This place has gone downhill. It was good years ago when it opened but in the last year it has been the pits. A few months back we ordered and the meal was tasteless. My daughter went again last week and we received a bag of stale old tortilla chips. Tonight I was accosted by an employee who shouted at me and interrupted me repetitively because they were too impatient to let me complete my response. Very off putting. Really great Mexican fast food. I like the simple menu and the streamlined ordering process. Ingredients are fresh, and their guacamole is outstanding. Staff here is upbeat and friendly. Chipotle is expensive, but you get a lot of food. The burritos are huge - it's hard to even finish. Extra $2 for the guacamole is a little much, bringing the burrito up to almost $10. I don't go too often because of the price and huge amount of food, but when I do I thoroughly enjoy it! It gets crowded at lunch on weekdays, but the line seems to move through quickly. read more

The staff at this location were very apprehensive and rude when it came to a mobil order I placed and paid for but they didn't make it. they claimed there was no confirmation despite being paid for and resisted to comply with the customers. They made us place it again and pay for it. The place has an immature nature due to the fact of them making comments as we exited. Will not be visiting again in the foreseeable future. absolutely disgusting! at this point just shut this chipotle down. this particular one is always only open whenever it's convenient for them. this is my third time trying to get food from here to my surprise it was finally opened the hours that was listed on the website instead of me having to walk away empty handed because it was closed by 3 pm any day of the week this time I chose to walk away empty handed because the inside was completely disgusting. as I was waiting in line to be served there were at least 7 employees just standing around behind the counter while the person serving the food did not even think to change his dirty gloves from order to order. there was trash everywhere in the restaurant, ever table was filthy. there was garbage overflowing in all of the trash spots which was flowing into the drink station. as a former food service worker I can't tell you how many food code violations there were at this place. Board of health would have a field day here. the man changing out the food that was running low had no gloves on with long dirty finger nails touching the food. did not think to swap the low food tin but instead just poured new food into the old food. as soon as I seen that my fiancé and I had to immediately get out of line and leave. as we were leaving that same man proceeded to yell at us for leaving. drove 20 minutes to another chipotle and so happy we did. definitely dodged some serious food poisoning we would of got from the westford one had we stayed. read more

I visit Chipotle at least every other week and have been to multiple locations in MA and NH. This Chipotle is by far the worst one. The main issue with this Chipotle is the meat. It's either undercooked or under seasoned every time. They also always spill the shredded cheese into the guacamole which is super annoying because I have a dairy allergy so sometimes I just don't get the guac. The service here is also somewhat slow. I visit this location frequently just because of how conveniently located it is for me and because it's not bad enough to avoid it all together. If you get a veggie bowl/burrito it's fine. If you want a better Chipotle experience drive a few extra minutes to the Drum Hill-Chelmsford location, it is so much better. read more

This place is great. They do get slammed around lunch time though. If you go early (before 11:30am) or later (2pm and on), you won't have much line. OK I like the concept of Chipotle but every each one is different by the people who worked there. Because the newness of this particular business - the staff is relatively young or new. With that said - this one is better than others. This is one if the better ones. The girls at the order line didn't have attitudes. Usually hipster kids with major attitudes. Even when I asked for extra lettuce, no issues. Maybe the bathroom could be cleaner. The food tends to be too salty. Everything is heavily seasoned - especially the meats. So when you choose not to get the rice, the dish gets very salty. No room for jalapeño sauce. read more

Giving a one star rating to this Chipotle restaurant is being too kind. Westford Chipotle is awful. At a recent visit, I watched the manager and staff be openly rude and disrespectful to a customer who was trying to decide on her order. There was no rush at the time and the manager berated this woman for not ordering fast enough and then told her to "order online or go to Subway" if she didn't like how this Chipotle location was treating her. This location is really poorly managed. Saturday 4/28 at 8pm, busy but not unreasonable. Waited in line for a half hour, because the manager was overloading the line of burrito makers with online orders instead of taking actual orders. Watched the cook cross contaminate raw chicken to the white rice mentioned it to the manager who "didn't understand what I was saying because the chicken was on the grill, already cooked". Its a good place to go if you dont go during peak hours. The staff is off putting and seemed bothered that they had customers. They were dropping cheese all over everything and to me cross contamination is big because on vegan. The girl who was having a bad night rolling burritos was nice and at least kept a smile on her face. Chipotle is good but the lackadaisical attitude of the workers is whats killing it as a business. We stopped in here the other night after having planned to go to friend's Christmas party in Acton but they canceled as all the kids had the flu. We've never been to a Chipotle before, we generally don't eat in "fast food" places and the burritos were good sized, we both had the chicken with hot salsa and guacamole and sour cream (you only live once). Not nearly as good as some of the burrito joints in Boston/Cambridge but for "fast food" not so bad, so giving it five stars for a "fast food" place. We also had two chicken tacos, really enjoyed those. Service was pretty quick and friendly, the place had been nearly full, but the staff did a nice job of moving things along. read more

Placed an order on their app. They forgot the meat. I already had a free because they messed up my order last time (forgot the meat) and now they did it again. I usually go at times where everyone else is there, seating is somewhat limited but Even when it is packed the kids behind the counter do a great job and don't keep you waiting very long at all. Not wanting to spend a king's ransom on dinner and too lazy to cook, we headed to one of the newest places in town: Chipotle. Formerly occupied by Burger King, this spot was pretty slow at 8 pm, and it was REALLY dirty. Paper and plastic drinking caps and straws were strewn on the floor, the garbage pail next to the door was full, the tables were dirty. Not really sure why we didn't just turn around and leave. Guess we wanted to try it. Note: For some reason, I didn't get the memo that this was a fast food joint. There were only about 5 tables, but there was seating on a low counter near the window and also on some weird shaped metal tables that crossed each other. Light pendants were all over the room and were suspended by 4-ft-long wire. Chairs were backless ottomans and pretty uncomfortable. The menu was confusing at first, but generally speaking, there are four choices: burritos, tacos, burrito bowl (burrito without the burrito), and salad. To plagiarize Burger King, you can "have these your way" by including chicken, steak, barbacoa beef, carnitas (pork), or vegetarian options. These options range in price from $6.45 to $6.85. Once you decide what you want, you can add different salsas: tomato, chili corn, green chili, or red chili. So, a taco with steak and any of four salsas would be $6.85. The setup was like a salad bar. We ordered a salad with beans, cheese, peppers and onions, and steak (the steak was one-quarter-inch-square dry pieces) and spicy vinaigrette, as well as three hard shell tacos with marinated steak, cheese, tomato salsa, and a side of guacamole and sour cream. Can't go wrong with a tab of less than $20 and a nutrition list containing all the calories fat, sugar and protein, etc., in each bite. However, they were very skimpy on the components of our meal. That, along with the fact that the place was dirty and unappealing, will probably do it for visits here unless we're desperate. My own tacos and homemade guac are 10 times better. Adios. Two stars because it provided healthier choices than BK or McD. read more

I have been to at least 15 different chipotle locations. This location had the worst service out of all of them. They had one new employee trying to make food and ring everybody out. Nobody even helped him when he was out of ingredients. Took over 10 minutes to make my bowl. I did give them a second chance a few weeks later and they were better. read more

Chipotles is consistently good in every state but this Westford, MA locale stood out for its service. The staff here was so genuinely friendly, it blew my mind. Love Chipotle but this location was not a great experience. Place was busy but not out of control but you would think you were at a night club. Music normal level, people talking normal but the place has nothing to absorb the sound you could barely hear the people taking your order. I would not want to eat inside. This place is really four stars not five, but I had to offset some of these negative reviews because I have trouble believing that people are fairly evaluating this location. I go here probably twice a month for lunch and it's one of the better Chipotle locations I have been to. The staff is always fast and accommodating during a really busy lunch hour. I went there today and the line was practically out the door, but they kept it moving and we made it through unscathed in a reasonable amount of time. Furthermore, the food quality itself is always great. I've never had anything but fresh produce and great tasting meats that are prepared and rotated regularly off the grill. First off, it's a fast food mexican place, so set your expectations there. I'd describe it as sort of a mexican subway, pick your "bread" (either salad, burrito, taco, etc), and then fill it. The food is pretty good, and the staff there are generally friendly. They love it when you try and create a truly epic-sized burrito. It does have the standard Chipotle decor, basically bare metal and concrete. I eat there pretty regularly, probably too regularly. It's tasty, and quick. Probably healthier than some of the other local fast food joints, too. read more

I have to say that this location was a big disappointment for me. We went there on a Sunday to grab some lunch and the place was a complete mess. Employees had absolutely no desire to do any work, the forks, spoons, etc stand was empty with trash all over the counter. The guy at the register literally threw our soda cup instead of handing it to us. Terrible, all in all... I love Chipotle food in general but i think atmosphere should be important too. I've been here 3 times and each time the restaurant was filthy and very loud. This is the reason for the 2 stars. The staff preparing food does not always wear hats or have their hair tied back. I saw a staff member using a mop one minute and then be serving food the next minute without washing hands in between. Chipotle- when your drink fridge is broken make sure you let your customers know before they order, no one is wants hot drinks. Also, teach your cashiers how to process exchanges. I don't need to be refunded and then have to pay for the exchange separately, not to mention that the kid behind the register was unpleasant about it. I am a Friday evening regular for take out. The lines are usually long but move fast. I love the food but the service is unreliable. A good burrito bowl taste depends on proper proportions of each and every item. I have had bad, good to great experiences with the server preparing the bowl.
