I got a little bit of each to share with my coworkers and a bacon egg croissant with cheese added and a medium Vietnamese coffee. THEY ARE CASH ONLY. But I got so much stuff for less than 20 dollars. 28 donut holes, a breakfast croissant and a medium Vietnamese coffee!! You really get a lot for what you pay for. I also recently tried an apple fritter and found it too doughy with not enough apple bits. Wouldn't get it again. Solid place for donuts with lots of options! I've been here a few times and the donuts are tasty each time, even though I go later in the morning/day. I usually like to pick up whatever day-old donuts they have for $0.50. I love the blueberry cake, buttermilk bars, original glazed, and apple fritters. Fresh glazed donuts are DELICIOUS. Would pass on the sandwiches and danishes as they're pretty limp and don't taste that great. For some reason I've had communication issues with my orders every time I go. I usually have to repeat what I want multiple times. So I have always came here before as it is a Milpitas staple but it was brought to my attention that they are under new management recently so I wanted to see how it is now. I also go to two other donut shops that are within a mile or so, so I have something to compare it to. I ordered a small Vietnamese coffee (the small is a great size) and an everything bagel. The coffee was bold and sweet but not over powering. My favorite out of the local donut shops. The everything bagel was a 10/10. I had to stop myself from going in for another. They were super generous with the thick (not whipped) cream cheese and folded it like a toasted flat panini-ish bagel. I ran home and told my family where to get a fresh bagel! So many people in the area have been coming to this donut shop forever! I remember it being one of the better donuts in the area before I gave them up when I went vegan. I definitely miss these donuts!! This was the last place I visited as a "free person" before Alameda County was ordered to Shelter In Place because of COVID19. Before I entered the shop, there was a stool outside with a box of tissues sitting on it so patrons could use a tissue to open the door. A very thoughtful touch to keep everyone safe! I picked up a dozen donuts + an assortment of donut holes for my team. I had to ask for each donut to be individually packed in its own pastry bag per work's new regulations, and had the donut holes packed in sleeves of 4. The shop already knew the drill and made the accommodations needed. I wish I had more cash on me so I could have bought more to give away simply because the ladies here were so friendly and didn't seem to mind the extra packaging they needed to do. I really wanted to contribute to the business before things really slowed down. Little did we all know that 6 counties would be ordered to Shelter in Place later that morning. It feels like ages ago but it was only early last week! I hope they make it through this quarantine! As for the pastries themselves, my team crushed them and said these were the fluffiest donuts they've had in a long while. The glaze was not too sweet and the texture was fluffy not chewy. Ordered their croissant for my husband, and grabbed a dozen chocolate cream and a dozen custard cream filled donut holes. Haven't ran into filled donut holes before, but they were delicious! The filling was not too sweet nor did it over power your standard glazed donut hole. Not exactly your standard donut hole to begin with, but I thought it was more like a mini mini donut. I know this is a donut shop but to be honest I have never had a donut here. I come here strictly for the breakfast sandwiches, I always get the bacon and egg croissant sandwich which is the best. The croissant is always nice and fluffy, the bacon is crispy (a huge plus because I hate soft/soggy bacon), the egg is cooked perfectly and fried to perfection and it's just so yummy. They do have ham and sausage as well but I usually just stick to the bacon. The donuts here seem to be a hit with everyone because every time that I'm there the line is long with tons of people getting dozens of donuts especially the filled donut holes. I will try their donuts one day when I'm not craving the croissant sandwich. I would suggest to get here early as they run out pretty quickly and always take note that it is cash only. read more

The target audience/customers feel like military folks/military families, law enforcement officers/their families, some locals, and and anyone craving for coffee and donuts. Military veterans do hang around here. Not sure if there are any relations or associations with them. They do get lots of customers during specific hours throughout the day.
