Chipotle is not safe for people with celiac disease despite it claiming to be sensitive to people with food allergies and listing items as "gluten free." There is an enormous amount of cross contamination. The tortillas hang over the tin foil and droop into the first set of food bins contaminating all the food in the bin. I have also seen workers put the spoons on the tortillas and then back in the food bin. When I told the manager that this was dangerous for people with Celiac, he said that the counters were too small so they couldn't prevent the tortillas from falling in the food bins. He also told me that he can't make sure that there is no cross contamination because they make "thousands of burittos a day." This is very dangerous for anyone who is celiacs. The manager claimed the workers there have been trained, but are clearly sloppy. read more

I really wish a Taco Bell went into instead of this place (there's been talk about it for years in Westford, but it's never happened The Burrito's are ok, I suppose, there's a very limited menu of what you can get. It's a pretty small place. The prices are ok for that Burrito. The choices of things you can get in it, are very limited. I find the Moe's on Drum Hill in Chelmsford is much better, has lots more choices and even unlimited chips with a salsa bar. Probably though, the most notable thing about the place is the noise. I don't know what it is acoustically about it, but for some reason this place is VERY VERY noisy, even with few people. The walls seem very reflective of sound, and you can hear anyone in the restaurant's voice reflecting off them from the other end of it. read more

Ordered 3 meals online. Two were correct. Mine was not. Ordered a chicken bowl with all the veggies and mild salsa. Received a steak bowl with steak so tough that you couldn't chew it, hot salsa, rice, lettuce and that was it. Of course we figured it out after we got back home. read more

Food is good and staff is super friendly because it's a Chipotle. This location is consistently poor with cleaning their tables and floors - it's bad. There are zero decorations on the wall and there is basic plywood on a few of the walls. They need more staff to keep up with their busy times. read more

Twice we've ordered ahead online only to get there and our bowls were not even started. We called ahead with plenty of time (over 20 minutes both times). To delay things even more for us when they finally did make our bowls they sat on the counter until we finally asked them for the bowls. This restaurant ran out of guacamole the first time we went there (running out of quacamole at a Mexican food place?). We like Chipotle but we won't bother to call ahead again. My daughter and I went there for lunch today and the place was filthy! There were flys everywhere (even where the food was being prepared), food on the floor, food and wrappers on the tables and when one of the ladies came to clean the table she just cleaned them with her hands and threw it on the floor! The trash wasn't even in the trash bin! I do not recommend going here if you want to sit down and have a bite to eat somewhere you think they would want a good atmosphere for their customers! read more

Usually this Chipotle is really great but I came here the other night with my boyfriend and it was awful. When we walked in, there was no line, but by the time we got to pay the line was out the door because the employees could not get it together. Everything was empty and we had to wait at every station for them to replace things which took an extremely long time. At one point, we waiting about 5 minutes for them to just go grab the rice. They also had no guacamole which was annoying because its their 'special topping.' Also the lettuce in my burrito was slightly frozen or just extremely cold that it was icey. It wasn't good. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Service is bad and indifferent. Always a long wait. I've been a big fan for five years now but this is the worst chain out of all Chipotle. Worst customer service, order for our business 3 times, all 3 times they missed things in our order. We ordered chips and guac... we got guac and no chips... well thats a waste. When i called to complain, they asked me to drive back and get them... First off, I was born and raised in California. Before I left to live in Florida I missed not having Mexican food here in this state, unless I cooked it myself. My whole family was thrilled to find out that a new Chipotle opened in town ( Viera ) so we went to check it out. The place is extremely small for the location and population there. Im talking super small, it cannot accommodate all the guests. We ordered our food, which looked good, but not great, its definitely lacking "something", it was pretty bland. We were forced to sit outside in the 91 degree heat. The tables were flimsy, the umbrellas were falling apart, and by that I mean I saw some of the actual screws from the umbrella actually fall off while were sitting there. Next thing you know, my 3 year old, almost 4 to be more exact, fell thru the backless chair, landed on the cement with her spine folded, her legs still caught in the chair and her head landing on the cement next. She suffered bruising, swelling, and the trauma of being watched by everyone fall so unexpected while eating. She is too big for a highchair, she sits at normal chairs now at restaurants. These backless chairs they have in the patio area are very unsafe, any small child or petite adult weighing less than 100 lbs, runs the risk of falling thru the back of the chairs or getting stuck on the way down. Very hazardous, people were concerned, offered their help, and expressed how unsafe the chairs are. I contacted a manager , filled out an incident report, and corporate called to apologize! Really? My child could of been killed from a brain injury, or suffered paralysis from hitting her spine, and you're just sorry? Never even offered to credit me for the food or was told they would take care of anything ( medical bills) , etc etc. I soo regret going there, I want to see all chairs replaced before more children get hurt, what are they waiting for? Cheap skates, with all the money they charge for extras, Im sure they can afford for new safe chairs to accommodate all the people they fake out with their bland food!! read more
