I went in asked if they could take me for just a routine oil change , the tech said absolutely pull around back and we will help you out. I said thank you and he replied-Glad we could help. I went around back where I was guided in and each one of them were so so so sweet. They run that location VERY VERY WELL. Each one of them knows their role and each one of them was on point. I've here a few times and every time I'm amazed at how quickly and efficiently the team runs. Robert and Jason looked over everything in my car and were able to quickly check my fluids, lights, tip everything off, change my air filters and they even helped with my wipers which had been set wrong by the windshield company. They answer questions completely unrelated, give advice for where I can get my starter checked, they know cars and they know the local body shops for things Valvoline doesn't cover. Andrew took care of my Oil change while the guys were taking care of the rest of the car and helping to tighten a lightbulb that loosened. All in all, I was out of there in 22 minutes including the wait time, two biscuits for my dogs and a coloring pack+ crayons for my toddler. We don't go anywhere else!

I immediately called and let the sales advisor know, and told her I would be back to have it redone. It took me a month or so to get back, and I purchased a new set of tires, so I asked for them to be balanced again. The service writer was very kind and said, sure no problem," I will even ask the technicians to clean the wheel weight stickers of your rims". I thought that was great. Well I went to go pick up my truck this time, and I asked if the techs cleaned the rim, and the adviser assured me they did. I asked to talk to the tech that did it so I can tip him. As we walked into the back, the technician exclaimed. " I don't talk to f$^&& customers." I let that go, and tipped the 2 techs that worked on my car anyway. After I left, I noticed my steering wheel was still off. A day later, I started hearing a noise from my right rear wheel. They had not tightened my lugnuts on the wheel at all, I was able to remove them with my fingers, I also noticed the wheel weight sticking had not been removed as I was told. After a week and a half calling corporate, the district manager reached out to me. Apparently he thought my, and my family's safety was funny, as he basically laughed at me and this situation on the phone. I don't even care about being refunded at this point. I just want to let people know that having your vehicle worked on here can really result in a safety issue, and No-one at ANY level in this company cares what horrible work is going out their doors. Be careful! Update: Well the nightmare never ended. Finished paying the forestone card off and closed the account. Never got a card. Horrible customer service from beginning to end.

She called AAA, and they were also unable to fill it, so they towed it to Meineke in Beverly. It was near the end of the business day, so she figured they'd get to it the following day. What she didn't know was that the shop would be closed for the following four days. The next morning (before we knew that Meineke was closed), I had called and left a message on their voicemail. Then we learned about the closure, so my daughter started to figure out how to get her car towed elsewhere. However, to my very pleasant surprise, Chris from Meineke called me back. Apparently, he was catching up on some work during the closure, and had a mechanic on emergency standby. I described the situation to him, and he said he'd see what he could do. The next thing we knew, Chris and the mechanic, Paul, had thoroughly checked the bad tire for leaks, checked the valves on all four tires, fixed the valves on two of them, topped off the fluids, and checked and inflated the spare tire in preparation for the long drive ahead. All without requesting any compensation at all, on a day that they weren't even open! This saved my daughter considerable aggravation, time, and money. It was truly above-and-beyond. A heartfelt thank-you to Chris and Paul for helping us out of what was shaping up to be an all-day stress event, and for reminding us that there are such wonderful examples of professionalism and kindness out there.

I gave the shop a second attempt to balance the setup but they failed. Kevin insisted that there was in issue with my wheels and that he sees it all the time. I went to town fair tire, they checked the roundness of both wheels and tires. Town fair tire discovered one of my wheels was out of balance causing issues. $200 wasted and 2 trips back and forth to pickup my car from this place when their tire machine has issues. Before going to town fair tire I ordered a new set of Nokian tires from Sullivan through their call center and was going to mount the new tires on my stock wheels and tires (as suggested by Kevin). 1 day after placing the order I get a call from Kevin saying not to come in for my appointment I setup with the call center, and that Kevin will call me when the tires come in. Well that never happened, it's been 3 weeks, approaching 4 weeks. I've gotten lots of tire services and inspection stickers done at this location and the Watertown location. I'm taking my business elsewhere now. I would also appreciate a refund since they never got the job right.
