However, they really need to invest in some upgrades. 3 of the TVs don't seem to work all the time, and some of them are just grainy, so not the best for watching sports. I also don't know what is it about this place, but I have seen 2 bar fights break out here. I don't know why people would start fight with so many off duty cops around (and they clean up and get rid of the problem), but it just happens.

Even the cocktail was balanced, refreshing, and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the service didn't quite match the quality of the cuisine. Our waitress seemed to be in a hurry from the moment she approached the table. When we asked questions about the menu, she frequently had to look down at her notes and wasn't able to confidently explain the dishes or make recommendations. Rather than creating a welcoming dining experience, she mainly functioned as an order taker. In contrast, the bussers and food runners were exceptional. They were attentive throughout the meal, constantly refilling our water glasses, clearing plates promptly, and checking in at the right moments. Their friendliness and professionalism made a noticeable difference. I also noticed two gentlemen, including an Asian gentleman, walking through the dining room, interacting with the staff and checking in with them throughout the service. If they were managers or supervisors, I would have appreciated seeing a bit more engagement with guests--simply stopping by tables to ask how everything was going would have elevated the overall hospitality and helped identify opportunities to improve the service experience.
