I got a large blizzard and added 2 extra i toppings and I go to the other DQ in town that's closer to my House and it always takes care of my gf and I they even know my order when I get there (2 lrg blizzards with reeces, butterfinger, and cookie dough) anyways I go to this dq order the same thing and I don't even have toppings in the last 3rd of the ice cream like WTH It was pure ice creamat the other DQ I've almost had to ask for less toppings because they hook it up so proper. The food at this Dairy Queen is pretty good (in my opinion it's the better of the two in Eburg) but I don't know that it qualifies as "fast food". The wait can sometimes be a bit on the long side and if it's busy that wait could be abnormally long. I visited knowing service would be slow. With that in mind, I did not expect to spend 23 minutes in the drive thru for a mini blizzard ( there were 2 cars ahead of me). As many other places across the campus I think this has been the worst customer service the two working in the front today 10/13/24 are taking orders with such poor attitudes, rolling their eyes, just letting the food ice cream sit on the counter because there calling numbers but failing to give everyone there receipt so no one knows which order is which, my sundae sat about 10 minutes with the feast of flys touching it, so threw it away, there was a elderly man in there asking the difference between a malt and a shake and the guy taking his order was being very rude to him. Went in for a blizzard the 3rd of July. They were pretty steady with business but the drive through was still moving pretty good. When I got to the window for my single blizzard I paid and the individual handed it to me. I asked why they're not flipping them anymore, because even the board says upside down or it's free. The individual proceeded to tell me to flip it my damn self because he's a little busy right now. I told him that there's a coupon for those that mention it not being flipped even though it's a private store but he shut the window after saying he didn't care. We stood at the front counter while four employees just kept working and not once did any of them ask us how we were doing or would be with us in a min. Took my son here for lunch after going to the dump. Ordered from the $5 menu and easily got our money's worth. Drinks were made and put on the counter super fast and the food was brought to our table with everything we needed. We didn't have to go back up and ask for ketchup or napkins. Nicely done. While there eating I noticed how the workers took extra good care of the customers. Asking if they wanted water refills or extra napkins, etc. We will be back next weekend. read more

Aw..... my memories of Dairy Queen from childhood is that they were the first to have this new fangled invention called "soft ice cream" with a swirl. Came here while waiting for laundry. Had a Strawberry Sundae. Typical Dairy Queen product. Parking lot is too small to accommodate an RV. Also, have to drive over a small "hump" to get in the parking lot and my rental car "scraped bottom" so let's not try to take RV's into this place. read more

So disappointed, as it WAS a nice Dairy Queen, even though they rob you (close to the freeway, grab those travelers!).. After spending $23 for 1 fish sandwich (soggy bun, no cheese, ratty lettuce), 1 chicken strip basket (ho hum, soggy limp "toasted" heel of white bread), 1 small blizzard (the only thing "right"), and here's the kicker a "large" onion ring (to the tune of $4.39)..well, the large onion ring is now "6-8 rings". I went back around through the drive through thinking they had packaged a small by mistake. Nope! I went in, talked to the manager who couldn't care less, he refunded my money and pretty much was walking away as I stood at the counter. This is by far the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I've spent over 10 min waiting at the window multiple times.. I've been at the window for so long now I decided to download yelp just to leave a review. You'd be better off driving across town to the other DQ. Orange Julius used to be my favorite thing in the world, back when it was in malls etc. I don't know if it's Dairy Queen in general, or this one in particular, but they ruined it for me. It all started on a nice brisk June evening, when me and a friend were craving some julius smoothies. We pulled into the DQ drive thru line and waited about 10 minutes before ordering. We each ordered a Julius one with a banana. It then took about 5 minutes to get tot the window. (15 minutes total now) we waited at the window, watching the lady talk to another employee and then decide to make our drinks. She took about 5 minutes to put the ingredients in the blender. This included slowly and I mean very slowly slicing the banana, because apparently a blender won't do that for you? Then finally we received our drinks and paid and the lady didn't even say "sorry for your wait". Seriously took 20 minutes or more for 2 drinks. read more

Place was busy the staff was unprepared and the food was abysmal.
