My experience at Crestview Cadillac began with me parking and going directly to the office that said "certified preowned". I was INSTANTLY greeted by a lovely young lady who asked if she could help me. I didn't realize at the time that I had accidentally gone into their office area! However, before even 1 minute had passed by, a young man approached us, I was introduced to Robert, and instantly felt heard. The first question was how could he assist me. The thing is, I have been looking for exactly what I wanted for months, had done a ton of viewing and learning, online and at other dealers, and said exactly what I wanted. No negotiating. Period. So I give him my list and he proceeded to walk me directly to the car of my dreams!! I was in shock! So then began the negotiations. It was an easy process. Hard to believe, right??!? The car was priced very fairly, imo, so the only negotiations I could do was on my trade-in. So I did a little negotiating and got exactly what I wanted for my Lincoln and the satisfaction of having negotiated, which always makes me feel good! The follow through with this business has been extraordinary. Robert Zepeda was my concierge and spent some lengthy sessions with me in my new Cadillac , teaching me so many things it would have taken me forever to have learned on my own. My wife really was considering a Cadillac as her next vehicle option, so she came into Crestview and test drove a few models with our son. They really liked a black XT4 that had a few bells and whistles on it. So we went back the following week to test drive it again. James helped us undertstand key features on this vehicle that wasn't on others as well as explain helpful information. We wanted to test drive other impact luxury suvs from other dealerships, to make sure Cadillac was best for us. We left a $1,000 refundable deposit with Crestview (as they only had 1 car left of exactly what my wife really liked ) then we went to a few other brands to test drive those cars. It was clear that all signs pointed towards this Cadillac. My wife really liked. We contacted James and he prepared all of the paperwork , he was able to talk to his manager and help get a little more discount (not much but anything helps) The same Sales Manager that runs Crestview also came over and spent some time with us before we left to test other cars at other dealerships.
