service i ever received. we were considering ordering more food after appetizer and decided to leave due to the poor service. read more

Let me start off by saying- I LOVE chili's- I'm not hard to please when it comes to food and chili's does it right almost every time. But this store was actually terrible. Service wasn't friendly at all- and the food was.. well..AWFUL. It could have just been a bad night for them.. I got a Togo order which consisted of buffalo wings (worst wings I've ever had and I love chili's wings- these were way over cooked and had literally no sauce on them) fried pickles (they were actually inedible they were still dripping in batter basically and they were boxed under the wings which made them very flat and so gross and sticky)then a chicken enchilada meal- which I asked for sauce on the side and it was put on and sunk into the enchiladas and was basically gone once I got my food. The tortillas were old and hard.The rice tasted VERY old. The beans were good though I will say that- can't lie. BUT honestly it's chili's - how much of a food snob can you really be? (It was REALLY that bad though...threw away most of it-not the beans) but I'm writing this review bc they were so unkind when we got there. Acted like we were a problem to be there.I've worked in food I know customer service and how stressful it can be so I try to be very nice when going into a food establishments (plus they make my food so why wouldn't I be nice) but they were just flat out rude I won't go in to every detail of what happened bc this review is already so long. We ordered for curbside service and was given a time the order would be ready. We were there 5 minutes after the said time. We sent a text that we had arrived and sat there for 5 minutes and had not received our order. I went inside and no one was at the door to greet. I stood there for about a minute and walked around to the bar and asked if anyone was at the carry out register. I told them it was curbside however, no one delivered our order. The employee at the bar came over and our food had been sitting there for who knows how long. Very poor customer service. Because of the delay, our food had sat too long and was not as good as it should have been. Very disappointing. Placed a to-go order. Staff was pleasant and wait wasn't excessive. Hence, two stars for staff. The chicken on my salad was rubbery and cold. It tasted like it was cooked a day and a half ago, then refrigerated. I order salads at Chillis all over the country and have never had one that tasted like this. We went there on our lunch break and we seat there waiting for our food we finally got our food but he did not offer us any utensils and no drinks. I really enjoy chilis! The waitress was nice and they was quick. When we got our food my daughter didn't get her corn, my husband's fries tasted stale and my food was not even warm! They came and replaced my meal with a hot one and offered us a free dessert. We declined so they took my husbands drink off. I'm glad they helped us in the end but wish that everything was wrote down and delivered to the cooks correctly. I feel like people know what's old or not fresh. When in doubt I say throw it out. Make the customer happy no matter what it takes it will save you in the long run. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I went here twice in the past 3 days and had a not-so-great experience the first time, but decided to give it a try again this evening and had an even worse experience. The other day I walked in, no hostess, and my daughter and I stood in the aisle for 14 minutes while employees walked by without saying a word. Finally I grabbed someone and asked to be seated. The restaurant was not too busy and I was finally given a table. Food was okay but not great. Tonight, my family and I came in, the restaurant was half to 3/4 full and again, no hostess. We waited 17 minutes this time, and finally a hostess came and immediately told us "the wait is 30 minutes and we are full." We looked around at the empty tables and she said "we only have 1 server and she's behind." So I said okay we understand, and could we wait at one of the empty tables. She said no because people complain because the wait is too long. I said "well we have to wait anyway, and it would be more comfortable to sit and wait." She shrugged and walked off sorting of giving off a polite "well if you don't like it, you can leave" sort of vibe. The restaurant is small and doesn't have a hostess booth or stand, so there was no where to sit or stand to wait as another group was sitting in the small seating area waiting to be seated. Without a hostess stand, we were sort of standing in the middle of the restaurant looking silly. The other customers around said "good luck finding a hostess here" and other comments. Both times I felt the restaurant was burdened by business instead of making customers comfortable while waiting. I understand staffing issues, but this isn't the customers fault. The hostess should have greeted us and tried to make the best of the situation, but she just kind of said we're busy and just stand there. People walked in and out after us and they never even noticed customers leaving. We went one street over to Applebee's on MacArthur and had a wonderful meal with great staff! read more

First of all, the sirloin was extremely gristle-y and hard to eat/ cut. It was the worst cut of meat I've ever encountered. The Southwestern Mac and cheese was pretty much queso on top of some macaroni. The cheese was very watery.
