We were in search of a good corn dog on a lovely Summer weekend. Reviews led us to Coney Land, and it was a total win. The building was very small inside as far as seating goes - just a few tables. But you at least get to stand inside to order and wait for your food on a hot day. Things seemed a little outdated, but it was still a fine experience. We ordered only food, no ice cream. It came out fairly quick and the people working were friendly. As far as seating goes, there is a TON of outdoor seating. There are nice picnic tables out the front door in a small fenced-in area. Out back, behind the building, is a very large area, comparatively, that not only has more picnic tables, but also a large play structure with swings and a slide. There were games like cornhole back there, and all of the tables had large, colorful umbrellas. Again, this area was enclosed (for safety) with no front gate for ease of access. Around the play area was the drive, leading to a drive-thru! Love this. There was plenty of parking off to the side. And there was even an ice chest out there to purchase bags of ice. The food - we got corndogs, cheese curds, and onion rings. Everything was fresh, delicious, and absolutely met our expectations. We ended up going back inside to order ice cream after that because of the quality of the food. Just as good! Kudos to this business. read more

Ice cream and service were good. The playground for kids is a plus. For a place called Coney land I was hoping for something like Lafayette in Detroit or One Stop in GR. If you want ice cream it's a good stop. If you want the name sake head elsewhere. read more

Everyone is polite and upbeat and are quick to get your order for you. All their icream is amazing, no matter if it's a cone, sundae, flurry, shake or whatever you want, they can make it! I came to Coney Land for "just one scoop" and somehow left with a full-blown ice cream addiction This place is dangerously good. The ice cream is so creamy and packed with flavor it should probably come with a warning label. Portions? Massive. Like, "I regret nothing but also I need a nap" massive. The staff are super friendly, which is great because they absolutely enable your poor life choices when you say things like, "Yeah... I'll try TWO flavors." Zero judgment. Just support. At this point I'd gladly drive 6 hours just to get my ice cream fix--and honestly... I might have already done it. I like this place because the owner seems like a really nice guy. Everyone is always happy and I love that businesses like this are around. The ice cream is basic ice cream. I would say a 3.5 out of 5. The food... the coney dogs are pretty good but the price has gotten very high for taste alone taking the rising cost out of my head for hot dogs... 4.1 out of 5. My household absolutely loves Coney Land! We stop by all the time for their delicious food and yummy ice cream! Not a ton of indoor seating, but lots of space outside for seats and a huge play set for kids! And we always get super great service! Friendly staff and fairly priced! read more

Absolutely amazing ice cream! The mac island fudge is the only one I tried all 10 times we went over the pst 4 days the kid had the blue moon. Stopped in with my family after a day at the beach to get some ice cream. They have a wide selection of ice cream flavors as well as a full menu of regular food including burritos, chips and cheese, and hotdogs. My family and I shared a large Reese's peanut butter cup flurry. It was just a simple standard run-of-the-mill flurry. No bells, no whistles, but it suits my family's need just well. This busy little business has a large following. When they opened with their drive-up only, during the COVID outbreak, cars were lined up way down Whitehall Road. Now that they are offering the windows inside, it is a little easier to place your order. They are a soft serve ice cream and hard ice cream business with sundaes, banana splits, flurries and all the nostalgic fare. There is a long menu list, if you are hungry, offering anything from hot dogs, burgers, burritos, and a rather extensive seasonal food menu, like the deep fried asparagus, yum. I love this place. I've frequented this location countless times with my family. They have an excellent ice cream selection and give generous serving sizes. All of their food is cooked with excellent attention to detail -- the fried pickles are perfectly breaded, the onion rings are crisp on the outside while the onion is fully cooked and tender on the inside, the Coney Dog has delicious fresh relish and loads of taste. Coney Land has something for everyone! They have food, ice cram, and many other things to soothe just about any craving. The wait time can be long sometimes but, that proves they're doing something right! They have a drive through where you can order from the whole menu they do ask you to pull forward when ordering food that may take a few minutes just to keep the line moving. If you can think it they will make it! There may be a slight up change for custom orders but very reasonable. The staff members are great and always smiling and ready to serve you. There is a completely enclosed playground for the little ones to run off some of the sugar they took in. The only downside is the parking lot which can be packed full on some of the busiest days. read more

We visit here quite often. Yesterday was my son's 8th birthday and he had a craving for a dirt sundae (which is not typically on their menu) the staff was more than happy to make this for him, and he says it was delicious. I'm pretty sure his small dirt sundae was bigger than my large green apple caramel sundae (again absolutely delicious!).
