Delicious coffee. I tried as a pour over and drip. Will definitely come back to try different varieties. Glad to find a local roaster.

Their menu is fairly simple and not overly extensive when it comes to drink options, which makes ordering straightforward. I ordered an iced Americano with sweetener on the side, and it was a solid choice. Parking can sometimes be a challenge, but they do offer additional parking behind the building if street parking is full, which is convenient. Overall, it's a nice, simple café with a clean atmosphere and a comfortable amount of seating.

I was in the area on a weekday and decided to stop by before work to grab a coffee. I went at around 8:30 AM and it was busy with many folks doing work. After looking at the menu, I had a hard time trying to figure out what to get given the selection! I asked for a recommendation between drinks and they mentioned if I want a hot drink - Miso White would be good; for a cold drink - Lychee Tonic would be ideal. It was a hotter day, so I opted for the Lychee Tonic. Since it was busy, the wait was ~ 10 minutes for the drink. After giving it a try, it tasted refreshing but I didn't really get the lychee taste. Not the best first impression with the tonic. However, I'd still consider coming back considering their ambience. Also absolutely interested to try their pour over options! Parking is available in the back of the building. American Express is accepted here.

Really wanted to try their Mango Sunrise Matcha but staff said they ran out of mango, maybe next time I'll order that. Pastries were great, ordered them warmed up and they were crispy. Strawberry Matcha -tasted like strawberry ice cream mixed into matcha, no artificial taste. Personally would prefer it to be a bit sweeter, a few sugar packets helped a ton. Always better to not be overly sweet than too sweet and can't fix it. Stockholm Fog -mocha shines through the chai and it was great. It's cinnamon strong and I'm not complaining.

On top of that, the staff member who helped me seemed very cold and gave me a poker face when I asked a question. I'm not expecting overly friendly service, but basic kindness would be appreciated. Overall, it seems like the staff could use some customer service training.

Unincorporated Coffee Roasters A Hidden Gem in Altadena!…read more If you're looking for a truly standout coffee spot in Altadena, Unincorporated Coffee Roasters is a must-visit. This local favorite has carved a reputation for exceptional specialty coffee and a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back again and again. My absolute favorite drink here is the Fancy Iced Latte -- it's perfectly balanced, refreshing, and never too sweet while still highlighting the rich espresso flavor. Locals and visitors alike often rave about the quality of the coffee and the care that goes into every cup. When it comes to food, the turkey and provolone croissant is a personal favorite -- flaky, buttery, and packed with savory goodness that pairs wonderfully with a cold latte. I also love the everything bagel danish; it's deliciously unique, with a satisfying savory twist that hits the spot in the morning. Both pastries reflect the same thoughtful quality you see in their coffee offerings. The vibe here is cozy and welcoming, with knowledgeable, friendly staff and a neighborhood energy that makes it easy to relax or get some work done. Unincorporated has become a cherished part of the community, and I can confidently say it's one of the best coffee experiences in the area. If you haven't been yet, put it on your morning coffee rotation -- you won't regret it!

The ambiance being inside is wonderful so spaceish does not feel closed in. You can come for a meeting , date , study or even catch up on assignments. Everyone there is super friendly. Now the coffee AMAZING !!!!! I get the cookie butter latte iced. Hands down the best cookie butter I've had. What has made me write this review is if you place an order online they won't put the ice until after you arrive at the pick up counter. I love this due to the coffee not ending up being diluted. I've never enter a coffee shop that does this and by far enjoy that. It shows they take pride in their coffee beans. I also get the banana nut bread. By far the best bread I've ever had. I honestly recommend this coffee shop , I was hesitant at first since it was within the church grounds but after the first sip I fell in love and will continue to come.

The inside of the cafe was very spacious and it looks like a great place to study in! My sister ordered the monkey mocha latte, which has a really nice banana flavor to it. I got the cookie butter latte and it has a distinct biscoff flavor to it, which I loved. Both drinks didn't have much of the coffee flavor, but they were both delicious and quite sweet. They have a lot of other drink options too and they seem to have a seasonal menu that changes occasionally (sadly missed the s'mores latte). Service was good too.
