Been to a few of their locations. Reasonable price and friendly staff, but I can make a better breakfast at home. Not bad....but not good.

A little lacking in decor and setting, but consistent. The rule of "What can you really do to breakfast," still holds true here. The servers are nice, only thing is it's cheap diner coffee. If they spent a little I'd be glad to pay it, and I wouldnt always have my coffee at home before going. Owner is nice and comes out to say hi. Love this place for breakfast! Haven't been for lunch. Of course, it doesn't hurt that we are huge Steeler fans. Even so, our food is always served quick, hot and delicious. It's a shame that our waitress was so terrible because the food was really good. Sat forever watching table after table get their food from their much better waitresses. She was so disorganized and scattered getting other tables all out of order. It took so long to get her to ring us out I actually walked next door to get cash just so I could leave. Have always been a C's fan, but service during breakfast this past Sunday morning was terrible. C's seems to be bringing in young employees to meet staffing needs (maybe expanding too fast?). No doubt staffing is a challenge in a resort town, but having a server tell you he only has two weeks left before going home was like being served by an inmate awaiting release.....and his lack of effort and attention showed. Hoping owner will refocus and return to former excellent experience. Despite bad service, food was good so kitchen still has their act together. read more

Came from out of town and decided to go here with the family. The food is very good, simple, and has good prices to go with it. My son is a picky water but liked the eggs and waffles. I like their junior menu. So cute. Def recommend it especially if you are a Steelers fan.lol I personally am not but I won't hold that against them because I like the food here. :) read more

I love New Symrna and I love C's Waffles. I have not had such as delicious breakfast in a very long time. I am picky about food and service and they do a great job. Almost every staff member is very polite and helpful. The kitchen is clearly well organized and gets food out in a reasonable amount of time even if they are busy. However the most important thing is how tasty and hot the food was. I didn't give it five stars because the environment and decor is not particularly luxe like at a fancier brunch place but it doesn't matter because the food is 5 star. We went once based on the reviews and went back the next day based on the food. I had completely different breakfasts and I can't say which one I like the most. They do a great job! Congrats to the management there. I would give anything to have a place this good for breakfast in Miami where I live. read more

From beginning to bitter sweet end, our entire experience was great! Service was extremely thorough and professional, food was excellent! Ordered the Waffle-O-Breakfast which the menu stated as a "crisp golden brown waffle" and it was just that! Perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully light and fluffy on the inside, seriously THE perfect waffle. It came with eggs which I ordered scrambled, 4 strips of bacon and I also ordered a side of plain hash browns since yelp had raved on them and was overly pleased with all of it! Our waitress Michele was very sweet, helpful and kind and I can say the same for the entire staff who seemed nothing but happy to have us. Prices were great, two of us ate well for under $15. Only complaint which I had seen on yelp previously is that the chairs were sticky...the rest of the place looked very clean, so cleaner chairs would be an improvement but that is it. Will absolutely return!!! read more

Soooo good !!! We were so glad we came here for breakfast while on vacation in NSB. The Big Mess,Veggie Mess and Southern Mess were really good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We requested a substitution on one of the orders and got it without any problem (or added cost) We shared a waffle appetizer and it was perfectly light and delicious. Its a good thing this place isn't in my home town.... Treat yourself to a delicious bfast and go here. There is also a nice souvenir shop next door. read more

Ate a fabulous breakfast this morning. Hubby had "The Southern Mess" which he loved. I asked them to change up their menu from a Southern Fried Steak breakfast to chicken - which they did without a blink of an eye. The owner even came out to talk to us about where to watch the world cup finals. read more

Food was pretty good, only complaint is seniors receive a 20% discount on a Wednesday. I clarified that with my waitress. I received my check, no discount! I mentioned it to the waitress, she took the bill to correct it, or so I thought. Check came back, once again no discount! Waitress already ran it through my bank. Again I mentioned it, she apologized and gave me a coupon for $5.00 off next time I come in. I did not like this transaction at all, being on a fixed income, every dollar counts. I was visiting friends in New Smyrna Beach and really enjoyed breakfast at this restaurant! The atmosphere is classy and my server was awesome. We went late and did have to wait about ten minutes to be sat because it was a full house but when we got to the table our server was prompt and so was the arrival of the food. Everything tasted awesome and for how busy it was I was impressed. Being that it is my first time, I am very impressed with the food. Great food even better quality. Crisp Bacon, Delicious Hashbrowns not undercooked like most places, over easy eggs were great and waffle was great... My folks ordered off the senior menu and loved their omelette and biscuit which was cut in half and grilled... And the buckwheat pancakes were great... Overall one of the best breakfasts I've had, ever! Honestly! Servers were attentive and friendly, and price was very reasonable... Chef walked around to ask if we were happy which was nice to see too...I think they could chart 1.00 more per plate and not lose a customer ...
