Great Food, prices are okay. Service has been okay for the most part. They could be a little more accommodating towards the customer.

Look man I don't usually take the time to write reviews about pizza places, especially because there are so many mediocre ones out here in Los Angeles. I love pizza just like the next guy but I love pizza even more when it's made with care, love, fresh ingredients, and amazing customer service. The prices weren't too bad either. I got a meat lovers large pizza, and a supreme large pizza, along with fried mozzarella sticks. I think the total was about 35 bucks, the owner threw in two free Coca-Cola classics. What a guy. Now about the pizza: A nice thin crust not too thin as to be crispy, but not too thick as to be doughy. Perfectly in the middle. There wasn't too much crust meaning the toppings , the sauce and the cheese went all the way as far as it could go while leaving at least a quarter inch of a crust. I find that a lot of pizza places leave an extra large crust so they don't have to put on more tomato sauce and cheese. Which is a travesty in my opinion. Now onto the toppings, absolutely fantastic toppings all the classic meats all the classic veggies, and all the right proportions. This is a pizza that I can stand by 100,000,000%. Next time I need a pizza I'm going to Cicero's on La Cienega. The owners were great, prices were fair and the pizza was absolutely out of this world. do yourself a favor don't fuck this one up.............. go get some pizza!!!!!!

I've been coming to this pizzeria for a long time and not only are the pizza pies great the whole menu is awesome Ally the own treats you like family love the worker and their food, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Everyone out there don't miss out on this place best pizza spot in town!

I catered from Ciccero Pizza and it was SO great!! The food was delicious, the catering experience was easy, and I had an overall positive experience. In a time like now, I always try to opt shopping and catering local. It was a pleasure doing business here. We ordered Ceasar salad, baked ziti, chicken alfredo, and garlic bread. Ali helped me out and gave generous portions, even giving me a discount with some of the combined orders. He was hospitable and kind, like talking and working with your neighborhood friend. For reference for 80 people, we ordered 3 full pans of salad, 3 full pans of ziti, 2 full pans of chicken alfredo, and 80 garlic bread. There was a lot of leftovers, I think we could have fed 100 people. One downside is that it doesn't come with plates, utensils, and napkins, but requires an additional cost. We bought them on the side and brought it there.

Cocktails are slightly limited as it is not a full bar, but they do have options. The frozen Spritz was very flavorful, more fruit forward and would be perfect in a hot day. The Nonna's Medicine had a nice complexity to it with the flavors peeking their heads out at different times through the process. For food we started with the crudo, mussels and grilled oysters. The crudo was very fresh and had a lot going on with it's simplicity. Just a great bite. The mussels were decent but really didn't stand out in any way. The grilled oysters, however, had flavor and texture, with a Parmesan crust on top and the oyster and juice underneath. Very good! For pizza, they are almost like little personal focaccia pizzas, cut into four slices. We tried the mushroom, pepperoni and white pizzas. The mushroom has a garlic cream sauce and herb mix with Parmesan. You definitely get the mushrooms, as they are ample, but they do not over power the pizza. Just a good blend of flavors in each bite. The white comes with Japanese potato, fennel, mozzarella and pesto. Another really great bite with the potatoes not overpowering everything else. Finally, the pepperoni with spicy honey. The spicy honey is more like spicy marinara honey sauce, but it works. Could have used more of that as it came on the side. The pizza itself, with mozzarella and pecorino tasted great. Maybe that focaccia is the move? Overall, De La Nonna did not disappoint. Everything was very nice, and sitting on the patio when the weather is perfect is always a move. I would say to skip the mussels but, everything else, give it a try!

Initially we were going to…read moretry De La Nonna, but they were closed for a special event and we didn't know when we showed up. In the same vein, we stuck with a similar style of food and ended up at Propaganda. There was little to no wait, which was pleasant. It was a nice day and we decided to eat outside. The focaccia bread and salad came out first, and both were good. I enjoyed the crispiness of the bread, though my only qualms were that the bread was quite oily and the butter and salt were just a tad bit too salty for my liking. The Insalata Mista salad was solid. Good flavor, good dressing-to-salad ratio, and a surprisingly good portion size. As far as pizza goes, the Margherita was good. Tasty, moist, and a nice crunch on the crust. I found it to be enjoyable, though I may have enjoyed more fresh basil on this. I did find it better than the Boscaiola. I got the black truffle honey add on, and it does not go well on this pizza in my opinion. There was virtually no taste of truffle to me, and more of just an aftertaste of oily sweet honey. This was a miss. It's hard to say whether the base pizza was good without it because the flavor profile was just too overpowered by the aftertaste. The Arts District is definitely coming up with new upscale dining establishments, and I'm there for it. I think this is a solid addition. Though this is a wine bar, I don't generally drink, so my review is based purely on the food. Results of their drinks, which is quite an extensive list, may be to your liking! They do have an inexpensive three wine flight, for reference!

Food: - Sicilian: THIS was the winner of the evening! The sauce, mozz, ricotta, and pesto all came together to make a really tasty bite. The edges of the crust were nice and crispy, and you can taste the toasted cheese on the edges of the crust. SO good. We both decided that this was the best flavor of the night. I've had this same pizza at several other spots in LA, but Prime Pizza really executed it well here. So well balanced in textures and flavors, and the crust was both nicely crispy on the edges and fluffy in the center! - Spicy Pep: Solid pizza, and we LOVE when pizza places use cuppy pepperoni. It was a bit spicier than expected, so be prepared to *actually* taste the heat when you order this one! It's tasty and the crust for this one was also banger, but (IMO) pales in comparison to the Sicilian. Would gladly come again for the Sicilian!

Nice name, but when I see menus of any cuisine that go out of their way to offer vegan and gluten free versions of everything, it tends to put me off. I know that's an unfair prejudice, but I always assume it's more of a healthy food place for people who complain about regular food than a real tasty joint. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. Now that I've tried their fantastic pizza, my only sadness is that they are located in DTLA, where finding parking even to run in and pick up things to go is always difficult. So, we were here at first not for the food but because my teen son's death metal band, Institutionalized, was playing a show with the very popular super cool local metal band Diabology. But, hey, if you're there might as well grab something before you leave, right? So We got a cheese pie, which was excellent. Also tried a slice of their white pie, which was garlicky goodness. What really sold us, though, was the Sicilian pie we got. As born and bred New Yorker transplants who have been here a long time, we have never found a fantastic Sicilian. Good, sure, but never great. The pies are never thick enough as far as the breading. Here it was as close as we've ever got. And like the other pizza, the taste was excellent. And, as native New Yorkers, we know our pizza! Strongly recommended! Can't wait to get another Sicilian pie in the near future with some toppings.

I finally went back and tried one of their vegan pastas I hadn't tried before, and there was meat in it (pancetta). The customer service was amazing and the cashier who helped me, Melissa, was so apologetic and sweet (obviously wasn't her fault), but this is just another warning to anyone who is vegan and considers coming here. I also came when they were about to close and already had to wait like 15min longer than they said so there's not even anything else open this late for me to find other food. Very disappointing and I will not be coming back for good this time. If I could give separate stars for customer service, I would give them 5 stars but this was unacceptable on the cook's part. The online ordering process isn't the easiest and the pick up process feels a bit clunky but the service is great. It's not the most relaxed dining experience but that's part of the charm.
