I submitted a project request for insulation installation for my underfloor so basement and crawl space. Chris responded immediately and showed up the next day to quote the job. I ordered the materials myself and his team, led by Juan, showed up as planned on time. They worked hard and got the job done in one day. I had also asked if they could remove an old furnace plenum box that was still attached to the floor in the crawlspace which they did. They also restrapped some ducts that were just laying in the ground as well as removed a duct that wasn't in use and sealed it at the plenum. They did all this in one day and for a very reasonable price which was equal or less than the cost of others for only the insulation. Chris's team did an amazing job for my attic cleaning. 1000 square feet old insulation removal and new one installed in 6 hours. Very professional and super fast. I got rodent problem for 10 years and hired 3 pest control companies in the past - the mice come and go. So so annoying. After the old insulation removed, Chris examines every corner of attic and fix all the holes he found. He even showed me the mice path and hair left and explained me how it gets in and runs between spaces.. I was fully convinced by his work and explanations and it is exactly what I hear through the walls and attic. We definitely needed our insulation replaced (attic) as well as in the crawlspace (which had none). Cristino answered the phone himself (a rarity nowadays) and came out that day to check out the spaces and give me a quote. It was very reasonable compared to other outfits for the same size space (1300 sq ft). I liked that he listened to my concerns and checked out the spaces himself rather than send someone else. He also didn't try to upsell me. He came out the next day with a crew that was so efficient, I was literally in awe. They taped and put up plastic sheeting so nothing got on our furniture, walls or carpet before they started. One day to remove old insulation, clean the spaces, replace a pipe from the intake to furnace (which had a huge hole), and put in brand new rolls of insulation. Plus, they cleaned everything up like they were never there! He sent several photos of his inspection, as well as photos during and after insulation replacement. Cristino was one of the 5 that had good but not so many reviews so I was hesitant to engage. Trying to decide the right one for my remaining insulation job and decided to take a chance with Cristino, this time ended up super happy. Cristino and his team are extremely hard working, they accommodated my roofers and worked till late night with short notice on the available time before the roofers put down plywood. They took photos before and after to show what they did, nice and neat. They are also very accommodating to all questions and requests I have during the project, extremely easy to work with. Last but worth to mention is, Cristino's price is very competitive as they don't have the overhead from sales, office, and so on.
