My boyfriend and I always come to this location because it's nearby and they have good food! I've never had any issues with how my meal has turned out but the service is a hit or miss. There are sometimes where we'll have a great server and are super quick and on top of everything while other times we have awful service. We went yesterday, a Tuesday night around 6pm. There weren't a lot of people and we were seated right away. My boyfriend and I knew what we wanted so we ordered right away. Our server asked if we wanted any appetizers while we wait and suggested chips and salsa. We said sure since that sounded good She brought our drinks and then went to help other tables. She passed by us a while later and said she'd bring the chips right out. By this time we had been waiting about 10 minutes or more and weren't even interested in an appetizer anymore since we knew our food would be out soon. She then brought our entrees and left again to help other tables. We thought she would have at least noticed that we didn't have our appetizer but never did I guess. We checked our bill at the end to make sure she didn't charge us for the chips since we never got them and it wasn't on there so that was good. All in all a fine experience but it wasn't busy and there were 2 servers in that zone - if you're going to recommend an appetizer to us (when we didn't ask for one in the first place) then make sure to actually bring it. read more

Decent for a chain restaurant! This location is usually pretty busy on weekends, and has a nice bar area with TV's and friendly service. We've tried a variety of items over the years but some of our faves are: Chicken Tortilla Soup Chips & Queso Southwestern Egg Rolls Cajun Pasta Chicken Crispers Chicken Club Quesadillas Not the healthiest of restaurant choices, even their salads pack a calorie punch. Very disappointed, been coming to this location for over 20+ years and sad to say it is headed down the same path as Chevys did on Almaden Expressway , we were told that we'd wait about 30 min for a table and 2 hours later we received our food. These people deserve a raise for not losing their sanity. We ordered to go from this location for the first time and OMG I've never seen a chili's so busy! With how busy they were, our food was only a couple minutes late which was impressive. We got there early and while we were waiting, at least 20 other customers showed up not including those pulling up for curbside pickup. Door dashers were shoving their phones in the workers faces, taking their masks off to talk to them, trying to go around the table to get their attention, being completely rude to the employees. If I worked there I would've quit and/or screamed at all the rude customers with how crazy it was. Major props to the employees working tonight, you can tell they were truly doing their best. I get long wait ones on Saturday nights, but after waiting 45 minutes we were told it would be another hour after we were seated before we would get food. I started my review with: Terrible service... restaurant is run by kids that don't much care whether the customers have a good experience or not... And then, it got worse from there... Chili's App: I set a reservation on the app, supposedly to get my name in line. Got a message saying it was time to head out. When I asked why and how does the app work, he answered: "the app only tells me that you are coming, it does not put your name in line... Even though he had my name in the line. I ordered a Skillet queso, it came cold (I could just grab the cold skillet with my hand), sent it back. I ordered a mushroom burger, it came... Cold with no fries... Sent it back... when I got the fries, later they were undercooked and soagie. The waiter was trying his best, but he seemed overworked (for a Sunday night) and the kitchen was a mess... My water or kid sprite never got refilled and I had to go get my own napkins... So, nasty cold food, slow service, bad welcoming, ridiculous app... What happened to chili's? Server was nice but service was terribly slow. We ordered right away but still Waited over an hour for food to show up. There weren't many tables sat when we ordered either. As tables began to sit, we noticed they got their drinks and appetizers right away......we were still waiting on food. Once the food finally arrived, we noticed some sides were missing but no big deal. Well the sides never came. After almost 30 minutes of our food being at the table, we finally saw our server. I asked for the bill to be adjusted and he claimed he'd be "right back". After 15 more minutes of waiting I went looking for anyone to get me a box and my updated bill. I understand servers get busy and/or forget things, it happens. Unfortunately I had 2 little ones with me that were getting tired and just as fed up with waiting as I was. Wow this place is unbelievably bad!!! From the manager yelling at you to check in to the outrageous number of tables that need to be bussed. I asked for a seat at the bar and was told there would be a ten minute wait when there were 4 seats open so I asked the nice hostess and she was more then polite to let me have my pick at any of the 4 empty seats. The manager who yelled at me disappeared and was nowhere to be found, if it wasn't for the hostess I'd still be waiting to get seated. Great place for a late night dinner! My friend and I came to eat at around 9:30pm, and we ordered a Meal for 2, the 2 Entrees and 1 Appetizer for $22 deal. Server was very nice and patient. My chicken bacon quesadilla was delicious! Crispy and bacon-y, what more can I ask for? The chips and guacamole was an additional $2, but we ordered it anyway. Their chips are very chin and breakable, but their guac IS DELICIOUS. My one complaint though, was the the place looks a bit old and run down. Our boosters had holes in them. I came in to eat alone tonight at about 630 Sunday evening. The man, I assume was the manager, asked if I wanted to sit at the bar and I said no I did not. So then he puts me at a table right in front of the kitchen where the door is. I was irritated, as I sat there, and thought about where he had seated me. A wonderful woman by the name of candy, assisted me to another table and was very kind and heard my complaints. We had not been here in a while. Decided to check out their 3 for $10 special. What a great deal! I chose the green salad and bacon cheeseburger (which comes with fries and garlicky pickle slices). Delicious, and you can't beat the price. Husband went with the Trio, and he couldn't stop talking about the Chicken Crispers. Only gets 4 stars because the beer selection is kind of limited. So I love Chili's, it is one of my favorite restaurants. When my fiancé and I walked in today the hostess with the pink hair was talking with two waitresses and didn't even acknowledge us. When the hostess finally saw us she didn't great us other than just grabbing two menus and walking toward a table. When we got to the table she just dropped the menus and left. So it was 9 and I decided to go for a quick bite with a few friends around 9:45 pm and the instant we arrived we were rudely greeted at the doors by an employee who was quickly locking the doors (mind you they didn't close until 11 that day) and she told us very rudely that we had to get in quickly and we had to already know what we were getting the instant we sat down but she made it seem like she just didn't want us there and trying to practically convince us to leave so we decided to just walk in and order quick (considering we already knew what we wanted) and she rolled her eyes and continued to lock the doors. She then grabbed the menus and in a horrible tone of voice told us to follow her and in that instant I decided that we would go elsewhere, somewhere we would be treated a lot kinder and not being treated the way we were. She was already walking away without even daring to look back at us and we just turned around and decided to leave. Don't even bother trying this place out. I never went to Chili's as much as I do now, thanks to my friend who introduced me to their margaritas and good happy hour deals. We generally come only during Happy Hour (Mon-Thurs. 3-7 and 9-close, Fri. 3-7, Sun. All day) for their margaritas (of course) and do the 2 for $20 or 2 for $35 meal deal. It's honestly a great a deal for the amount of food you're getting. It's a plus that you're getting drink and full-sized dessert for the 2 for $35 deal. I personally never had any issue with the service. Waitress/waiters are very attentive and welcoming when we enter the bar. It's a nice environment to watch sports and just catch up with friends. They also have the tabletop kiosk, which makes it easier to checkout and split the bill amongst yourself. No waiting for your check! read more

This is by far the worst Chili's I have ever encountered within multiple visits. I get that this review is during covid. However, our server had a total of 3 tables with 3 or 4 people max at a table. We sat down at 4:30. She dropped the food and NEVER came back. Didn't ask how our food was, if we needed refills, or if we needed anything for that matter. We waited an hour and a half for her to even come back to our table. She walked by multiple times and avoided us. Even while trying to get her attention. After the amount of time we waited for our bill, I was so close to even getting up and walking out without paying. As a former server I didn't have the heart to do that. However I was very tempted. As a former server, we had a rule one bite-5 minutes you check on your table to make sure everything is up to their standards. She wasn't even busy and that's what bothered me the most. She just didn't care. We didn't leave there till 8pm, after sitting down and ordering by 4:30. That just baffles me. I'm telling you right now, they need to retrain their staff as well as their managers on proper serving and people management. Completely unwelcomed service. I will never come back to this location EVER. Not to mention, when I walked down the hall to go use the restroom I about died with how horrible the sewer line was. It smelled like an overfilled diarrhea explosion. I can not even express how horrid the smell was, and it only got worse as you entered the bathroom. I couldn't do it. Glad my girlfriend and I got Michael as our server. You know it really makes a difference when your server is really funny and even though your food had missing items, I wasn't even mad. Service was good but the establishment was dirty. Our table was half cleaned (they were in a rush), and the silverware was dirty. I know they are a chain and it's on a busy Sunday afternoon, but even so chains still have cleanliness standards. What saved it was the service. Didnt catch her name but our waitress was wonderful.
