This has to be the best place to buy fresh and absolutely delicious churros. I was greeted by an amazing woman with a beautiful smile. She took my order and suggested to try the chocolate sauce to dip my churros in and a horchata. The gentleman cooking was very friendly and also so nice to remind me to be careful it was very hot. My cinnamon churros were made fresh and the first bite made me want more. When you dip into the chocolate the combination is oh so good. I will be returning, the flavor of these churros is absolutely addicting. They have a perfect location you can find them easily and have the cutest stand for their business.

Spanish style churros. Not Mexican style.

Not the traditional southwestern Mexican style churros but still delicious. These churros were crunchy and flavorful. The cheese cake was very different, I didn't have any but my wife loved it. It was difficult finding the location (they should fix that) but when you do it's worth a try.

Loved these churros! So tasty and great! And Spain style! They were very friendly as well. Got to try them out at the Great American Foodie Festival this past weekend in Vegas and so happy they were there. Got to even talk about Spain a bit! Highly recommend!

Woooow I love the SPANISH CHURROS! My favorite is the cinnamon sugar tossed churros! I really enjoy eating it as is. But the strawberry sauce was by far my favorite dipping side!! Highly recommend the strawberry sauce!! They have Dulce de Leche and Spanish chocolate as well. The churros are fresh and not too greasy! For someone who does not eat fried food often, these churros were fabulous and gave me NO tummy ache! I never had Chufa (Tiger Nut). And today, I tried the horchata with cold brew coffee! Not sure what kind of coffee they use and it was a bit on the sweeter side but nevertheless, VERY GOOD! I love that Horchata from Spain (horchata of chufa) is plant-based, lactose and gluten free!! Follow @thechurros101 on Instagram to see where they are frying happiness. The truck was custom built and the equipment to make the Spanish Churros were imported from Spain! Churros may sound simple, (Flour, Water& Salt) but through many trials and research, Churros 101 found their Perfect Recipe with their ingredients. (Organic high gluten Spanish flour, spring water, sea salt fried in high oleic sunflower oil) - I looked on Churros101.com to check for those with any allergies.

Finally!!! Churros 101 showed up at the Food Truck Frenzy at Farm/Durango in Centennial Hills a few weeks ago! I'd been looking forward to trying out Churros 101 for a few months now! We ordered 3 Churros which ended up being a lot more than we had originally though! It The order came with two different dipping sauces, chocolate sauce and a dulce de leche. The Churros were fried perfectly with a good amount of cinnamon on-top! They were fresh and super scrumptious! The chocolate sauce was more of a dark chocolate than a milk chocolate. The dulce de leche sauce was a good addition to the Churros! Overall these were really good Churros and I would come here to this food truck again, just for the Churros!

Love love love! I am obsessed with churros and chocolate. When I was young in Philippines, I was obsessed with Spanish churros and chocolate. I haven't had churros and chocolate since I moved to Las Vegas approx 20 years ago. They do not have that here! UNTIL NOW! I followed this truck on Instagram and have been stalking its location until it was near me. Boy am I glad I did! The chocolate is amazing and not too sweet. The churros are amazing and you can opt out of the cinnamon sugar (Spanish churros do not usually have any). I was told the churros' and chocolate's ingredients were from Spain too! Omg, I love this place so much and I can't wait to go back!

Super yummy churros! We ordered 2 orders of churros and they were fresh and delicious! The nice lady taking our order gave us free chocolate dipping too! I think she knew it was our first time. Would definitely order again and try the drinks on their menu.

    So simple but so good!

What a great idea for a food truck! So easy but so good. You can get a little or alot, we got the 8 piece for 9$ and added Chocolate and Dulce de Leche dipping sauces, 2$ each. Fresh made, so they were still warm, perfect alone or dipped in our sauces. Light, not overly sweet and no sign of grease. You can tell by the womans accent at the truck window that these are authentic. If you have the opportunity, try them!

Finally, a Churro street vendor serving up SPANISH STYLE CHURROS! If you've had churros from Chocolateria San Gines or Chocolateria 1902 in Spain, Churros 101 is PRETTY.DARN.CLOSE!!!! Owners Encina and Certified Churrero Paul have extensively done their research to really bring Vegas a true taste of Spain! I was lucky enough to catch them at Food Truck Frenzy up in Centennial Hills, and boy, they did not disappoint! It brought me back to our time in Spain. Their churros are served hot and crispy with cinnamon sugar (Get them plain to enjoy them like they do in Spain with a side of Chocolate sauce)or filled with chocolate or dulce de leche and prices range from $5-$10 or you can even inquire about purchasing a Rosca(an uncut entire coil of fried churro goodness. Prices vary) Another taste of Spain served here is their Horchata de Chufa, made with tiger nuts as opposed to the Mexican-style rice drink which is equally delicious! Their hours and locations differ from time to time, so the best thing to do is to follow them on social media to be up to date on their whereabouts. Do you have a party coming up? They are also available for parties and private events. Looking forward to getting my next churro fix! ALOHA!!! Shaka Meter: \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ 5

Got their horchata and horchata cold brews! Yum!!

The best food truck in town. Food and cleanliness they are exceptional! And the owners are very friendly. I just wish that they could update their whereabouts more often lol. So when you see them around be sure to grab a batch because they are kinda difficult to find. Highly recommend to all foodies in town!

    (Vegan)Horchata cold brew.

This establishment serves perfect products each time I come here. My recent visit to this truck consisted of getting a order of their churros and a cup of cold brew coffee. The churros taste excellent plain with no sugar or cinnamon; absolutely hot and crispy while still tender and not chewy. They achieve peak flavor when dipped in the various sauces available: dulce de leche, Spanish chocolate, and strawberry. All the sauces have their own unique flavors and none are overly sweet. Equal in quality and taste to the churros is the cold brew I ordered. Its not just a regular cold brew, it is made with vegan horchata mixed in. I am not a coffee drinker or a vegan, but this was the best coffee beverage I have ever had. It made me want to drive back and order another cup as I was on my way home. The duo operating the truck were so friendly on top of their excellent customer service. I have repeatedly driven across town to eat these churros and I will continue to do so as long as they keep making them.

Ate them so fast forgot to take a pic first

Holy... where do I even start?…read more A friend highly recommended this place, so I went with high expectations. Somehow, Fideua still managed to exceed every one of them. A few tips if it's your first visit: 1. Order from their pre-order menu (at least 24 hours in advance). 2. Come HUNGRY. Seriously. 3. Set aside 1.5-2.5 hours to enjoy the full experience. 4. Save room for dessert. What I ordered: - Sautéed Shrimp, Calamari & Octopus (Sepa/Gambas/Pulpo al Ajillo) - Sea Bass Oven-Cooked in a Salt Crust - Ox Tail (Rabo de Toro) - Chef's Signature Seafood Fideuà - Warm Bread with Spanish-Style Aioli - Chef's Choice Dessert (Surtido de Postres) I would order every single one of these again without hesitation. Fideua is a small husband/wife restaurant about 10-15 minutes off the Las Vegas Strip, by Head Chef Farman and Sous Chef Barbara. Barbara makes the desserts in-house, so the selection is limited.. but that's exactly why they're so good. Beautifully balanced, not overly sweet, and the perfect way to end the meal. One tip: don't finish the aioli with the bread. Save it for the sea bass, ox tail, and paella/fideua. You'll thank me later. This was one of the best meals I've had in Las Vegas. What I loved most was how authentic everything felt. The ingredients are imported from Spain, and nothing tasted "Americanized". The food, service, and hospitality were all exceptional. I've eaten at many José Andrés restaurants across different cities, and while I enjoy them, they're much more modern fusion. Fideua delivers something much closer to what you'd actually experience in Spain, and that's what makes it so special. Honestly, I haven't had a Spanish meal this authentic even in Los Angeles. There are a couple good ones but not THIS good. The pricing is also incredibly fair. To get this level of quality on the Strip, you'd easily pay two to three times more.. and even then, I doubt the food would taste better. If you can, book an earlier timing so you'll have the chance to chat with Farman & Barbara and his culinary journey. His warmth, curiosity, and passion shine through not only in conversation but in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. I already can't wait to come back in a few months to try other dishes on the menu.

Experience -- Absolutely Worth It…read more After having é by José Andrés on my list for what felt like forever, I finally had the chance to experience it -- and somehow, it exceeded the expectations I had built up over all that time. This was easily one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had. I might even go as far as saying that, personally, I walked away more satisfied with this meal than I did from Providence -- which says a lot. There were simply too many exceptional dishes to describe each one individually. The creativity, technique, presentation, pacing and attention to detail came together beautifully throughout the entire experience. More importantly, it never felt like creativity just for the sake of being creative. The food was genuinely delicious. If you're looking at the price and wondering, "Is it really worth it?" -- I had the exact same question before coming here. After experiencing it, my answer is absolutely yes. At least once, this is a dining experience worth having. With Michelin returning to Las Vegas after a long absence, I'll be very curious to see how é is recognized. Based purely on my experience here, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see it receive the highest recognition. One thing I know for sure: é will now be on my list every time I come back to Vegas. An unforgettable experience from beginning to end.

So it's a very exclusive fine dining experience. The food itself was unlike any tasting menu I've had so far. It's billed as Spanish tapas, but it is so much more than that. The 20+ courses that you get are all unique and just blow you away! The creativity and detail that goes behind every dish is at an extremely top level. And yes, the food is actually delicious. I don't think there was a single miss in any of these dishes. The team working here are wonderful. Although there may be some preparing that takes place in the kitchen with respect to each of the component parts of each dish, every single dish was prepared right in front of us and served to us directly. Not just that, but everyone here is super nice. Had some great conversations with the chefs. This was definitely one of the great dining experiences I have had this year. The only question I have is seeing how many Michelin stars they will get once the revived Michelin Guide for Las Vegas officially announces its results in August!

Like a regular AYCE it comes in rounds and every round you're allowed to choose up to 3 tapas per person. It's a very flexible way of choosing how you want to enjoy your meal. You can choose individually the tapas you'd want to try or you can try them all. They had varieties of dishes ranging from veggie dishes to meat and desserts. All thier tapas are served with a thin slice of crostini( thin slice of bread) or a tart. My personal favorite is the burnt plum tart. It was wonderful. From the thickness of the tart to the cohesive flavors of the slightly sour cream mixed with a hint of sweetness emanating from the plum. The burnt plum is a must try dish! When asking the servers about the dishes they were very helpful and eager to explain the dishes. Every time a dish arrives the servers will explain which dish is being served, which is very helpful. Because as their dishes are influenced by Spanish cuisine so is the names of the dishes. I had a small chat with the servers about the history of the restaurant and it's very interesting. In the beginning it was not an AYCE, but instead it was an A-La-carte. They just recently switched it to AYCE and I found that to be very unique. The chef even came out and introduced herself which I thought was very welcoming. The interior of the restaurant was very nice. It was modern and clean, yet it had a nice cute personality to it that sets it apart from other fine dining places. I remember a very big piece of artwork that left a really lasting memory because of its intricate design and matching throw cushions. He took the time to answer our questions, offered thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything throughout the meal was perfect. This is hospitality done right. The sangrias were delicious, refreshing, and full of flavor. My only minor suggestion would be a little less ice in the glass next time, as it diluted the drink a bit. I may order a pitcher on my next visit because they were that good. We started with the olive assortment and the Pan con Tomate, toasted slices of uniquely crispy bread imported from Barcelona and brushed with fresh tomato. It's a classic Spanish staple, and both appetizers were simple, authentic, and absolutely delicious. For our entrée, we enjoyed the halibut filet served with a luxurious mussel saffron sauce, braised fennel, and chive oil. The fish was perfectly cooked, tender, and complemented beautifully by the rich, aromatic sauce. For sides, we ordered the Patatas Bravas, crispy fried potatoes served with spicy tomato sauce and alioli, which were outstanding, and the Coliflor Salteada con Aceitunas y Dátiles, sautéed cauliflower with dates, olives, and PX wine. The combination of sweet and savory flavors made this dish incredibly unique and memorable. The atmosphere is chic, energetic, and joyful. You can feel the excitement throughout the dining room, making it an ideal place for a date night, celebration, or gathering with friends. Overall, Jaleo delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Beautiful surroundings, impeccable service, outstanding food, and delicious cocktails made for a truly memorable meal.
