    Closeup of S'mores Chewie-Wich....YUMMMMMM

DON'T BE JEALOUS... but I'll be snowed in for the January 2026 U.S. Winter storm with these bad boys!!!! Entered this Austin Street location this chilly evening and was warmly greeted by Jonathan (and the aroma of freshly baked cookies), who helped me pick the right number of cookies for my family. Purchased 5 cookies and got 1 free [YIPPEE!!!] and with Jonathan's help selected a variety from their weekly cookie rotation options. With the Reese's Peanut Butter Blast, S'mores Chewie-Wich and the Mint Cookies N Cream, I'll be sitting pretty watching the snow fall. Store is conveniently located on Austin St, near some great restaurants, so be sure to stop in and grab some delectable cookies to take home.

Spencer was super sweet. He was telling us that Chipcity was returning to their roots in investing in high quality ingredients. I got 8 cookies and they were all so delicious. They were super soft and creamy, but even more delicious when microwaved for a few seconds!

Most welcoming hip city store ao far. Three smiling helpful people with just baked cookies. Walking in they greet you but not as quickly as the scent of just baked warm cookies. These are big cookies you get a few extra for like I did - seeing the snickerdoodle drizzled in chocolate - knew who would like that - but had a s'more's looking one for them- a light colored coolie butter was picked for my mom - and the rest whoever wanted them. This is a score for someone bringing something somewhere or company coming - can just put them out and see them disappear.

I am seriously addicted to Chip City and have been trying the weekly rotation with a staple weekly lately. The apple fritter cookie and the triple chocolate thin chips are both amazing. The cookies and cream cookie is awesome. Another favorite is the blueberry cheesecake cookie!! Staff is always friendly and helpful and they know their ingredients well.

I'm a fan of this place! Keep up with the good customer service, first impressions had a great impact on me! Was not aware of the cookie shop but smelled the inviting scent of fresh cookies while walking along Austin street. As soon as you open the door, the staff greeted you so warmly! And the display of a vast variety of freshly baked cookies just make you want to buy all the different kinds of cookies! My favorites are the brookie and the cookies and cream! Hope to get the chance to taste the white macadamia cookies and hopefully you'll have the katafi dubai chocolate flavor soon! It's a cute little cookie shop with a big heart and a warm friendly atmosphere!

This is a review for delivery. My friend ordered cookies to be delivered to me for my birthday and she selected this location. Two boxes of cookies arrived in tamper-safe sealed boxes and the delivery person dropped it off in a safe manner. There was a range of dark chocolate, chocolate chip, dairy free (which was excellent). The cookies were fresh and delicious. The brookie was insane - definitely a big sugar rush but it's shareable. The cookies are huge and worth trying at least once in your life.

The service is top notch, always greeted with a smile. Small inside but effective for take out and deliveries. My favorite cookie so far is the fruity pebbles cookie, the dark chocolate peanut butter is disgusting, the oatmeal is good and the apple oatmeal is a no because of texture not flavor. Looking forward to trying more flavors in the future.

Gingy crunch ok but too sweet, chocolate chip ok/good, dark chocolate peanut butter not good

This was my first time trying Chip City after reading all the great reviews. My expectations were high, and I didn't find any of the 3 cookies I chose to be amazing. I started with the Gingy Sweet Crunch cookie, and that cookie was overly sweet! I have a major sweet tooth, and it was even too sweet for me! The chocolate chip I found to be ok/good. It was too thick and the chocolate chips were too small for that thick cookie. The chocolate chips weren't ooey gooey either. The dark chocolate peanut butter was awful! The dark chocolate cookie base tasted nothing like dark chocolate! The peanut butter chips were too small to get any peanut butter flavor out of them since the cookie was so thick. I'm not sure if I came on an off day, but I definitely will try them again since other people seem to love them.

I'm so impressed with the experience I had with Jonathan and Madison today at the Forest Hills location. I got out of work late, called 4 hours before store close, and had a large order for my office. Madison was so kind on the phone and took the time to accommodate my order. When I picked up, Jonathan was so incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. Exceptional service. I can't wait to bring these to my office. The cookies are always consistent in size and delicious

Cookies were slightly warm, the service over their website, delivery shame of me right? I've been to that spot it doesn't let me down. Sort of that child hood flash back milk and cookies can't go wrong. Don't know if it was the uber driver who delivered it. But they left the cookies on a weight I have for the front to stay open in the summer time or whenever is needed it. Why could you just call the number was there dude and I had a tip for him. I was just trying to do a little something for my younger sis which is in her late 20,s. No matter there age it's a call of a celebration. I know she likes there cookies also so I honored her taste buds. Galaxy brownie, two confetti chewies, two chocolate chip chewies, two smores chewies, 2 oat meal apple pie (bake them again before having they hit the spot), and a croissant Irish cream which I though was the best out of all them. The cookies were all great try the for yourselves my faves were the galaxy and Irish cream. Won't order delivery again though.bad delivery on uber or who ever they use as a service cause idk who came to leave the box without contacting me. Covid's over

brookie is 10/10 and the red velvet was bomb

I stopped by on Labor Day for some cookies & shockingly they were open regular hours! I was so happy as I was looking forward to some s'more cookies. Unfortunately since it was half an hour before closing, they were sold out of the s'mores. As an avid chip lover, I see this always happening towards the end of the day. I did manage to get the last chocolate chip cookie and a cookies and cream. It was a quick and easy transaction with nice staff. Walked back to the car to take a bite and good lord they were so warm! The best cookies ever, love chip !

I can't speak to the service or ambiance because this was a food delivery, but I've never had such average cookies! I heated these up slightly with an air fryer, but it didn't do much besides make the cookie softer. The flavors themselves were okay, but I wish these cookies were chewier or crunchier. I was hoping for a texture other than soft -- I think that's what these cookies were lacking. However, I did like the uniqueness of the Banana Cream Pie Cookie. The banana cream pie filling was on the spot!

Amazing cookies! The peanut butter jelly is my new fave. Never expected to love it but I'm glad I took the risk to try it out!

We got the ginger milk pudding. Do think it's a bit pricey ($10) since it's an easy dessert to make but I guess it's all the theatrics. They pour the dessert in front of you and put a sand glass on top. Once sand glass is done, so is the dessert and you can even rest a spoon on top. The dessert is very smooth, barely a solid, and its ginger taste is very strong- which I like. Strong ginger but pairs well with the milk and good amount of sugar. It is a bit spicy but I like it this way. They do have a lot of other desserts as well as savory items on the menu. Intrigued by their savory menu and will definitely come back to try them next time.

Let the countdown begin. I deducted a star after a server placed a porcelain spoon on the pudding right as I was taking my photo. OMGOSH, the Ginger Milk Pudding was absolutely delicious. This is actually cheesecake rather than the lighter Japanese version, with a strong black sesame flavor. Hojicha creme brulee: this came as part of a promotion, and the taste is strong. They do brulee the top on the spot and my sugar top got a little too burnt. Oolong tea cheesecake: still good, would get this again still. Lighter flavor but the floral flavor does come out at the end of a bite. Coconut milk jelly: the lightest of the flavor but still sweet and flavorful enough to come through. There's a dusting of graham crackers and strawberry jelly to complement. We also got a hot matcha jasmine latte but it was actually cold. It seems like it normally comes iced and perhaps they have no way of warming up the jasmine part. There's a points program and tons of promotions that rotate. There have also been different desserts that rotate so I'll have to keep coming back to try more. They have a lunch special too where you can get a drink or dessert for less cost.

The inside is absolutely beautiful and while they have tables, they also have more traditional floor seating. We got a couple bites of food to eat, some of their tea, and some cocktails. Their food was very mediocre, at best. While the persimmon cake SEEMED to be made in house, it was very clear that everything off their food menu required minimal preparation (ie. for the dumplings, it was just har cow). I also thought their cocktails were okay, and out of the three we got, none stood out to me. I did enjoy their tea, however. But, it was also fairly expensive for what it was (~$50). Overall, I thought this spot was okay for the price and I'm not sure I would return.

We came with a fairly large group and ordered several teas and snacks to share amongst us. There were several options for the flavors of tea and each one had different benefits as well. I loved all of them, particularly the fruitier ones. As for snacks, we had this fried taro snack that had a crispy biscuit outer layer that was delicious. It was a bit of a sweet & savory mix, but not strong in either sweet or salty flavors. There was also this persimmon snack that was filled with nuts and other things. It was slightly sweet, very unique, and both paired well as a tea time snack. They're also open until 11:30pm! So if you want to skip the bar, I'd recommend checking out this tea spot for a nice hang out.
