Came here during Tet (Lunar New Years) and the traffic getting here was ridiculous!! But once we were in the parking lot there were luckily a couple spots open. The line was out the door so I appreciated that they had the option to order online. It took about 20 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my drinks. I got 3 drinks for $20 total, ranking from least liked to favorite: the Banana Matcha Latte, Ube Foam Vietnamese Coffee, and the Pandan Milk. I don't know that I was hoping for in the Banana Matcha Latte. The matcha was just aite, I prefer a heavy matcha flavor and this wasn't it. I like banana flavor in general and was hoping for like a banana milk taste, but it was underwhelming. Probably would not order this again but it's because I'm particular about my matcha drinks. The Ube Foam Vietnamese Coffee was good! The coffee was strong, and the Ube Foam was good, not too sweet or overpowering. My favorite was the Pandan Milk (which at the time there wasn't a milk tea option when ordering online, but I see now they have it! The tea would have made this drink so much better IMO so I'm glad this is available now) The Pandan flavor was distinct, 50% sweetness was a little too sweet for me so I let the ice melt a bit add it was perfect. I feel like if it was milk tea 50% sweetness would have been great since it would balance a potential bitterness of the tea. I liked how all the drinks were customizable in sweetness and ice levels. BLUEBERRY FRAPPE!!! EGG COFFEE!!! Y'all need to get with it and come here to Da Vien if you haven't already. We popped in on a very busy Sunday afternoon. Although the line seemed daunting, it moved quite fast. They do have a kiosk where you can order, so if you're paying by card, you can do so there. I saw that they offer a few varieties of Bingsoo, and my natural instinct immediately wanted the mango one. BUT!!! My little eyes wandered over to the other menu board where they spotted the Blueberry Frappe! **GASP!!** I knew then that I haaaaad to get that instead. I was not mad or disappointed. It was everything I had imagined it would be. I forgot to ask for a lower sugar level in all of my excitement, but I did make sure to ask for oat milk instead of regular milk. My friend's Egg Coffee was perfect. It's his fave, so he has nothing bad to say about it. The service was fast! I have to hand it to the workers. They were all moving and getting orders out as fast as they could. I appreciate the efficiency and their efforts to deliver a superb flawless experience. They do have some casual seating available inside, but it was limited. They also have tables and chairs outside, so that's a good option if you want to catch some good ole vitamin D. Parking on Bolsa can be challenging in general on the weekends. We've gotten a few coffees here but several of their drinks run a bit too sweet for me. I'd definitely request less sugar next time!
