A little more frequent cleaning would go a long way. The whole setup is fully automated--you order from a tablet, get automatically charged for sauces and random apps you may not even want, and then piece together your meal from there. Our "extras" included old marinated mussels, chicken feet, and some sad-looking jelly desserts. The broth was watered down, portions were small, and lunch for two somehow came out to almost $100 with tip and no drinks. For that price, I shouldn't be leaving hungry and annoyed. There are way too many good hot pot spots around to waste another visit here.

The buns were flavorful and the skin was not too thick, in fact it was a good as the filing. The presentation is beautiful as well. The rice is a bit expensive at $18:95 but they serve a very large plate of it. They serve tea as well which is $1/person, it's hot and steaming and pairs just right with the food. They also have a variety of packaged items for sale - oranges, dried meat etc. The place is located in large outdoor mall area with plenty of parking but I can see how parking will get difficult during the weekend, especially since it is next to a Japanese grocery store. We were seated at a large round table and others were seated with us as well. You just have to share the space. Its loud and noisy but not obnoxious. Lots of families and locals. I tried to tell the guy who brought us our meat and veggies this, but he said we should have said something to him. Like when dude? We ordered via QR code and nobody came to talk to us at any point after we sat down. We had to ask about the sauce bar and the utensils. Customer service was definitely lacking. The worst by far though was the shrimp dish, some kind of small river shrimp with what I think were chickpeas. $78 for a tiny portion, barely any flavor, mostly beans. This was just a ripoff and I was annoyed we ordered it. The total bill was quite high, and they added a 20% surcharge for a large group. They accept credit cards. The service was good and efficient. Food came quickly, it was always hot, and the waiters thoughtfully changed our plates several times as we accumulated bones and detritus. Overall, while I would come back, I'd probably stick to dishes I know I like. And it would probably need to be somewhat of a special occasion due to the high prices.
