I have been going to the others near 75024 and they do not compare to the freshness and quality. Nothing is worse than craving something and getting it and it not being what you expected. Just went in a little before close( which I already felt bad about) to get a bowl. The young man behind the glass was so so sweet and smiled even though he clearly looked like he had been running around all day. The manager was pretty rude, very in personal I guess you could say. I frequent this location weekly, mainly because of the convenience and the fresh food options. I usually order the barbacoa bowl with a bag of chips. I love the chips which have a hint of like and are sprinkled with sea salt. I will never rate a chipotle under a 4 because it's one of my all time favorite fast food joints. This one is a bit smaller than most and the staff was a little slower than others. The guy in front of me wanted steak which they were currently out of and he waited five minutes for them to make more before finally giving up. That being said the food quality is still amazing and you can't beat the price for a chicken burrito. The guacamole is always fresh. Don't get the patron margarita as it tastes terrible, which is too bad because it is only $6.95 and that's a couple bucks cheaper than anywhere else. Chipotle is one of my favorites when I'm in a hurry. Food is good but the emphasis on "hurry" is making me crazy. Is the staff at Chipotle timed on how fast they move a customer through the line? Every time I visit a store, I feel so much pressure to quickly order, move through the line and pay for my food. Forget about putting your money back in your wallet. This Chipotle rocks, it's run by the former manager of Lewisville (Main st) they give you full servings of everything and all the vegetables were fresh and the chicken was done perfect. The inside is a little small so it might be hard to get in for lunch on a weekday at noon. read more

I ate here a few weeks ago. I've always been a big chipotle fan and my recent experience just confirmed my fandom. I ordered what I normally get, a salad with all three salsas. The food line prep woman put way too much hott salsa on the salad. As I watched her I instantly knew it would be too much but I tried to eat it anyways. After a few bites I couldn't handle it. I hate returning or wasting food. But I couldn't eat anymore. I brought it back to the cash register and the manager kindly allowed me to start over and get a whole new salad. This time I ordered the hott salsa on the side. Needless to say from now on I will order the hott salsa on the side. I am happy with the level of customer service at the restaurant and will continue to enjoy my Chipotle! read more

It's a freakin' Chipotle. Granted, this one is a little small, however, I tend not to sit around and eat, choosing instead to just grab something to go. That said, I really enjoy both the barbacoa and the carnitas, however, there are times where either one or the other simply doesn't look very good. There is some inconsistency, but I crack that up to every batch being slightly different for one reason or another. If you're going to eat there frequently, it's probably a good idea to have your favorite meat choice and a back-up just incase your preferred option doesn't look all that tasty that day. Also, the chips are by far the best chips out there. I could 10 bags with relative ease and not feel bad what-so-ever. Just kidding, probably would feel disgusting, but it would totally be worth it. read more

The man on the grill was lighntening fast, ( he had a beard ) ; the new lady on the register was slow and she seemed confused so that was the only negative. Just moved in to the Shops of Legacy and Chipotle was the first place we spotted!! The line was as usual almost out the door, but the staff was both quick and courteous I was out the door with 2 burritos and drinks in about 10-15 minutes. Totally recommend this place!!! read more

I've been coming here for quite sometime and It use to be a my favorite place. Today I came and I noticed when I ask for the burrito bowl they hardly put any rice, I asked for double brown rice and they she grabbed a 1/4 of the spoon and gave me a little more. When it came to the meat portion they gave me a small spoonful. I basically paid 10.35 for a bowl of lettuce corn and cheese. I think it's time to change places. I am a huge chipotle fan! I eat chipotle about once every two weeks. But this location has the absolute worst service. I've probably been to this specific chipotle at least 30 times since I moved to the area and the service has never been good, but it also hasn't been bad enough for me to write a review until last night. There were three people working the line last night at 7:30 and each gave me their own form of attitude... with some added eye rolling. This isn't even what brought me to writing this.. It's when I saw the people behind me also being treated this way. This location really needs a course in customer service 101. Management please get this location together. read more

I have been a faithful customer to this Chipotle location for 7 months, and overall I've been quite satisfied in my experience. Determined by the number of new faces in my last visit, I assume they had some challenges with their previous team. The staff now consists of a younger group both in the kitchen and on the assembly line. Needless to say I was quite disappointed this time around. The employees were busy joking with one another despite having customers to serve. I felt like I had to fight for the attention of the girls putting my order together. There was also an obvious short of the food options available. Both options of beans were empty, and the sofritas looked like it had been sitting all day.The lettuce wasn't diced as it normally would be, and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes because the fajitas were being cooked. I'm fine with waiting, but not to only to receive one small cup of vegetables for 2 bowls. After all this, one meal was created incorrectly, and both orders came out to about a third of the usual size, despite my request to be a "double serving". I later found out that they were both very cold, which was the final push for me to write this. I love Chipotle, and was very pleased with the one here at Legacy, but this is a misrepresentation of the brand. I will not give this location anymore of my business as long as this poor service continues. read more
