This place is awesome! Based in an unassuming strip mall, their food is top notch. I had an omelette for breakfast with fruit, and everything was very fresh and tasted high quality. You order and pay at the counter and then sit down -- then they bring your food out super fast. They had groovy 1950s music playing and an overall happy mood. Service was friendly and fast. Delivery was speedy but my steak was cooked well done when I ordered it medium rare (somewhat understandable given the transport time--maybe it just over cooked on the ride over?) But my eggs were scrambled when I ordered it over easy. Toast was not so toasted; more like just sliced bread. Also would have been nice if they gave butter or jelly on the side. I came in thinking the food menu wouldn't be very big as it is a tiny cafe. I was wrong. They had all kinds of stuff from shrimp, soups,salad, sandwiches, to some burgers. I ordered the deluxe bacon cheeseburger. It had 2 patties on it and it was much bigger than i expected. It was as delicious as any cheeseburger should be. Everytime i get a green drink it looks the same and taste similar i started with #5 and on it was just bland taste. I use to go there since i was hooked to the menu i tried literally everything my favorite was guevos rancheros and the shrimp salad. Until, i had the Mothers french toast it was awful very dry and no flavor it had frozen strawberries instead of fresh and the banana it was brown and not fresh at all. I love the carrot cake and regular coffee. I would give this a three stars just because the green shakes are all the same it even feels like they add water. read more

Yes I am a huge fan of this restaurant!! However, the delivery ... not so much. I ordered the Alfredo Fettuccine for myself, Chicken strips/ fries for my god daughter and a cheesecake for us to share. It took almost two hours for the food to be delivered and when it finally got here my pasta was cold, the breading on the chicken strips were pealing off and the fries were soggy. They are a sweet family business. My boyfriend and I have ordered from there several times. Great food and super sweet delivery people as well. This morning I had the best damned breakfast. The fact that it was at Casa Chocolate was a surprise because I go there to get my chocolate fix on... but when we rolled out of bed this morning, my husband suggested we go out for breakfast. We walked over and WOW! What a good choice! The kids loved the eggs, hubby scarfed the waffles -- but the Huevos Rancheros were perfection! The eggs were cooked perfectly with a nice softness to the yolk when pierced to drizzle over the accompaniments in a luxurious egg sauce -- but there was none of the runny (forgive the term "snottiness") raw element to eggs that so many huevos ranchero dishes have. Below the perfectly cooked egg was scoops of freshly rope avocado, pinto and black beans (they didn't make me choose) an addictive salsa and a crispy fried corn tortilla that acted like a chilequilles in the salsa and bean mixture becoming lightly soft and allowing me to cut it with my fork. Oh and of course we grabbed some of their fab chocolates for the perfect gifts and hot chocolate for the walk home. Can't wait to go back. Rock ON you crazy chocolate house! Have ordered here $40+ at a time for awhile now. Last time I ordered about a month ago, the delivery lady tried to automatically keep $10 for her tip without asking. When I asked for changed she said she left it in her car, I followed her out to her car and she had TWO (2) unleashed dogs in her car probably jumping all over my food/drinks. How disgusting?!! I told the manager on duty that day about the experience, and she advised I would be given a credit for the next time I ordered. So today, I decided to give them another try. Called for an hour after my order was supposed to be delivered and the receptionist advised me multiple times the delivery man was not there yet. Out of no where a delivery man comes an HOUR late, and the restaurant did NOT honor the credit I was told I was receive previously. In addition to paying my $55 tab, the delivery man threaten to call the police on me. I Will NEVER EVER EVER order from this place again. And I will definitely seek some sort of legal action against this business. Tried calling to speak to a manager/owner, and was told they were "too busy" to come to the phone and the guy hung up. read more

Great little place, in a mellow strip mall! (that happens to be near my current apt.) It's clean and bright and I had a chicken pesto panini sandwich which was good and satisfying and made with some care. The sandwich had ample avocado as the previous reviewers had noted. They also have ham & cheese, tuna melt, turkey and a few others similar paninis. I got a simple side salad (built around iceberg) with Italian dressing, and a medium sized freshly made carrot/orange juice just out of the juicer machine, all for $8.19. Not bad! The sandwich itself is just $4. The larger fresh squeezed combo juice just $3.50. There was a nice little round table to sit at (there's a few total) and the owners-seem to be husband and wife- are attentive and upbeat. read more

So I have stumbled upon this little restaurant maybe 3 months ago food was great but I always ordered online so by the time I would pick it I had zero waiting. Today my boyfriend and I decided to dine in. HORRIBLE mistake! We ordered at 10:50 and finally received our food at 11:25 mind you there were only 2 people waiting for food. I ordered the chilaquiles no salsa or pico de gallo I added steak (for 5 dollars not worth the potion) when I received my food it had no avocado which on the menu it clearly says it come wth it! The waitress really argued with me even tho I kept insisting her menu said it came with avocado!! So to shut me up she gave me a tiny side of avocado salsa smh! Driver was 1 hour late and my food might as well have been frozen. After microwaving it, it tastes great. Kinda made be feel robbed of my money, being that I could have paid a lot less for frozen food dinner or something. I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for delivery. Ordered from this stupid restaurant 1 hour and 10 mins ago and still no food. Not a great way to start seeing as this was my first time ordering. Over it!!!!!!!! We have ordered delivery from Casa Chocolate frequently in the past. Their food and service has always been reliable. However, today our order did not show up. When I called the restaurant the phone was picked up, but no one answered and all I could hear was background noise from the restaurant. I called again and the phone was left off the hook. I love a place that opens early for breakfast and offers a great bakery selection. I sampled their breakfast burrito, which was top notch. Great flavors, good portion size, and extremely satisfying. I went today hoping to see a variety of apples and hoping to buy around 3. My friend came here in Nov 2013 and she told me to try this place that is was better than Rocky Mountain. But unfortunately it was not the same experience for me. When I got there, there were only 5 apples available. I went at 1:30pm. The lady told me that the other apples weren't going to be ready until 3-4pm. I got an Oreo. On my way home I was eating it and the caramel was way to hard. I couldn't eat the apple because of the caramel. I wonder if the caramel is that way or was it because the apple wasn't from the day. The service was very good I just wished there were more apples to pick from and the caramel wasn't so hard. Idk if I will be back because I think so now I will stick to Rocky Mountain. read more
