I would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant. There are definitely better Pho restaurants in the area. I ordered a beef meatball pho and a pork bahn mi. Both let quite a bit to be desired. My wife and three year old son went in here for lunch. The guy who worked there (older Vietnamese guy) didn't acknowledge we were even waiting and was chit chatting with some lady for about 10 minutes. Finally, my wife interrupts them and asked about a table. The employee seemed really annoyed and tells us we have to wait. He seems to be going very slow on purpose and continues his conversation and then helps somebody else at the counter (who just got there). Then he starts rumbling through some take out orders. Keep in mind, we are the only ones in the lobby and nobody is waiting for their pick up orders. Finally I get the hint that he really doesn't want to seat us and we start to leave. I said " nah, we're good. Apparently you don't want our business". He replies " yeah that's fine. I'm good". A little slow I guess because of the whole corona virus thing and it was 5:30 also... The owner/greeter/server recommended spicy beef soup which is also one of my favorite soups!! It was one of the most delicious bun bo hue I've ever had. The broth was savory, perfectly seasoned, hot, and spicy!! With all the fixin' it was perfection!! This is one of my fav restaurants in the area so its really unfortunate that I have to post this. The egg rolls I had today was so undercooked that it contained raw meat. I was chewing through my second roll when I noticed I had weird strands of meat fibers stuck between my teeth. After inspecting the fillings, I noticed the chunks of meat were still pink... It was delicious but eating undercooked meat is a health risk. The grilled chicken plate was fine though. I hope they thoroughly cook their food in the future. read more

I am quite a fan of this location and its hours of operation! Quite convenient for the workaholic class of the silicon valley area. The portions are good, fast service, and they are quick to accommodate any requests. It can be extremely busy and loud or just a handful sprinkled through and comfortable. Be prepared for either. They are also really good with to-go orders.. I feel like they have a multi-armed magician in their kitchen with the speed and accuracy to which they pump out orders. We usually sell in two because it takes so long to make" I've ordered here before, and never had a problem with just ordering one. Upon pick up, he did give me an extra container of fish sauce, not that I asked for it, but that was nice of him. I was charged 18 dollars for this order of banh xeo. A bit on the pricey side. Probably one of the most expensive banh xeo I've ordered for an order that was quite small. Inside was mainly bean sprouts, no pork at all. It was a bit disappointing. Tried this place today with my family. My aunt and grandma had come before and had no issue. We ordered the rare beef pho and vegetable pho with Thai teas. Thai tea was a little milky for my preference and the pho wasn't bad. The noodles were still hard and stuck together when served and the broth had a bitter taste. It was good but not great, unfortunately we all have upset stomachs after this visit. Probably won't be returning :( read more

Yummm! I've gotten pho here a handful of times and it's sooo good! I love getting the fresh noodles with it. It's usually still hot by the time I get home when I order takeout. They also give plenty of veggies like bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, etc on the side. I feel like the portion is super generous too. I have a huge soup bowl that I pour into and it's only half the takeout to fill up the bowl. They also have their covid setup all ready. You pay via touchscreen and barely interact with the workers there. They put your order on a table and you pick it up. Lots of hand sanitizer available too. Very safe and clean. It seems like a family owned and run restaurant too. Love it and love supporting local businesses. So happy I have a delicious go to pho place nearby now. I've been eating pho for years before it was a trendy thing to do and before Yelp enlightened us about different food establishments. Why you ask is the Mexican girl so into pho? Well because I have Vietnamese friends that I love that taught me well about all their food and I taught them about Mexican food and tacos. This place that looks more like an empty hall. That is straight forward in your face choose a number off the menu and grab your glass of water and eat. No happy waiters or polite chat. LOL its ok Im here to eat not make friends. I am particular about my noodles and always ask for "egg noodles" vs rice noodles. I like the texture better and hate soggy noodles. The portion is big with abundant noodles and meat and the MSG spiked broth is super delicious. I don't get headaches with MSG but man do I get a hangover like thirst that kicks in right away. My fave here is the #15 with tender rare flank and cooked steak as well as meatballs and tripe. I dip the tripe and meatballs in a sauce that I make of hoisin and sriracha and slurp away like a legit asian. The after math is not pretty, splatter pho drops all over my shirt and pho smelling hair but its worth every bit and slurp. I've been getting takeout from here pretty regularly the last few months. My go-to order is bun bo hue (spicy beef soup). Theirs is really fresh and flavorful with lots of yummy beef. I'm honestly very impressed with it since this place doesn't even specialize in it! When I want to switch it up, I'll usually order a vermicelli bowl with grilled pork, egg rolls, and shrimp. Recently, my SO ordered a pho ga (chicken pho) which was tasty as well. I didn't have a taste but the broth smelled delicious. He enjoyed it and said the meat were good cuts. Yay - finally discovered a not-so-far Pho restaurant that is open past 9 PM. Perfect for a night when you're busy and forget to cook dinner. Went with the bf and it was pretty busy for 930 PM on a Friday. There were probably about 6 other groups besides us. Big parking lot, kind of weird location because its also a party ballroom. Plenty of good lighting and nice decor. The woman who greeted us tonight was really nice and friendly. She gave us menus then returned immediately to get water for us. I ordered the bun rieu and my bf got the dac biet rice plate. Food came out in about 7 minutes or so. Very fast! The Bun Rieu was piping hot and full of yummy things like the lovely flavorful, hot, soft tomatoes and the pretty good meat chunks. It came with veggies and such. BF's rice plate was great - he cleaned off the ENTIRE THING. I ate almost all the bun rieu. Great hot broth, very decent serving size, and then restaurant owner even checked up on us and I asked for extra tomatoes that were from the soup and she tried her best to get me some but there wasn't much left. Came by for lunch today and the restaurant is huge and clean. Plenty of parking and extensive menu including porridge which I haven't seen at many Vietnamese restaurants. Was starving and ordered an order of shrimp and pork egg rolls, a diet coke, and 2 bowls of pho, won ton beef noodle pho for me. 3 spring rolls split in half came out first and it came with a peanut sauce with pickled daikon. Weird, and not necessary. Although the peanut sauce was good, I didn't like how it came out warm rather than the cold sauce I'm used to. Spring rolls were tasty though. Then they brought out my won ton pho, good presentation with leaves of romaine (not necessary) but with egg noodles. I had thought it would be rice noodles, as the menu did not indicated so, so I sent it back. My friend's pho arrived and looked good. Lots of fresh veggies to go with it. My diet coke still hadn't arrived and it took me awhile to get someone's attention as the restaurant is huge and only one server. He finally brought it out and I asked for my plate of onions again since it still hadn't arrived. My new bowl of pho came out, and I didn't care for the pork in it, and it also had a shrimp that was overcooked as well. I was waiting and waiting for my onions and it finally arrived, and the restaurant wasn't that busy. The wontons were good and noodles were good too. OMG, DO NOT COME HERE!! CUSTOMERS SHOULD LOOK AT THE RECEIPT CAREFULLY!! The servers totally add extra dishes onto your receipt, so customers will pay more than what they ordered! I think this is horrible and very shady! The first time it happened, they said it was their mistake. Ok, I'll believe it that its possible. But, come on..this happened again the next few times I visited. I don't think its a mistake anymore, but a way for them to make more money. When we ordered only 2 dishes that should be around $13, we got a bill for 3 dishes that is over $20 bucks. The servers were trying to be very sly about it, too. I definitely won't be coming here anymore for Vietnamese food. I'd highly recommend La Sen in the Fremont Hub, since they are way more trustworthy. read more

First time here, standard Pho menu. What makes this place a bit different is it's size. This one of the largest casual Vietnamese restaurants I've been in. It could easily be the size of 2-3 small dining establishments. They do a good job of dividing the space with red silk curtains, and indoor palm trees wrapped with lights. The food was reasonably good. I had a grilled pork rice plate. The meat was definitely grilled and was well seasoned, better than average. There was standard iceberg lettuce, rice and side of broth as well. I had a cup of iced vietnamese coffee. Unfortunately, not as much kick to it as I have had. I'd recommend this place for affordable, casual vietnamese dining in a restaurant with above average ambiance. read more
