Doesn't look like much from the outside honestly I never went in because I thought it was a grab and go place...... but boy was I wrong! Just like their platters of food they're perfectly big! Staff is very friendly and comfortable with each other they seem like they are having a good time thus providing matching service! A+ We ordered a few items to try. The parfait with a carrot cake muffin was a favorite as was the coffee and having our own carafe at the table was fantastic for our coffee addicts....IV of coffee please. We had to be in the vicinity for about half the day, and we were getting hungry! So we found this place. Outdoor dining, highly rated. The menu has a mix of Mexican and American stuff. Mostly emphasizing breakfast, but since they are only open for breakfast and lunch, that's what I expected. I ordered the carnitas chorizo skillet, and my wife ordered the chili plus chicken salad (soup and 1/2 sandwich). The chili was salty, so they replaced with tortilla soup. It's a shame, because the flavor was nice except for the salt level. Tip for the kitchen: let people add their own salt. I like salty, but it was borderline for me and too much for my wife. The tortilla soup was much better. My wife liked her chicken salad sandwich. My carnitas chorizo skillet was a bit confusing. It seemed they put a spoonful of chorizo in one place, and carnitas in another, and then covered with with the sauce and cheese and egg. The meats didn't seem to be mixed. I expected them to be intermixed given the name of the dish. Each was good by itself, but I don't see the point in putting both in the dish if they aren't mixed. I think the chorizo was more flavorful, and that's probably what I would order next time. We also ordered a cinnamon roll. It was very large. But the flavor was disappointing. The center, where the roll is tight, there was some cinnamon flavor. But the outer layers had almost none. Very under-seasoned. The icing was a strong cream cheese, which was fine. If the cinnamon had been stronger it probably would have worked. But it wasn't, so it didn't. Drive a few miles to Great Gadsby bakery -when they're open- to get a really good cinnamon roll. (I will be writing a review of them very soon.) Overall, I'd probably give them 3.5 stars if I could. They were better than three stars, so I have to give them four. read more

Had been our go to breakfast spot since 95. No more. Poor service from seating to employees standing around gossiping. No water, no refills, had to ask for everything I.e. silverware, jam. Waitress threw plate on table when food delivered. Eggs didn't appear to be "real". New ownership possibly? We done :( read more

I have been dining in and ordering through DoorDash from this restaurant for years. Although they really dropped the ball with my order this morning. The toast was almost black. The potatoes were undercooked, and they served me half of the amount of potatoes they normally served me. The omelette wasn't as good. So disappointing. read more

My wife and I were hungry when out running errands and she found this place behind the Home Depot we were going to. We stopped in on a Tuesday morning and it had a few tables but pretty empty but by the end of our meal it was getting pretty busy. Our server was fantastic and the food was delicious!! We split an omelette and a carrot cake muffin. It was so good we went back on Easter Sunday with our son. While it was busy we didn't have a wait and the food was just as good! Our server was actually training on our first visit and he was just as awesome as the man we had the first visit. This is definitely on our short list for favorite breakfast places. read more

We were seated right away (party of 5) at 900, which was a good time as it started to get crowded right after that. Friendly Staff, and our waitress was very good, checked on us regularly and ensured we had what we needed. I did the pancakes which were really good, one of my sons shared his potatoes which were also good. My wife did a skillet (the Vatican), she said it was good, but a little dry- maybe more cheese would have helped. Crackers is a cafe really hidden within an industrial complex- stumbled upon this by chance when our original destination was closed. I'm guessing this use to be an old Italian restaurant from the decor. My Mom and I ordered the biscuits and gravy and added on country fried steak, the menu said homemade biscuit with homemade sausage gravy. The biscuit was good/ the gravy was ok- very starchy. I was especially disappointed in the country fried steak- clearly was cooked from frozen- seemed like a mystery meat to me. Service was good. Hidden gem. Decided to try it finally after driving past it to Home Depot every weekend. It's a bit dated but the food is wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast, the coffee was delicious , the eggs were very fresh, the potatoes were awesome. I would recommend them making fresh grilled green Chiles vs a canned version for a better authentic recipe. This location doesn't serve alcohol and also learned there are 3 total locations. The ONLY reason I would not give this restaurant a 5 is because the tap water was super cloudy and had a weird taste. But the food was absolutely INCREDIBLE. The restaurant, is a little outdated inside but the food makes up for the dated inside. Food; Pork Carnitas Eggs Benedict was delicious, the english toast was toasted to perfection, the carnitas was had perfect spices and the green sauce on top was mixed with perfect amount of heat. Also, I tried the blintzes crepes, filled with a vanilla cottage and cream cheese filling topped with a berry and whipped cream topping. Service; Went to location on a Sunday at 9am which was perfect time, as we were leaving the place was packed with a wait outside the building. I would go early in order not to wait for table. Crackers is a breakfast staple for the hubby and I. sometimes there's a bit of a wait but it's always worth it. Consistently friendly service and everything comes out quick and perfect every time! The seasonal pumpkin cheesecake pancakes are phenomenal, the cheese blintzes are delicious as are the euro crepes and if you're more in the mood for something savory, the chorizo and carnitas skillet is amazing and filling.
