The cafe itself is really cute and aesthetically pleasing, with lots of plants, floral prints, and pretty lighting. There are a couple of tables outside and quite a few cozy couches and chairs inside, so the space definitely has a nice vibe. However, I think the service and ordering process could use some improvement. There was only one person working, and he was clearly very busy and overwhelmed trying to make drinks for everyone. There was also no one else available to take orders. They do have a self-service kiosk, but I couldn't find all of the menu options on it, so I had to ask the person working for help. I felt bad because he was already so busy making drinks, but he was really kind and came over to help. Even he couldn't figure out why I wasn't able to order it through the kiosk, so he ended up making the drink for me himself. The good news is that the latte was actually really good! I think having another person working during busy hours or improving the ordering system would make a huge difference. Overall, I liked the cafe and the atmosphere, but the ordering experience is the main reason I'm giving it 3 stars.

I always buy the fantastic four as we call it - plain, custard, jellies & choco - most of the time ending up with 2-4 dozens...we always can't get enough of it! These donut holes are soooooo good (fresh, soft, not too sweet yet tasty) that it's always gone before we know it...Service is very good too. Place is just right (always full when we go visit). Importantly, prices are affordable. For the taste & quality of the donuts you get, you could say it is very much worth buying. We ended up with a jelly filled donut hole and I ordered an old fashioned glazed donut. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention when the person there packed our items and when we got home and I opened my bag, it was just a normal glazed donut. My disappointment. I guess the person there didn't hear me right. They were also on a phone call with an earpod in their ears so it's very possible they didn't hear me correctly. The glazed donut was fine, but it wasn't an old fashioned. The jelly donut hole was large but smaller than a normal jelly filled donut so my hubby liked the size and proportions. It was an unfortunate experience, but this teaches us to make sure to look inside the bags before we leave.
