Very nice people awesome pizza and wings

Very friendly staff, and average food. The pizza was pretty good, the wings, however, were soggy. Definitely ideal for a late night snack.

I started going to college Pizza back in 2008 I used to work around the corner from them and I thought they had the best pizza that was reminiscent of my childhood. they were very nice I've been a customer for years and I've noticed within the past year their business has declined due to delivery taking too long and them not listening to order specifically someone is allergic or doesn't like a certain something on their salad or pizza I ordered food a few days ago and I waited 20 to 30 minutes after my delivery time in the food never came I called GrubHub to handle it until 2 hours came in my food never arrived and that this time it's past 1 a.m. and nowhere else to order food from and I thought it was wrong as a long-time customer Will not order delivery ever again although id just be willing to get a slice at the most from there read more

***do not order from this restaurant*** they are thieves!!! because the order was 20+ minutes late, they update it as delivered, as if i, the customer would not know if it's delivered. called restaurant, very pour customer service, says they "accidentally" checked that it was delivered vs. "on its way", once i explained to her that, that excuse could and would not fly with me, she put me on hold for 5 minutes asked me for the address over and over again, to tell me that it just left and would be another 20-30 min (now going on 2 hr delivery time on a tues). i request a refund, placed on hold again 2 more times and then they tell me they can call the driver to cancel the order but cannot give me a refund. wtf?!?!?! the delivery service had to give me a refund and credit for my next order, thus resulting in theft by this establishment. according to the many unsatisfactory reviews of this place, this is a game they play to steal from these delivery companies. i should have read the reviews first. absolutely unacceptable business practices! ***do not order from this restaurant*** i was forced to give them 1 star or else i could not post this review, they deserve zero stars!!! read more

After waiting an hour & 45 minutes for delivery I called to complain because at this point I knew my food would arrive cold. The employee who answered the phone was unbelievably rude & told me he needed to call the driver to see where he was. When I asked what I do when my food arrives cold he yelled at me that he was canceling my order then hung up on me. When I called back to explain that 1 hour & 45 minutes was a really long time & that I had every reason to be upset he kept telling at ne that he didn't have time to talk to me, he didn't care that almost 2 hours of my time was wasted & that he would not deliver my food or rectify the situation. This is totally unacceptable customer service & I will be making sure the owner knows it. read more

The food here isn't outstanding but it's just what you'd expect from a place like this, and everything I've had has been pretty good. I love the buffalo chicken subs, and the roll-ups are pretty good too. Pizza is only OK, but I'll certainly take it after a late night. College Pizza is just awesome all around. They have some of the best tasting pizza I have ever had. It's not too thin and not too thick but always delicious! The service is outstanding. Every time you walk in you will be greeted with a smile and some kind words whether you're a regular or a first timer. The deliveries are almost always on time. The only time a pizza showed up late for me was when they said they burned it, so instead of driving it all the way out and having me unsatisfied with my food, they made another and spent an extra 15 minutes. If quality and service aren't enough, I can tell you the prices at College Pizza are terrific. As a matter of fact, I'd bet they could get away with charging a good amount more than they do, but they offer a fair cost for great food. Love this place, 5 stars! read more

This is the best pizza i've had since moving to Boston. the crust is thick and flakey like an almost deep dish, the cheese has the perfect amount of grease, the toppings are fresh. we also got the wings and they were probably the worst wings i've ever eaten. get the pizza,avoid the wings. read more

I live near College Pizza and it's the perfect stop on the way home/on the way to school for a quick lunch or dinner. It's open till pretty late so it's great after drinks with friends or for those late night cravings/munchies. The pizza is a little oily for my taste, but nothing that can't be solved with a paper towel haha. Aside from that, great pizza for a good price. Their curly fries are so yummy.. Try the scallops and calzones too. So gooooood. But the best thing I've tried on their menu? MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICKS!!!! Seriously, can I just say, amaze balls?? Love the people who work there/own the place. So friendly and warm, they always ask me how I am and notice if I haven't come by in a while. They even took the special effort to make a fresh cheese pizza for me when I came in once. The wait took a little longer but damn, that pizza was fresh and good. One of my favorite neighborhood pizza places in Boston. Will miss this place when I graduate and leave Boston. read more

The Buffalo Chicken Pizza is to die for. I dream of this pizza and with no shame eat it at least once every 2 weeks! My boyfriend has equal love for their BBQ Chicken Pizza. Great as leftovers. Great cold. Just all around great quality pizza. The mozzarella sticks are yummy, however sometimes can come literally dripping with grease. The magic is that they don't just throw BBQ or buffalo chicken on the pizza, they use the whole pizza to make it magical deliciousness, such as using BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce. Their delivery is always quick and accurate, I have never had an issue and they have always been timely. I have ordered from them at least 10 times. I could have knocked them down 1 star for extra greasiness on the mozzy stix and the lack of dessert choices but I think this place deserves 5 stars because of how much i appreciate them!!! I do wish they had milkshakes or an improved chocolate cake. The chocolate cake is really a piece of fudge with chocolate icing. read more

Great choice if you're looking for the cheesy, late night kind of pizza. Not the place to go, however, if you are looking for traditional margarita pizza. The prices are great and delivery time is almost always short. If you are eating there, there are only a handful of booths to sit at. It is usually busy, so sometimes no seating is available. There are no lower stars than one, or else I would give zero stars. I called to order, and the person who answered was short tempered and angry. I asked for a large buffalo chicken pizza with a side of ranch and a side of blue cheese to dip the pizza in. He then demanded that I not call and order online, and hung up the phone. I called a second time to be hung up on again. I was literally parked outside so I entered to order and he began yelling at me, because I gently asked him why he needed to yell about a Buffalo pizza in the first place. Triggered this man completely. He threatened to call the police. I said he was more than welcomed to call the police over a pizza and asked who owned the place. More yelling. I sat and waited for the police to come over a pizza, because this egotistical pizza chef could not be bothered to take an order. No police came. I knew that this was literally a man with an ego complex behind a counter. I work in service industry. I see chefs pull this behavior all the time. I left and told my male friend who recommended we order that they would not take my order over the phone or in person. He was baffled as he sat next to me trying to order politely, and even knew I went in to be polite in ordering. When a man entered to order he was greeted completely differently and served with completely different behavior. I have never had this experience in all my years ordering food. I will I never attempt to order from this place again no matter how great their ratings are. This was an awful experience all because this man couldn't take an order or be patient in his life. This place is amazing. They recently switched to Grub Hub for delivery, which sucks. But, this is the best pizza in the city.

I like College Pizza. The people that work there are cool and usually remember what you like. They make my Veggie sandwich very fat, bursting with the goods. You get your money's worth at this place. My only wish is that they focus more on serving healthy options. I would eat here more often if they had whole-wheat bread and more fresh vegetables. read more

The food is way better than local places nearby. Pizza is worth it. BBQ sauce is different than most, but always good. The real thing that keeps me coming back are the guys behind the counter. In a city where places like this are often overrun with miserable people, these guys are genuinely nice to their patrons. If you come in enough, they'll even usually know your staple orders. That being said - don't order delivery and expect it less than 45 mins, even if you're in Fenway. Having just waited almost 2 hours for food and accepting that it wouldn't show, that is not worth your time. Do pick up if you can. read more

The worst customer service I have ever had. We ordered two pizzas with two toppings each and received two everything pizzas. When we called to try and get our actual order, the employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They wanted us to give the original pizzas back and didn't want to bring us the correct ones. After two hours, the guy called back to let us know he just put our pizzas in the oven. When we asked if we could get any sort of a discount, since they wouldn't give us an estimated time of when they'd be here and it had been hours since we ordered, they told us to go fuck ourselves and that they wouldn't bring them at all. We are still hungry and so disappointed in how unprofessional this place is, not to mention out $30. read more

I moved to Boston in July and was hoping to find a good pizza place. I've ordered from multiple places (grubhub) and I was disappointed a couple of times. The name college pizza seemed pretty silly to me but I've ordered it 3 times now. They have #1 Delivered on time. #2 It's delicious #3 I've asked for specific things such as extra extra jalapeños and curly fries instead of regular fries and so on....I never expect places to actually read my request or follow through; they have. They've been great and I simply felt like they deserve a good review. I'm very satisfied =). read more

My husband and I just ordered a pizza and a calzone from college pizza. First, they wrote down the wrong address so it was taken to the wrong place, and then when it was finally delivered an hour later, the order was wrong and cold! When i called to discuss about the order being wrong, the man on the phone insisted that i was wrong and that I had said what we were delivered! Usually, I wouldn't care so much about the wrong order, but the calzone they gave us was double the price of the one we ordered! I work in the area and I love their food. They are not consistent enough for me to keep spending my hard earned money there anymore. Almost 2 years ago they decided to stop selling subs. Then they started selling subs again. Then they decided to change the hours and open up at 1pm.
