We went last night while we were out running errands and upon arriving we had a 25 min wait which wasn't a huge deal there was several people waiting even though there were open tables. We ordered queso as an appetizer and it came out soupy and cold and my husband had ordered a margarita that he had to eventually go to the bar himself to get because our waitress disappeared, the bartender apologized over and over. Our food came out after 40 minutes of waiting and my husbands was completely cold, mine was wrong and my daughters was missing her sides so we told the waitress and my husband said he was going to just eat his because he didn't want to wait another 40 minutes. All of our drinks were empty and hadn't been refilled until we found someone to ask for them. We placed our order online and were pleasantly surprised to find out that the time for pick up would be in 15 minutes so packed up the kids and headed right on over. My wife ran in to get the order but after several minutes she still hadn't returned. I called her on her cell and she told me that they had most of our order done but they were waiting on 1 of the 3 entrees. 30 minutes after we got to Chilis our food was finally done and we headed on home. Well, this sucks. I usually like chili's, but they are over the top with their covid theater crap. We went to check in, I just saw a sea of dirty tables, and clean ones which weren't in use, due to social distancing I suppose. I have my wife a little girl, and an infant. Just recently went to this Chili's establishment... i am highly disappointed in not only the food but the management as well. This was our first time here and we ordered our usual go-to items... my wifes tilapia was undercooked and had no seasoning as well as the rice was in clumps and hard as a rock. I had the half rack of ribs with the texas dry rub... my ribs were overcooked and dry. They did not put the dry rub seasoning on as well. I really like Chili's but having a wait of 30 minutes to an hour at 2:00 in the afternoon is ridiculous when there's more guests than servers in the waiting room. The waiter was nice but when we told him we wanted to change from the 2 for $22 to the 3 for $10 deal, which included the required menu items, the waiter told us the salad size was a little different. After waiting a little bit he returned with an additional $2 tacked on to our bill. I'm not sure that was worth damaging our experience but it's a chain restaurant so I can't expect too much. This is our favorite place. You have awesome bartenders and servers. We have been going here for several years and love, love, love the employees and atmosphere, food and drinks. HOWEVER, the condition of their bathrooms is horrible. We have told management (current and pass), written emails to corporate and yet nothing has changed. When big wigs came in last year, the women's restroom did get the toilet seat covers, but they were never refilled. Toilets do not flush, missing soap dispensers for months, mold on walls and floors, door locks have sharp edges where original lock was broken and replaced with a slide bolt and if that wasn't enough, there is water seeping from the walls in the dining area, hallway and restrooms. Serious safety hazard. They have placed carpet runners in hallway and thrown paper towels on floor in restroom. I totally love this Chili's but do not recommend the bathrooms. There was no dressing included for the salads and the quesadilla salad had no quesadilla!! We will never order take our from here again!
