There should be a negative star rating and it goes to the customer service! Which actually ruined my appetite for the cake. Rosalyn (not sure how she spells her name) was absolutely RUDE! I came in on a Sunday with my husband because we were craving some sweets, we were waiting for the girl helping us to come back with our cake, and Rosalyn had the audacity to tell us, "you guys need to Move!" Not "excuse me, I would like to check out this customer," And we weren't the only customers she was being disrespectful to, it took everything in me not to call her out. Maybe there needs to be a customer service training here, especially when things get busy, but being rude is not the way to go. Today the person in the store all she could respond with was ok, ok, ok not caring that I made a special trip, 10 minutes looking for parking in a small parking lot OK! I called ahead to confirm there vegetarian or vegan cakes told twice yes we have them. Vanilla? Yes we have them. NOT according to the "OK young lady" at the counter. Only chocolate & carrot cake. She was happy to refer me to another vegan bakery in Fountain Valley & another bakery in Long Beach I'd already called. Not helpful & frankly rude. This sits in the small plaza on spring and Clark Ave. I wanted to try when I went to the coffee shop next door. It looked yummy! Who doesn't like cake??? They have a few flavors, choco choco chip, red velvet, carrot, lemon...can't remember the rest. Sizes range from feeding two to about 20+ people. I got the 6-10 people which wAs a good size for us already. You can leave it as is or you can add ribbons and a greeting for additional charge. Our cake was about $25. It was wayyy too sweet for me. The chocolate choco chip plus the icing on top was definitely more sugar than I can handle! I think I should have tried a different cake! Maybe next time! And yes they have Vegan options! read more

We came for the cookies though. They don't look like a place you go for cookies because the Bundt cakes are much more prominent. But we were not disappointed! We got a Baker's dozen for ~$7. The Maui cookies were the best!!! Chocolate peanut butter was also very good. Chocolate chip was standard but a classic and still good. We are wishing we got more Maui cookies!
