Someone publicly asked them if they would consider making a vegan cookie. (Just FYI- Oreos are vegan so are Nutter Butters). My point is..people eat delicious vegan things even if they don't realize it's vegan. They responded to this customers question with "No. we don't make gross cookies." I'm not a vegan but I know a vegan who HAS to follow this diet style to survive diabetes. After I confronted them about it I was given a response defending their action. They said "our customers understand our humor". Well I was a customer (not a vegan one) and now I'm not. Highly insensitive and extremely rude. My favorite cookies! Since I was introduced to Crave cookies I've been hooked! My ultimate favorite is the chocolate chip but I just had their delectable Fudge Brownie and it's definitely a cookie I'd like to permanently see on their menu. I have yet to cycle through their others and will give them a try especially since they now have a store front and I can mix and match cookies in a box. Absolutely mouth watering warm cookies. I don't have a huge sweet tooth but when I do it's usually a warm gooey cookie or brownie. I was introduced to CRAVE last year when my in law bought some for the family. They talked highly of this place so my expectations were high. They're made and delivered to you so you always get a warm batch. We got chocolate chip and churro. My first reaction was how HUGE they were, and for the price it definitely made sense. When it was broken in half my eyes lit up...I already knew from the looks of the inside it was going to be up my alley. I took a bite and just melted. It met my high expectations and now I have high expectations for cookies haha. I loved the classic chocolate chip a lot more than the churro. Like I said, not a huge sweet tooth person so churro was too sweet for me. Overall, really great cookies and I look forward to trying their other flavors whenever I'm in town. read more

Beware if you place an order online, there's a chance you won't get what you ordered. I placed an order online 3 days ago for 3 boxes of the St. Patrick's Day variety mix that's supposed to come with 4 specific, themed flavors. When I came to pick up my order today at the designated time I had said I'd be there, the girl at the counter told me they sold out of two of the types of cookies that should've been in my boxes. So basically it didn't matter that I had placed an order 3 days in advance because they sold my cookies to other customers. Then, a solid five minutes later and guy returns to the counter with my 3 boxes- never even asked me which cookies I'd like to replace the others with, just gave me what they had left. It's not the quality of the cookies I have a problem with, it's the disregard of my order I placed and paid for well in advance and selling them to other customers that probably just walked in that day and asked for them. Great customer service! Ordered cookies for my sons teacher. When the cookies arrived the delivery person informed us that they made a mistake. One of the boxes was a flavor different than what we ordered. Instead of leaving them on the door step, he asked if we would like another fresh delivery with the originally purchased flavors. I am obsessed with these cookies! They get delivered all warm and ready to eat! Even though I haven't had a bad cookie, the Strawberry Cheesecake has been my favorite. They have their standard Chocolate Chip and have added a flavor of the week. Their customer service is excellent. If you don't want to be tempted with eating the whole box of four you can get just a single cookie at Kuppa Joy. Def worth giving them a try. The best cookies in CA!! Try to get them at Kuppa Joy close to delivery so you can enjoy them warm. My favorite flavor is the Churro (like a snickerdoodle with white chocolate chips). My close second is the cookies and cream, which might be overly sweet for those who don't have a sweet tooth! These are also great reheated the next day. Yum,yum,yum!! their cookies are so delicious it is so hard to choose which ones to get! I ended up buying too many I didn't wanna throw them out because they were pretty expensive so I decided to try freezing them to see how they would come out! I was able to thaw them out when I wanted to eat some of them and they came out fine! Saw another review about this, I'm glad I'm not the only one who found this offensive, and not at all "humorous." When there are MANY other competitors offering vegan, gluten free, non-dairy, sugar free, etc., options, I find it a little demeaning that someone would choose to represent this business in this way, publicly. While I think it is amazing that whoever posted this response, likely doesn't deal with any health issues which affect what they're able to eat, there are also, a lot of people who do, through no fault of their own. I'm sorry my body doesn't work "properly" like yours to break down sugar/insulin... gluten... dairy... whatever your food allergy/insensitivity is. I guess there's some irony in the completely insensitive response to someone inquiring about their food sensitivity. We have been long time customers, and usually very pleased, but last nights order was disappointing. The order was to be delivered between 630-700 and I made a note asking for the cookies (4 boxes!) to be delivered as close to 7 as possible. We had a party at 715 and wanted them fresh and warm. They were delivered at 545. Additionally, they were not the usual quality. The cookies were overcooked. I know this because we are frequent customers . This wouldn't be a huge issue, except because they were delivered at the wrong time, I had to reheat in the oven before the party, which hardened them further. Very sad for the birthday girl, and for the price paid, I would expect more attention to detail in delivery and quality. Let's hope it was an off night. read more

Ordered some cookies for my son's teacher tonight, but had to have them delivered to my house because she lives outside their delivery area, so of course I ordered an extra box for myself. When they delivered them there was a mix up in the flavors so they not only left the box that had the mistake but they also brought two more boxes of cookies an hour and a half later.
