Out of all of the countless Culver's establishments I have visited, this has been the cleanest, fastest, and most guest friendly one yet. After ordering 6 meals along with a line of customers, the staff who were clearly trained excellently delivered the food to our table in under ten minutes. After discovering that two burgers were bacon-less, we brought up the issue to the front counter which fixed it quickly by giving us A) The missing bacon B) a scoop of custard (berry cobbler is the best I have had so far). arrived at 9:10 pm. young lady at counter had back turned to us. we waited 3 mins before she turned around. could not answer questions regarding food and acted like it was an inconvenience that we were there much less ask questions. Horrible attitude. when she spoke she looked down and whispered. I did ask her to repeat, which she did but not with any more volume or clarity. The burger Patty was crispy and as thin or less than Krystal/White Castle Patty...and Crispy! The ONLY person with personality and professionalism was the young man collecting the trash. As we were leaving, the young lady was laying on the back counter where the food is placed on trays or bagged and her coat was half on her...on one shoulder and down to the elbow in the other side. what happened to teaching these kids how to have great skills? I used to like Culver's but tonight was a complete disappointment. The young lady taking my order was unhelpful. I asked for a roast beef meal with the sides and the sides I asked for she said they didn't have, okay - not a big deal. I couldn't see the other sides so I asked her what they were and she told me to read the screen. Lol. I'm a mother and if my daughter said that to a customer she'd get a nice lesson in manners. First time eating a hamburger and fries. Inside the restaurant it's super clean. The employees are really nice and friendly. I had one of the 8 snackpak meals. This Culvers is currently being unfairly affected by the roadwork on the 98! You have to keep your eyes peeled so you don't miss your turn...I will have advice later in my review if you DO pass it ;) Upon entering I was immediately greeted by the guy with the headset behind the counter. We live in the neighborhood behind Culver's and haven't been there in the last several years because it probably was awful last time but needed a quick meal tonight and decided to try it... well let's just say we didn't have a meal between a bite of chicken sandwich and burger one fry and half an onion ring we had to throw it all away. Did not experience any of the frustrations encountered by those previously during the pandemic--service was very friendly and swift. One of the best fast-food hamburgers on the market and great fries as well. Even for a Saturday lunch on the final heels of Spring Break, the dining room was plenty spacious and the layout afforded more privacy than similar burger restaurants. I have a love love hate relationship for Culver's. Love the food. Love the custard. Hate that I am so weak to deny the need for Culver's. When I lived in Texas I frequented Culver's and now they have made their way to Ga and Fl! Highlights are the butter burgers (buns are buttered). Go for the double since they are thin patties. Custard is great and one scoop will hold you over. They always have vanilla and chocolate and then a flavor of the day. Onion rings are crispy and hot. Diet root beer on tap and optional gluten free buns! Not your average burger place! Husband likes fries but I am not a crinkle fry fan. But he says they are perfect! We always go to Culver's when we are in Destin. At least twice! Best burgers in town, and ice cream.

I gave a 5 star rating 6 weeks ago and I am now changing that score to a 1. I do this to hopefully get management's attention. My last two visits have been awful! I always order the single deluxe burger. Over the last 4 weeks, both times the burger was cold, the bun was stale (hard as a rock), minimal toppings such as pickles, no lettuce either time and after taking only two bites each time, I had to throw the burgers in the trash. This restaurant used to be a "go-to" for me. I will give it one more try in a few weeks. If the quality hasn't returned by my next visit, you can cross me off of your "loyal customer" list. read more

Never had a bad experience at any Culver's in the Midwest or in Texas. Happily, we can add Destin to that list. Their food is dependably good, always fresh, and the service is always pleasant. This is fast food, yes, but it is definitely a step above. They have a large variety of food to choose from: burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches, chicken nuggets, soups, salads, and even meals. I had their pot roast meal last night and it was seriously delicious. I've tried a variety of their items over the years and have always been pleased with my meals. Crinkle fries? Yum! And their chili is some of my favorite. I particularly like getting a grilled cheese with a cup of chili. Drool. This was particularly delicious on a frigid Wisconsin winter day. Now I'll be enjoying hat combo on a never frigid day here, lol. But happy to have hat option! This restaurant is newly opened. The employees are gracious and prompt - always with smiles on their faces. Plenty of seating (some outside as well), and they aren't afraid to crank the a/c to keep you cool. Prices are comparable to any other set food restaurant. Meal prices are slightly more but are totally worth it for the value and quality. Example: My pot roast meal last night came with a huge servicing of pot roast on a slice of bread and covered in gravy, a roll, and two sides for $8.59 (no drink included). Excellent experience for both adults and kids. The food was OK, but nothing was signature. The best part was the dessert...OMG. It was smooth, deliciously creamy and so worth the calories. We all have not stopped talking about the sprinkles. The flavor and the fact that no matter how long it sat on the cold ice cream it remained crunchy. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich plain, one melt and onion rings. Told to pull up to wait. Watched over 20 cars come and go. I walked in twice to find out what was going on. 30 MINUTES LATER, we got the food. They said they had been waiting in the 6 onion rings they gave us!! The sandwich and melt were now 30 minutes old and dry. The onion rings overcooked and dry. They passively apologized and gave us 3 coupons for a free scoop of custard. We will NEVER go there again. I was in a rush and asked for an original, fries and ice cream to go. The ice cream was REALLY GOOD but the burger was just meat and bun, no sauce no nothing else, I could not eat it... This Culver's is garbage. So is the one in FWB. Everything about the staff is lackadaisical and slow. They don't care about the food. Put everything together sloppy. Not fresh at all. My absolute favorite fast food restaurant ever!! When I moved to Destin from Wisconsin, besides my friends and family of course, one of the things I missed most was Culver's! There is one in Navarre so every time I drove out to Pensacola I would go there. My husband even took me there for Valentine's Day thinking it'd be romantic haha. Imagine my excitement when I heard this one was being built in Destin!! The butterburgers are seriously the best. I've asked around to see where I could get one to compare (before they built this Culver's) and people had suggestions which i tried and nothing compared... and finally custard in Destin! I'm obsessed. I haven't found any other place even selling custard, let alone Culver's custard. They make their own root beer too, which is delicious. The service is good too! I could not believe the rudeness of the staff and manager. They messed up our entire order and kept telling us it was our fault. I waited an hour for them to get it right and still ended up leaving without all of our food. I wish I could allow myself to write this review in its entirety but I don't want to get upset again. Being from southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois I was stoked when Culver's opened! We don't live in destin but it's always on my stop list for a quick burger. Today we decided to stop and eat in. So I wanted fries, curds, all of it! So I had to ask 'do you have separate Fryers for seafood and fries' because of a terrible seafood allergy I have. They don't :(. So I was stuck with the overly salted mashed potatoes to replace my normal order of fries.
