Such a cute spot. Lots of parking is available in the front of the store! Inside is nicely decorated for the holidays. The food was so good. Bacon, gravy & biscuits, & breakfast potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection. Service was quick & friendly, not too busy the morning of Christmas Eve! I'll for sure be back since it's in Mission Valley hotel area.

It looks great, it was remolded. Owner is really nice. Food is delicious. Plenty of parking. The owner is changing the hours. The orange juice is good and fresh.

Really good, chill and modern location right on the boulevard of Hotel Circle. We got Pizza last night (Deluxe) with the Pear & Gorganzola Salad Greens, which was phenomenal. We decided to come back for breakfast due to the look, vibe and food preparation. Come breakfast morning, we arrived early and a few customers were already eating. The server took a long time and I had to prompt her that we are ready. (-1 star) She lacked attention, service and following up our entire time. The food was again delicious and prepared clean and nutritional. Not complaints.

Tried someplace different today and went to Crust Kitchen in Fashion Valley. The service was outstanding with the waitress being very kind and efficient. The food was abundant and very tasty. The ambiance was an upbeat restaurant serving all three meals. With a bar and TVs to watch sports and news. Give them a try when you are out that way.

Located on Hotel Cir by Atwood Hotel along Interstate 8. Plenty of parking and near many hotels. I came here because I wanted a good Angus Burger, but this place has such a big variety of food items such as 'Pizza, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, breakfast, and dinner plates'. I tried their 'Crust Burger' which is served with fries. The burger was delicious! The bun was perfectly toasted on the outside yet soft inside. Their fries are so yummy, seasoned just right. For dessert, I had their 'Carrot Cake' which went perfectly with my meal. That was one of the best carrot cakes I've ever had. The restaurant is clean with a good atmosphere. Full bar with happy hour from 2 pm to 6 pm. I ordered To-Go and waited about 20 minutes for my meal. Service was great. Shout out to 'Brenda' who was very welcoming and friendly. She offered me iced water as I waited for my food. Overall, I had a pleasant experience here and will definitely return to try their breakfast as it looks appetizing.

Walked in to a wonderful Saturday brunch experience with the most wonderful server ever - shout out to Vera and her absolutely gracious and welcoming personality! We had the Mediterranean Omelette, Two Eggs and Sausage and the Agave Cream Soda. The meals were generously portioned with great flavors and fair pricing. We loved the retro modern vibe in the bright space. Vera checked in on us often with a bright sunny smile and topped up our soda and coffee, always checking if we needed anything else. Perfect service at a perfect venue. We will be back for sure Crust Kitchen!

Restaurant definitely has been around for years as it looks and has a nostalgic vibe, and can use quite a few upgrades. There is a bar and TVs, music was good and not too loud. The service was all right just thought it a little out of sorts as they didn't want to take your drink order unless they took your food order so if you're thirsty, you're gonna wait a minute it. Food came out in a recent amount of time. Presentation was fine and the food tasted good, as we really enjoyed the buffalo chicken fries the chicken is fried, both salads were nice side portions as well as kids chicken tenders. Had the carrot cake and it was delicious.

For our last night, we had reservations at a fancy rooftop restaurant overlooking the ocean... but after spending the entire day AT the ocean and being absolutely exhausted, we decided to just walk to CRUST KITCHEN which was adjacent to our hotel. It was PERFECT for us! Our friendly server gave some recommendations and we ordered two of them, definitely pleased with the decisions. Hubby had a lemon chicken and I went with the Paris burger. The flavorful piccata-esque sauce was on the side and I used it to dip his unwanted vegetables. (Haha) They were nicely cooked, soft enough, but still had an al dente bite to them. He enjoyed every bit of his chicken which he declared tender and well seasoned. My Paris burger was perfect! Cooked medium well, brioche bun, caramelized, onions, mushrooms and Gruyère cheese all deliciously worked together. I thought it would need some kind of green to cut the fat, but somehow, it didn't taste greasy at all. The fries were crispy and the beers were cold. Crust Kitchen was a good choice for certain!

Great experience Our server was very welcoming Chicken sandwich (crust chicken sandwich) Was great (4/5) Cooked well. Chips kinda sucked. Preference would be fries or something softer. Mac n Cheese fries were okay. (3/5) tasted like a loaded potato more then fries since they became soggy. But decent. Plenty of seating. I would definitely return.

The food was delicious, & the ambiance was welcoming and the owner was kind. My only issue was we felt forgotten once we got our food. I tried to get a water refill for 20 minutes to no avail and ended up taking my table mates as she had something else to drink.

The napkins I used to soak up the oil before I ate. Four napkins.

I ordered the corner beef eggs benedict and it was great portion size, flavor but two thing that didn't sit well. The eggs were supposed to be over medium but they were fully cooked instead. The amount of oil on the bottom of the plate was obscene. I tilted the plate to pool on a corner and I used four napkin to soak up most of it. Service is amazing, location for me is great. If it wasn't for the eggs and oil I would have given a 5. The service is worth the visit.

It's got the decor, chairs, and art to match. Jessica was our server and she was amazing! She gave us lots of suggestions on what to try and what is on the menu since it was my first time here. She recommended the bloody Mary flight so did grab that to try! We also ordered the biscuits and gravy to share and orange juice. The portions are so large! So I am glad we decided to share the biscuits and gravy but let me run down each thing. Bloody Mary Flight: Honestly every single one was amazing. My favorite was definitely the pickle Mary! Everything tasted so delicious and was garnished beautifully. Well worth the 22 dollars. Biscuits and Gravy: Absolute perfection of comfort food. The biscuits were so fluffy and well seasoned. The gravy was also soooo good, just like my mom makes. The sausage in it was also cooked so well and juicy. I've never tried mashed potatoes with the biscuits and gravy but it worked very well! Orange Juice: Not a fan really, not pulpy enough and I wasn't a fan of the flavor. Overall this is definitely a must visit! I will definitely be back.

The parking is get in where you can fit in on the street but it wasn't difficult. They have indoor and outdoor seating in the back. Our server Ulises was great which he immediately greeted us and was very attentive even with the Father's Day crowd. I decided to try the rib and eggs and I have to admit, I was very happy with my choice. The ribs were lightly sauced with a thin sauce that worked well. The meat was tender and had great flavor. I just didn't like the grass they put on top!lol The eggs were okay. I added cheese but I barely had any compared to my friends. The cantaloupe was a nice sweet treat afterwards. I tried my friend's meal and they were also good which they also enjoyed their meals overall. I also tried a one of the Bloody Mary flights which was the only tequila shot with pork skin on top. I do not like savory and spicy drinks but that particular shot was decent and was hot sauce for the pork skin. Overall, the experience was nice and the food was good especially for the value.

Upon entering, we were directed to seat ourselves by the bus boy so as we proceeded. The server abruptly stopped us in our tracks and kind of rudely told us that he'd be with us and to wait. As he approached to seat us I informed him that the bus boy told us to seat ourselves and the server half jokingly asked who so I pointed to him. As for the food, we ordered sandwiches and fries. I got the turkey and brie sandwich with grilled onions and it was real carved turkey (so good). Unfortunately, the fries were soggy and not crispy and fresh. BFF had the Cubano sandwich and it was a good size but they put a thick piece of ham steak on it along with shredded pork that wasn't seasoned. He claims his fries were good and fresh. The ambience is cute, very clean and plenty of seating indoors and out for such a small restaurant. Prices are reasonable, too. 3.5 stars for food, extra star for the service…read more My friend and I came for dinner on a Friday and Anthony took SUCH good care of us! The place was empty on a Friday at 7 which was weird, but the decor and ambience are really very nice. Anthony was friendly and energetic and gave very enthusiastic descriptions of all the menu items. He was attentive and kept our drinks full and crumbs cleared, but the flow of the meal was relaxed which was good because there was so much food in the four course prix fixe. Another example of the excellent service was this: the sun was in my eyes and I mentioned it but they didn't have blinds to draw, so Anthony went and found a large umbrella from the patio and moved it until it blocked the sun, watching my face til I was no longer squinting. As for the food: The sourdough was delicious and the herb butter really elevated the already great bread. I had the pork belly appetizer which was a generous portion with the frisée and other greens on the side too. The fat was well rendered so it melted in my mouth with wonderful caramelization and crisp edges. It was sweet but also tangy with the kumquat slices on top. The sumac popcorn was a fun and unusual addition and altogether I would highly recommend this appetizer. My friend had the gnocchi which was a bit dense but I loved the mushroom flavor and again, it was a generous portion. Very cool variety of mushrooms in it and the truffle wasn't too much. I chose the little gem wedge salad which came with the most wonderfully crisp guanciale. The cubes were so light and crumbly-crisp they seemed like they were freeze dried. The buttermilk blue cheese dressing was excellent, and my friend's Cesar salad was very authentic and looked great as well. I was starting to get full at this point so I started saving room for the short rib main, but the portion there wasn't overwhelming. The honey cornbread was sadly my favorite part here as the meat was not as tender as hoped and could have used more bordelaise. After the appetizer and salad (and I don't even usually like salad) the main was only so-so. For dessert my friend and I shared the s'more which sounded like a must, and the blueberry cobbler (crumble?). The s'more was delicious though more a mousse than a s'more as the marshmallow aspects (inside the mousse and the sauce as well) were not strong in taste and didn't really get across the marshmellow idea. Maybe if the sauce was thicker and torched more like a meringue but it tasted more like a cream sauce. The crumbs were very tasty and I loved that the chocolate portions were not too sweet but more bittersweet which helped with the richness. The blueberry dessert could have used more of the crumble as that was the best part, but it was pretty good. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the cocktails as well. The blackberry cocktail was our favorite of the two we tried and we stuck with that one. One thing to note was they had changed the menu so that more of the items on the menu were upcharges for the prix fixe, so the value was not as good. The original price was enough of a deal that it did draw me more to trying this place. But overall still solid, though given the stiff competition in San Diego for fine dining it's not high on my list to run back.

We went there for dinner on a Thursday night and it was honestly just mid…read more Taste 2/5 Menu 2/5 Service 4/5 Value 2/5 We ordered a Caesar salad, the gnocchi in the Bolognese. Caesar, I understand if there was a little bit of anchovy taste, but it was really fishy Bolognese was actually pretty good pretty decent. It came with pulled beef and it was over top of a skillet that was kind of bread, but you couldn't really eat the bread because bread was so tough but it's not like they're trying to use the bread as a bowl to hold it in because they put in slices at the bottom that would leak all the juices anyways, so it was kind of a waste that itself was $28 Kids pizza it was two out of five kids weren't too keen on it Gnocchi the server did a good job for running us if we like mushrooms or not, but we didn't really realize the extent that it was that much mushrooms. It was pretty much a bowl of mushrooms and some gnocchi. Definitely a flavour overload. Restaurant was cute nonetheless
