I've had Crustees a few times now thanks to their booth at the Beverly Hills Farmers Market. It's so good, I keep coming back for more of their pot pies. The flagship chicken pot pie is probably my favorite of their offerings! It's the perfect combination of chicken, veggies and their homemade chicken cream sauce and the crust. You'll understand why they are called Crustees...it's just unreal and is so well balanced with all the interior components. Second favorite is the curry chicken, also loved the shephard's pie. I really think you can't go wrong with any of their savory options. Get their bigger sized pie as then it's the perfect portion for 2 people to share for a meal. And for $10-13 a pop? Crustees Eatery is fire~!!!

I finally decided to try one of these. Very delicious. I was a bit skeptical about the price for the size of the pot pie( but overall I am satisfied

I recently tried this place for the first time before leaving for a flight and the chicken pot pie knocked me into a beautiful food coma. I had the biggest craving for such a long time and I'm so grateful Crustees exists! I enjoyed a cup of their turkey chili and their chicken chili! I am pleased at the options for chili! Both were amazing, the turkey one seemed a little spiced but it was AMAZING. The chicken chili was great but my preference is the turkey one for now. The chicken pot pie was perfect, the crust made it a full circle moment and it is a perfect serving for just one. I inhaled it before I could get a decent photo of its presentation, vegetables were cooked to perfection and the actual inside of the pie was so warm and seemed like it was hugging my stomach from the inside. I also enjoyed their corn bread which was a little dry but it was still plenty flavorful. I did go back recently for a birthday desert for myself, I'm not a cake person but I LOVE pumpkin pie and I was so excited to go back for a mini one as my birthday desert! It was delicious! Cherry on top for sure. The two times I've visited the staff has been very welcoming and also helped me set up a rewards account that I absolutely will be adding points to. There's a nice sit down section outside but I prefer dining inside if anything, seemed very clean and organized but not too much decor which is fine because the food makes up for it. The only thing I would add as a negative is they do not accept cash payments. I understand cashless restaurants are everywhere now but I really would've appreciated the cash payment option.

$8 for 4 bites, total waste.

Banana Pudding :( It's described as "classic" banana pudding, but there's absolutely nothing classic about it. First taste, immediately tasted that horrible boxed flavor, way too sweet and located ZERO bananas. I haven't tried anything else, first time and I'm not impressed. For a small intimate spot, why can't the time be made to make this so called "classic" truly homemade, especially for the price? That dessert tasted assembly line manufactured without a care in the world.

From the outside welcome to Crustees

Crustees is great I had a craving for a pot pie ona cold rainy day. Diane( who serve in the military and thank you for your service) talked me out of my PJ's to come down and get a Chicken Pot Pie. I went down there and didn't get one I got a Curry Chicken Pot Pie and Key Lime pie. As a self proclaimed Key lime connoisseur it was great. The pies have very fresh ingredients seasoned perfectly also the crust is amazing I see how they get the name Crustees. It was so good I came back today to get some chili and ended up getting the chili cheese pot pie and another key lime pie. This is my new comfort food spot.

ok so hear me out.... this place has the best thanksgiving pot pie, peach cobbler, jalapeño cornbread, and banana pudding... hands down... ALL in one centralized place. the older black lady who works here is the sweetest human being i've met at the front and she offered samples of the gumbo cause i was apprehensive in ordering it i wanted to gate keep this place, but i keep taking my friends here or picking up pies whenever im on slauson. truly a GEM - parking isn't too bad on the side street. ambience is neat but tiny. it's more a grab & go than sit down!

I got a sausage bbang, a chocopie, and a dalgona latte. The sausage bbang was soggy on the bottom and honestly tasted like it was from the day before. The chocopie barely had any filling, just a thin layer of marshmallow and jam. It honestly felt like they used most of the marshmallow for their Dubai choco cookie because it's probably more profitable, instead of properly filling the chocopie. If that's the case, it's better not to sell it at all than serve something like that. The dalgona latte was also disappointing. With ice, the drink only filled to the bottom third line of the cup marking. Clearly, they skimped on the milk. There was also a weird moment when I paid. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the food was delicious. Employees like Theron are a huge part of what makes customers want to return. Bottega Louie is lucky to have him on their team. He truly deserves a raise, for the level of service he provides. Thank you for making our first visit so special. We will definitely be coming back!

came for brunch on a saturday w/ a reservation and was seated right away…read more our server was great, super kind and helpful. he gave us a fresh piece of bread that was still warm and butter which was a nice surprise! the le pancake is a super fluffy souffle pancake w/ a sweet strawberry syrup and a chantilly cream that was light and fluffy. the croque madame was a delicious savory brunch item. the room was on the dimmer side and i think could have used a little bit more lighting. the interior decor feels elevated yet simple and the desserts are a beautiful display. i came wanting to try the desserts but decided not to b/c of how expensive it is. until someone tells me its the best thing they've had, i'll hold off on boutega louie desserts for now
