Half slab rib plate with Mac & cheese along with grilled asparagus.

My office went to lunch and the ribs were great, I think it's the BBQ sauce! Our wait person, Jordan was great!. He was knowledgeable of the menu, made suggestions and made sure my coupon for free chips & salsa was not charged on the receipt. The restaurant was not very crowded at lunch time, this was a plus, because my party consisted of 5 and we ordered our lunch and did not have to wait a long time for the food to arrive. RECOMMEDATION: I would fine at this Chili's again.

Service was 5 stars, food was delicious too, however, my spicy chicken sandwich was a tad overcooked and hard to eat. My son loved his pasta and ate most of it up. It was definitely worth it and we will be back. Kid friendly and watching the basketball game was also a plus. We enjoyed date nite!

I don't think I've ever walked into a Chili's with that level of hunger and thirst in my bones. Could've been the recent Texas winds--dry, dusty, unforgiving--the kind that make you crave a cold beer and every food item known to man. So yeah, I pulled into this new Chili's like a tumbleweed desperate for sauce. Place was packed. Host hit us with the classic "20-minute wait" line, but five minutes later we were seated. Fair play. I respect the hustle. Now, let me be clear: I came for the Triple Dipper, no shame in it. That glorious trinity of sliders, Southwest egg rolls, and mozzarella sticks has lured many a man into Chili's, and I was no exception. But I was also scoping out this new location--wanted to see if they had the same soul as my hometown spot. Our waiter? Solid gent. A real "used to party, now I serve" kind of guy. Gave off the energy of someone who once lost a shoe at an outdoor concert and didn't go back for it. Respect. He was polite, apologetic about delays (which weren't his fault), and kept checking in, which I appreciated. Drinks took a while--too long. That part had me parched and peering at the bar like I was stranded at sea. I ordered a Bud Light. Nothing flashy. Just cold and dependable. My better half ordered a Tito's watermelon... something. She said it was superb. I tried it. Tasted like the Tito's thought about showing up but decided against it. Still, she liked it. To each their own. Triple Dipper breakdown: * Sliders: Not bad. Looked better than they tasted. Standard fare--won't haunt my dreams, won't make my highlight reel. * Southwest Egg Rolls: My usual favorite, but this time they were chewy. Undercooked. A tragedy, honestly. Chili's, don't let this happen again. * Nashville Mozzarella Sticks: Surprisingly decent. Good cheese pull. A little spice to keep things interesting. The only thing that truly threw the vibe off was the manager. Blue button-up, big "I'm in charge" energy. Came over a few too many times, inserting himself like our waiter couldn't hold the fort. We were doing fine. Just let us eat in peace, mate. There's confidence, and then there's whatever that was. All in all? A decent time. Not perfect, but I've had worse nights. I left full, slightly buzzed, and with my lady by my side--basketball on the telly and stories all around me. Not bad for a Wednesday.

Good was great and everything from drinks to entrees came out super quick. I've had the flamingo breeze cocktail and it's always made well with just the right amount of alcohol. I decided to try out the viral mozzarella sticks and I didn't find them special maybe it was just an off day. Their 3 for me lunch special is a super good deal and has some good options. I went with the smash burger which was really great. Our server was super attentive, friendly and prompt. I will be back!

The only positive part of our visit was our waiter, Nate, who was very attentive and did his job well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. The food was terrible. Our first salsa came out in a to-go container and was very runny, tasting like watered-down tomatoes, so we sent it back. The replacement wasn't much better. The enchilada soup was inedible -- it was almost entirely liquid, tasted old, and reminded us of soup from the bottom of the pot. We were seated near the bar and could clearly see that area. The floor was filthy, and the outside of the cooler was dirty as well, which honestly made us question the cleanliness of the kitchen. The restaurant and bar were not busy at the time, so there was no excuse for these conditions. To top it off, my friend's entire order was incorrect. Our server took the order accurately and even read it back, so the mistake clearly came from the kitchen.

Social media got to me and I ended up coming to Chilis to try the triple dipper. I'm just not the biggest fan. The chicken tenders and sliders were good. Mozzarella sticks were a little bland. My friend's son got wings and they were not cooked all the way. They offered him something in replace and he ordered a kids pizza. The pizza never came after waiting over 30 minutes so we cancelled it. It was pretty busy but we got seated quickly.

Gave me to go salsa in dine in couldn't get salsa do being watered down!!!! Look at texture!!!

I don't like to give bad reviews... this one sat on my shoulders for a long time and I could not let it go. We visited Chili's @ 5790 W. Loop 1604 in San Antonio on 06 October 2023. We frequent this location often because it's close to home and usually pretty good. This particular evening somebody was obviously sleeping at the wheel. We choose a booth near the bar to have a drink. The drink was cold, tasted great and prepared properly. Initially we ordered the chips & salsa and that came out with lightening speed (very impressed). But next we ordered the Triple Dipper appetizer (cheeseburger sliders, mozzarella sticks and boneless wings). They were not busy that evening and it was around 10pm so I did not see any reason for our order to be delayed. We waited more than 30 minutes for an appetizer and when it arrived it was cold and did not look very appetizing. The cheese on the cheeseburger sliders was cold (not melted), the bread was hard and dry, the mozzarella sticks were warm and the boneless wings were cold. I know that it was not the waitress fault because she came to our table a couple times to check on us. After waiting so long we asked for the manager and showed him our unappetizing cold plate. He offered to have it prepared again, but we refused because we were ready to leave. Additionally, we asked for a side of pickles and there was something in there that did not belong there. What started out as a nice little pitstop to chill and have a relaxing evening turned into a pretty disappointing experience. As mentioned, I don't like giving bad reviews but from looking at others reviews, management needs to know about unsatisfactory incidents like this so that they can make improvements.

Arrived on a Saturday night, around 8, joined the waitlist on Yelp and was seated immediately. Our server made our stay great! We had a toddler and she made sure he was being taken care of! My husband and toddler enjoyed the cajun pasta! Nothing really special with the cheeseburger, but did satisfy my cravings! The tequila trifecta was good (I dont really like to taste the alcohol) but my husband and brother said it was too sweet for their liking.

I absolutely love this location! Carlos, the GM, always ensures that the place is super clean and that his staff provides friendly service. Zay is our favorite server! He is always efficient and makes us laugh. Very down to earth and professional. We will continue to make this our family dinner spot.

Bring my mother and daughter, the person who attended us was amazing went above and beyond she was by herself in that side of the restaurant plus being a cashier and helping the bartender she was all over, bringing plates and making sure everything was good!! Food was amazing as usual my daughter enjoyed her meal and even got some of my mother's shrimp I order her child plate pasta, my mom ordered the trio fajita and I ordered the appetizer southwestern rolls I believe I can't remember to be honest but I love it !! It was plenty of food we even toke home some leftovers!! We drank strawberry lemonade it was a bit too sweet for my liking but overall was great! The ambiance was great not too many people but enough to create a cozy ambiance, people were sitting at the bar eating some appetizers and drinking, overall we had a great time and an amazing meal.

Y'know it's impossible to find street parking especially on the weekends normally. I had made reservations to meet some friends here for brunch/lunch 1145 am on a Sunday. The hostess was welcoming and friendly and our server was excellent. We were seated in the other building near the windows. The menu wasn't huge, but just right with a few lunch and brunch items. After debating for a while of what to order, I decided on the Texas Gulf Shrimp plate. Agua Fresca of the day per our server was strawberry pineapple. Our server was able to water mine down slightly- since it was very sweet, but love knowing that it was freshly made. Complimentary chips and salsa always a plus, and we were able to order some spicy salsa to accompany at no charge. My shrimp plate was delicious! 2 skewers of nicely cooked and seasoned shrimp atop salsa with perfectly cooked cilantro rice and a fresh leaf salad. A half slices avocado accompanied my plate. Oh how I love avocados. I thoroughly enjoyed my plate. The chicken al carbon was also a good choice - half a chicken that was juicy, not dry. The avocado toast was beautiful and the pecan salsa was quite interesting. The female performers during our brunch in the room, made it very hard for all of us to have conversations. The volume echoed loudly in the room, so it was very hard to speak and understand each other. Although a great idea, maybe outdoor patio area might be more suitable. Beautiful space, great service, good food.

I decided to stay in the city longer to check out this place. This restaurant is huge and the wait was 45 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. But not until I saw the sign on the back cover. This restaurant is under the same owner as Pico de Gallo. Omg. I just had their menudo the day before. No thanks. I decided to order fajita chicken salad. The portion was really small. The food only filled a half of the fried salad bowl. I asked to put cheese on the side. It may had it look more but I don't eat cheese as much. I was glad that dressing was on the side. Which was too salty for me. So, if the food was the same as other chain, we could have eaten there which was closer to the hotel. But I noticed the difference was the servers. Our waitress was cuter and very polite.
