Ordered their classic lava pearls drink. Service was quick. Boba was warm and taste fresh. Overall a good drink, will come back again to try their other drinks.

I ordered a grass jelly with tapioca and creame. It was like watered down sweet milk. Not appetizing at all. Also the boba was a little too tough like they didn't cook it enough. The grass jelly was fine though. The drink was so sweet I had to add my own tea to balance it. Would not recommend.

Came here on a Saturday evening, this place wasn't too busy! I saw on menu there was an Oreo milk tea I wanted to try. To my disappointment they no longer make that! They said it's a seasonal item. So I ordered a warm jasmine milk tea! 30% sugar. It was perfect! Sweetness level was perfect and taste was perfect! Coco never disappoints! Thanks!

Stopped in here because of craving. This is A very small shop. They have a kiosk for ordering so there's minimum interaction with the staff. The drinks came out fast and the staff didn't announce it. Lack of enthusiasm. Boba tea was delicious with a good amount of boba. It definitely fixed my craving for boba.

I work near this location so I visit here alot. And I mean A LOT. During the summertime I order bubble tea from coco 5x a week. My go to is the bubble tea with extra bubble. I ordered through the app and service is always super fast. The crew is also very friendly. I will continue to be a loyal patron here.

Hey listen up as I flow like OriNOCO If you got 3 wives you better move to PROVO If your wife interferes then you better call her YOKO If you're Pikachu, get your ass back on POGO I like Coco Milk Tea but I wish it was BOGO And right now I look like the dudes from BOGO free PHONE BRO But inside I'm Lance Bass after Timberlake went SOLO And I get kinda frisky when I'm frisked by the PO-PO I'm gonna dance in clubs when I look like GOGO I'm gonna twerk so hard and make it bounce like a YOYO I'm gonna travel round the world from Trinidad to TOGO I'm gonna be more shiny and popular than TOKYO But for now, chill out, let's keep this on the LOW-LOW If anyone asks, lie and say no HOMO Cuz this world's homphobic so our love is a NO-NO And homophobe abuse always feels like a LOW BLOW Speaking of which, I'm feeling like a HOE HOE So meet me at the club and don't be a NO SHOW We'll run out on the tab, no matter what this HOE OWE And then we'll meet up for Milk Tea at COCO WHAT I'm cuckoo for Coco Milk Tea. Until I tried Coco I had always produced my own milk, and that was working out for me. Then my life changed. And my underwear changed. Obviously. But anyway. What to get: Bubble Milk Tea Hot or Cold What else: Katy Perry did a song called Hot n Cold What else: Katy Perry is hot but her response to my proposition to her was Cold I had a great experience at this Coco. They made me a Lemon Black Tea which is an off-menu drink which most Coco's will not do, and it tasted pretty good although the milk tea is definitely the strength of this place by a long shot. The super friendly girl was telling me that there were no restrooms when the guy came up for the back and whispered that he knew me. Then she said I was famous from YouTube and I go to all the bubble tea places and "help them" and could she take pictures with me. It's always fun doing a mini shoot with Boba employees, makes me feel like a celebrity. This was the first time I heard from a stranger that I "help" boba shops, then I'd hear someone else say something very similar at a nearby Vivi. It was very touching, but not in a creepy way. So I took pictures with her. I didn't bother to let her know that it's actually Yelp not YouTube but you know they're both web sites and they both start with Y so what's the difference. She was a total angel anyway and I dedicate this review to her. And to him for recognizing me which is always fun. A very long time ago I was very fortunate to discover the Wonder of Coco. Great Neck was the very first location I ever tried and I fell madly in love with the bubble tea drinks here. I actually think this place was so good, that it was one of the reasons I became obsessed with Bubble Tea in the first place. I've probably had 3,500 of the things since then. But not all from this location. Most, but not all. Their hot milk tea is perfect in winter, and their cold milk tea is divine. Don't get the 3 ladies and all that stuff, it's too many toppings and too sweet. Stick to boba/tapioca in regular milk tea. And if they recognize you, I warned you. Now I need to go play with my Coc..o.

I mean maybe it's what I got. Maybe it's because the spot I visit in Charlotte is really good and I'm comparing. Not really worth $7 for a large but the drinks are good. Refreshing. I'll probably be back when I'm back in the area in a few months. As long as I can get lychee jelly lol n my drinks, I'm down.

Great grab and go spot! Lots of menu options and so fun to walk around the area afterwards. Other places have slightly better quality overall but this place is still delicious

    Three Guys (三兄弟)

Coco is one of my favorite bubble tea shops in the US. That being said, even though we were in a rush, we passed this location on the way to Xin Wong BBQ and had to stop in. There was no line on a Monday afternoon so it was perfect. I ordered my usual, the 3 Guys (三兄弟) and it was delicious, as usual. Milk tea filled with pudding, boba and grass jelly. It's like they knew those were my top three toppings and put it into an affordable drink option, as additional toppings usually cost extra. It can get a little sweet since the toppings are sweetened themselves, so I prefer to cut down on the sugar level. Medium is just enough for me, and for $4, it's just fine. Cash only, ugh. So make sure to have some cash on you if you're looking to get some Coco. But honestly, if you're in Chinatown, you should have had cash on you regardless. Doesn't look like there's much seating (ok like no seating basically) so this isn't exactly the place to sit and hang, more of a grab-and-go. So grab your Coco beverage and head to a nearby Chinese restaurant.

I got the taro milk tea with light ice and 50% sweet and boba. Unfortunately, the taro flavor was nonexistent and just tasted like sweet milk. You can look at the picture and see how there is hardly any purple color to it. It also was one of the most expensive at $5 for their smallest size. Reviewers seem to like this place so I would definitely get a new flavor next time and do not recommend taro. I'm giving it a star bc they had a good amount of boba in it.

I love their smashed taro collection. It's smashed taro milk tea with bubble and QQ You can feel the layers of different flavors. The real yummy smashed taro, the milk tea, the bubble and the QQ made with fresh taro. Definitely worthy to order, such an enjoyable drink.

This location is super far south near a Skateboard Park. Tried the taro bubble tea. Sweet with perfect amount of bubbles! Quick service to go and easy for drinking on the go! Coco has many locations throughout the city so easy to try if you are in other areas. I'll be back to try more flavors! Looks like some summer fruit flavors are out now too!

This location is accessible via A train at 42nd Street Port Authority. Upon arriving there was a woman in front of me arguing with the staff persistently haggling the price to be lowered, but to no avail. Woman, no means no! There are other bubble tea businesses within the locale that may appease your needs, but not this particular Gong Cha whom apologized for the inconvenience of the inability to lower the price on the product ordered. As I waited patiently, I took photos of this business' environment. The staff stated the cash register is not working and currently unable to accept either credit or debit cards, but cash only payments. Ergo, I was unable to obtain a sales receipt nor a drink label printed. I wonder if the staff reboot the register or check their internet connection to be offline as the cause of non-functioning O/O/O. [1] Customer service is average. Well... if the staff can lower the price for one customer why not lower it for ALL customers? Surely, why not make my drink order as inclusion for lowering the price, please? Hell no, of course not! The conclusion was ironclad. In the real world, this cannot happen. As I stood on line waiting for this woman to let go and walk away from her argument I had shrunk to my own gnawing thoughts. I took photos of the atmospheric environment. There is a cute signage: "Bubble tea where refreshment meets creativity." The pink metal water bottle is very adorably cute which is something that I would certainly purchase. Peach green tea, medium $7.25 My favorite default topping grass jelly (aka herbal jelly) loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my standard request for $0.75 which was good, but not served chilled. At 30% sugar level request, it was slightly higher in sugar content. Former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg would shake his head at me in disbelief with disapproval and disappointment for consuming this excessively sugary drink. The peach green tea was not the cause of the sweetness but a man-made sugar embed measurement error. Nevertheless, this Gong Cha satisfied my bubble tea fix as it is now my addiction - in addition to my other addiction, writing. [1] O/O/O = Out Of Order

Ahh, grass jelly loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my childhood favorite dessert and summons nostalgia! It is my mission to search for bubble tea businesses that offers grass jelly as a topping for my primary reason to patronize. It was abundant which filled one quarter of my medium sized drink. The grass jelly topping is New York City standard priced at $0.50 at least there is sustainability and a sense of normalcy. I requested regular ice, but the entire ice dispensed disappointedly melted and the drink became room temperate. Heat wave medium $6.00 Passionfruit green tea with grass jelly, 50%, light sugar. The drink alone was good quality. While scanning the electronic menu the drink names appear very comical and not business appropriate as well as this bubble tea business name Ho Ho Te. The sound speakers is boisterously loud blasting music directly at my face by the ordering counter. The cashier associate was 90% inaudible of her customer service questions due to the boisterously loud blasting music as I had to fight loud vs. loud by blurting loudly several times: "WHAT?" Why would a business intentionally place sound speakers in front of a ordering counter station where customers must communicate their food/drink orders? How can customers place their drinks orders with clear specific description/instructions only for the cashier associate to inadvertently obfuscate by misinformation because the message conveyed was utterly misinterpreted? Communication is vital for ordering and order fulfillment accuracy in the food service industry! The cardboard paper straws available are environmentally sustainable friendly for biodegradable and compostable. However, these cardboard straws taste AWFULl!! The drink selection is very limited menu compared with other bubble tea competitors. Disappointedly there is no Jasmine green tea on the menu. There are some food items. Takeout menus are available for grabs. Loyalty card is available which also serve as business card where the back is printed in gold foil. This business is very accessible by MTA NYC Transit at Port Authority 42nd Street's A, C, E trains and buses near the peripheral of Times Square.
