I wish I had listened to the reviews... I had high hopes for this place. Came from over two hours away. Placed a to go order specifically asking for a white concha. The cashier was nice but when we went to pick up our order she handed me a yellow one... I let her know we ordered a white one. She then said per manager's instructions they were only to grab the pre packaged ones. I asked if there were any white ones available she said there is but not packaged. So... why was I asked to wait for the order to be ready. If they were pre packaged I shouldn't have had to wait if that makes sense?! Another extremely rude young lady came and snatched the concha from us and said I'll get you the other one. The cashier confirmed she was the manager. I really didn't feel like arguing so I let it go. She came back a couple minutes later with a packaged white concha.. When I posted a review on their IG they deleted the comment... clearly they don't care about being in good standing with their customer service but just keep in mind customers can make you or break you... needless to say this will be our last visit. read more

Honestly because of the hype i thought it'd be good but the coffee was terrible, the espresso was burnt & it tasted watered down. This is the 3rd time we try different items and I've never liked one. Wait time was not too long. There is limited seating but that was not an issue since we were taking our items to go. Iced white mocha was tasty not too sweet which was perfect. Daughter had the horchata latte which she loved. The conchitas were soft and tasted good. read more

If I could give less stars I would . Got to drive threw at about 8:45 maybe a min before the girl with the closed cone sign came out (Karen) she directed to our car n told us we would be the last car in drive threw. Came up to the window n waited about 5 min before I told my husband that they had forgot about us and they were not going to take our order to just pull up to window to see if there was anyone . Surely there was no one in front anymore . I got to the window n all I could see is the girl who told us we would be last car turned back on us and a bunch of girls just standing around on their phone gossiping to one another . They finally noticed us and Karen turned around and saw , she then tried to explain to them that we still needed to be help and all I could see was the other girls arguing with her and making head and hand movements that they wouldn't do our order any more. They finally opened the window and Karen said she would do our drinks but at this time I was already to upset n said I didn't want anything anymore. The other girls were very rude and not customer friendly at all. To say I am a manager at a restaurant n I would have never allowed that in my place . Here's a suggestion to you guys if Google and your hours say you close at 9 it should be closed at nine . Employees should not be closing by 8:45 (what they said to us). Unprofessional . If you were no longer taking orders by 8:45 then your hours should say till 8:45 only . Horrible service and no experience. Waited about 45mns in line to order, another 30mns to get the food. At 10am they were out of giant conchas. Not many tables to seat so you can actually enjoy your food. We ended up getting it to go. I wasn't impressed with the food. Looks like the staff can have a little more training. Girls making drinks were talking too much. Drinks and pan were good though. Drove across town to surprise my coworkers with breakfast and arrived at 6 am, the time it states it opens . There were two other cars in the parking lot waiting as well. I had to go to the door and there were 7 workers in the building. One lady stated they opened at 6 am, which I replied it was 6:02 am. Then another worker stated they opened at 7 am, which I replied it stated 6am on the website and she said not today . I , instead of the workers, went to the other cars to inform them they were not open. A sign on the door or update on the website would have been beneficial if the time changed. Oh my goodness !!! Please save yourself the drive, the hype and ur money. They sold me some cheap Vallarta bread that must of been 3 days old at least. The latte I ordered was mazapan but didn't even have a hint of that, it was just weak watered down coffee. My dogs pupuccino was 1.75 lol that's fine I guess but I left it on their counter because my pup can't have that large amount of regular whip cream at once. I ordered a burrito and it tasted average but it was soggy and wet, I'm assuming from the mushrooms and tomatoes and onion releasing their natural juices . I also left their manteconchas on the drive thru counter. The employee didn't offer a stirrer for my latte or a napkin or salsa I had to wait another few minutes after waiting 45 minutes at their drive thru for this bullshit wanna be over hyped coffee place. It's sad that they want to represent our Mexican culture but have no products that taste like our culture . Not to mention their attitude and customer service was horrible .. another employee at the counter cussing asking another employee " what the fuk is this " because one of their super huge coffee mugs was in the way. i've been here twice already and both times they got my order and MY name wrong . they also took too long for just two drinks and there was no line on drive thru and i saw no people inside the store . AND the drinks we got also had no flavor . i ordered a gansito frappe and tasted like pure strawberry . my friend got a abuelita latte which tasted like pure milk . we could have made these at home for cheaper. not worth the hype and not worth the price read more
