This is arguably the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The dining room is always dirty and mobile ordering is a joke. With chipotle cutting back on its portions, this place however will give you what you want (triple rice, chicken etc) correctly with out having the dread of asking again. Most places will continue to half ass you when asking for more but that's not a problem here. it's my new favorite location for chipotle! I love Mexican food and I really like Chipotle. This is the WORST run spot you'll find however. The workers are completely incompetent, starting with not listening to your order, understanding how an efficient "line" works (it takes forever, even when nobody is there), keeping the store clean (total disaster most of the time), or providing any semblance of customer service. The food is always running out, and the portions are totally inconsistent. Also don't be surprised if you find hair in your food. This store is a total joke and should be closed down. Ordered online at 11:30 and set to pickup at 1:00pm. arrived at 1:00pm and saw that the place was crowded with high school teenagers. I thought to myself that they would not have my food ready since it was so busy. But I went over to the fast check out counter and my food was ready. picked it up smoothly and without any trouble. in and out in less than 5 minutes. Food was well cooked and seasoned. portion was on point. very satisfied. lunch time rush hour is hectic at most places but I noticed that the line was moving quickly and tables were clean when I arrived. read more

Theres a help wanted sign inside and it's very obvious they need help. Waited 25 minutes in line to order my food. The young Asian guy and girl with shoulder length reddish brown hair were doing a great job trying to keep up with everyone... there was a dude in the kitchen, probably a manager (although you couldn't tell that by the state of the kitchen or his snail's pace!) he should have stopped what he was doing to hop on the line and help them out. Just wanted to shout out the young girl and guy. They still offered good service to every guest even though the situation was obviously less than ideal. read more

Let's get real, every Chipotle is *typically the same! There is no reigning Chipotle taking over the world with excellence. You will get the same decent quality food and service from this location as you would from any other location. I've been here numerous times and haven't ever received what I didn't expect to. I eat at Chipotle about 2-3 times a week and i will say this is the worst location on the eastside. Tonight I decided never to return to this location. The chips had no salt or lemon on them and were stale. I was given half the guac I normally get for my 2 dollars and when I asked for a bit more I was given attitude and had to explain to the woman with the neck tattoo that she had shorted me and I heard her getting into the same argument with the following customers. This location is routinely disheveled looking, the staff have a rude attitude and are combative when you ask for fair portions or not brown guac. I love chipotle and will continue to go, but not to this location. Take your business to the Bellevue or Issaquah locations. read more

I work in the same complex as this location. There has been a constant trash problem, not dumped into the bin, all over the ground and parking lot. When they opened they did not have a dumpster for a month, they used our companies dumpster so their garbage/food was a problem from the beginning. Our company had to increase our garbage pickups to accommodate their trash. Within the first three weeks I asked the morning shift manager to clean up their trash four times. I then walked into their morning meeting and introduced myself to five managers to resolve this problem. So the night shift manager said, "well we can't keep the garbage inside over night" and I said "I'm a problem solver. I have the key to the vacant walkway and you can use that until we get the extra pickups and you get your own dumpster." So anyway long story short, this has never stopped. I have complained to the health department, Bellevue Code of Compliance and Chipotle's main headquarters. Chipotle had their apprentice team lead come over a month ago to meet with me and he assured me this will be taken care of. I immediately tried to contact their apprentice lead on 08/07/17 when trash again was dumped all over the ground, he never responded back!! 08/11/17 rice, beans and trash again. I've been to this location three times. I always choose a burrito bowl w/ brown rice, fajita vegetables, pinto beans, chicken, chopped tomato/onion, lettuce and guacamole. A very healthy meal and the folks are nice! Two solid thumbs up - and thank you for being in my neighborhood. read more

I like chipotle. The food was good. However, my party and I received much smaller portions than we should have received.

The food is not up to par. It's cold, the meat and rice are not seasoned correctly, the chips and guacamole are terrible, and the employees are poorly managed. Most of this is easily fixable if they had better training and leadership. Hopefully they figure it out sooner than later as there are so many other options in the Factoria area. read more

Wouldn't even give this location a 1 star but I have to in order to write a review. First when I walk in there are 4 employees who are just hanging out in he waiting area and ordering food. I stood at the start of the burrito line for 3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me standing there, they were too busy talking to each other. The girl who finally did help me was nice however once we got to the end of the line I asked for lettuce and then 3 of her coworkers started talking to her so she got distracted talking to them back, forgot my lettuce and wrapped my burrito all wonky. The employees who were hanging out were talking very loudly about this quesrrito they were all having. Very unprofessional how they were all acting and how loudly they were talking. When I got home and tried my burrito (which is when I noticed the lettuce missing) it had hardly any flavor. I love chipotle and this was a huge disappointed. Very slow service. It was only my husband & I in line. But employee conversations seemed much more important than customer service. The steak was over cooked. My salad bowl looked pathetic due to the fact I finally get to the end of the condiment line to be told they ran out of lettuce. Terrible service, the restaurants says online that it closes at 10 pm every day. When I arrived, I found another costumer approaching the door to find that the it was locked. The employees were cleaning and packing it in for the night at 9:20 pm when the restaurant closed at 10 pm. This should never be how a restaurant treats its customers. This was a terrible job of customer service from the staff. This ruined my night as I had planned to pick up myself 2 bowls, one for that night and another for the next day. For years I have wanted a Chipotle or Q'Doba in Factoria. We finally got one and I think I just ate there for the last time. My son ordered tortilla chips and they were barely room temperature and stale. How lazy do you have to be to serve stale cold chips and charge for them. I was hoping there might be a way to comment directly to the store but the Chipotle website offers no such feature. I had a chicken bowl and the chicken was cold. Not just not hot but actually cold. You don't expect sit down restaurant quality here but you should be able to expect it to be better than 4th day leftovers out of the fridge. read more

I wish I read the reviews before I went. This was the most disgusting Chipotle I have ever been in. When I first walked in around 2:30pm I thought how filthy it looked. Tables had food all over, napkins all over the floor. The glass/windows was filthy enough too! I was going to order steak and then saw how dried out it looked that I got the carnitas instead and husband got the barbacoa in the taco bowls. Both meats could have come out of the freezer, they were so cold. Customer service was poor, no one seemed to know what they were doing...who was ringing up who, no forks in the containers to eat so ask for forks and she hands me too but decides not to fill up the container for others that will most definitely ask after me. So bizarre. We sat down at the tables freezing, is there heat in this building, looking around at the zero atmosphere/white walls only. Clearly two drug addicts walk in to use the restroom, likely to shoot up and we were out of there. Left our cold inedible food right on the table as the garbages were already overflowing with trash on the floor. Literally had two bites. It's like I walked into a time warp. Who the hell runs this place? Will never be back to this location and quite frankly left such a bad taste that I don't plan on going back to any Chipotle again . Only good thing was the Diet Coke I got. Sad. Fix this place, fire the staff/management or put in a decent restaurant. What a disgrace this location is to the Chipotle name. read more

I just want to start this message by saying I never write anything like this. I just go on about my day - good or bad, but I feel as though I should say something: Today was the third time I've visited the Factoria Chipotle and will be my LAST. The first time the whole store was a complete mess, literally food was smeared all over the floors and table tops. It was hard to find a place to eat because you were concerned about the food sticking to your shoes or your clothes. I even witnessed multiple patrons wiping down the tables themselves. The rice and beans were completely undercooked. I didn't say anything to any staff members because I knew it was during the lunch hours so I thought maybe they're just behind. Plus, the store had only been open for about a week at this point. I excused it all. The second time I visited this location was extremely frustrating! When I walked in the door the line was probably 35 people long. I thought this would take no time at all since I've been to Chipotle hundreds of times and have never stood in line for more than 15 minutes (at the most). Boy was I WRONG! I waited in line for well over 40 minutes. I didn't leave the line because I had already waited so long, I was committed. When it was finally my turn I asked for a chicken bowl. The woman working the line told me I would have to wait 10 minutes for the chicken to be cooked. When she told me this I was completely shocked. Fifty minutes to wait for a chicken bowl!? This is supposed to be "Fast Casual". I could have cooked my entire meal in this time. Not to mention I feel as though the employees weren't even trying to keep up with the demand. There were two people working the line and five other employees "prepping" food in the background. No excuse to have to wait that long. Finally, today, the third time, I figured I would try out this Chipotle again and since it was 2:35pm I figured the lunch rush was over - I was correct about there being no rush/line but I was wrong yet again about this being a quick experience. When I walked up to the line there was ONE person working the line and that was it. There's no issue with this but once again there was no food prepared and this worker was having to stock all of the items herself. The two groups (consisting of three people total) in front of me took well over 15 minutes from start to finish. I heard the line worker ask for help from any one of the 5 other workers who were "prepping" in the back. Not one of them came to help her! I even witnessed one of the workers eating chips while prepping the new chip bags. When I saw this it really made me upset. I've worked in customer service for a very long time and your customers come FIRST and this worker was struggling and no one came to help her, instead they were eating and chatting as if it were break time while the line was growing by the minute. I was so excited when I found out this Chipotle was opening because I work maybe five minutes away from here but this store needs a lot of help. The food is not cooked correctly, at least in comparison to other Chipotles, the employees are terrible, and the store is not maintained. Maybe a new case of E-coli will come from this location? I will not be returning to the Chipotle in Factoria. I've been a long time customer of Chipotle and love the food, even so much that my best friend and I have the Chipotle chili pepper tattooed on our food but, honestly these experiences have made me rethink going to Chipotle all together. read more

I used to be a regular on Saturdays at this Factoria Chipotle when they first opened last year. Having said that one reason why I kept going here was they have ample parking for larger vehicles like my commercial box truck but that is not enough of a selling point to retain my business. The last couple of times I felt as if the young high school aged employees through easily identifiable body language and speech articulation did a very poor job of making you feel like you want to spend your money here at this location. I understand that this is a temporary non-long term career no but if you can't muster the effort to make your customers feel like you give a damn than maybe retail or customer service is not the job for you. With the ever inevitable threat of the ridiculous $15.00/ hour for the "dead end" job don't be surprised if you see more automated kiosks at your local Chipotle and other Fast And Fast Casual Restaurants. Anyone remember a couple years ago Jack in The Box test drove those very kiosks with superior reliability and I truly believe they will be here and back sooner than you think. In the mean time go to a restaurant that treats you the paying customer with a little respect. After all, your dough is funding their paychecks! BTW, the food here is as expected very good as everyone should expect after the health crisis scandal awhile back where all Chipotle locations were shut down for thorough cleaning. read more

I've been here 3 or 4 times, all on the weekend. This location compares well to every other Chipotle I have been to. Except no 20 minute wait and jockeying for a table at this location (must be like that only on weekends). I think the food is identical to the Issaquah and downtown Bellevue locations, I like the decor, we got frozen bad guacamole once, but other than that every meal has been consistent. read more

Even though it was a very busy hour I was met with a smile and courteous service by both the burrito maker and cashier. I had a fairly large order and it was prepared with a great attitude, the right way. The restaurant space was clean and inviting. Way to make a good early impression. My first and last time here. I had been warned not to come to this location but I decided I can't judge till I try it for myself. They didn't have rice as it had "run out", they didn't have lettuce as it's the first day they stopped receiving "pre-cut lettuce" so they now have to start cutting lettuce themselves. And only one person up front who was having trouble rolling up burritos while 4 employees were in the back making jokes. I understand that they just opened but at least have the basics (like rice and lettuce) filled. Or employees trained for better efficiency before they put out front. When I was paying, they didn't have a bag for me as they had run out up front. So I waited for another few minutes while the cashier ran to the back and "searched" for the bag. read more

Unfortunately, nothing has changed with this location since the last reviews. Today was my third visit and, like my previous visits, the dining room was dirty. There were food remnants on every table, on the floor, and on the seats. There were even food remnants on the counter in front of the cash register. I asked for the manager and was told he was unavailable. I was directed to the only 'clean' table; however, I still saw crumbs and so I waited until he wiped it off. There was grated cheese all over the stainless steel island in the food prep area that was never cleaned up during our entire visit. Towards the end an employee came out with a toxic looking yellow substance and sprayed the tables; however, I still saw crumbs on them when he was done. I am wondering if this location is a tax write off for the owner as I can't imagine operating a business this way -- in light of the previous woes of Chipotle I expect everything to be immaculate, but it isn't so much. Sad. The only positive is I thought the employee I spoke with did a good job of addressing my complaint -- but wish there'd been a manager. read more
