I love how refined their menu is, not overwhelming; yet there are three different combos you can choose from (which I shared with my boyfriend). I swear the places with the smallest menus have the best food! Their food is delicious, even down to the pickles! Like seriously, what pickles are they and why are they so good? Second time around, and it seems this time they got their spice levels correct. The reaper definitely is a kick in your pants, but it's still flavourful, crispy, tender, and moist. The only thing holding it back from a 5 star review is they forgot my bread with the tenders. And they added 4 extra sauce containers and 3 ketchups which I didn't need. I would've given this place a 5 star because it's absolutely delicious and the staff was really nice, also very clean inside. But The reason I can't give it complete stars is because anytime you turn a place into a food production chain they skimp out on the ingredients. The chicken tenders are huge! And the slider is a full on chicken sandwich. The price is very good considering how much chicken you get. We got the light mild seasoning and it was very spicy for me. I am kind of a lightweight though. I didn't have another option unless I would have chose no seasoning. They need a level of spice for lightweights. I love paprika and it was covered in a lot of that, but there had to be some cayenne pepper in it also. Thus the 4 stars. The light mild was so spicy I thought they made a mistake and gave us a higher level of hot, but the tag was posted on the box. This looks like a fun place to work. They play really good music. Pulled out my card to pay with it but changed my mind to pay with cash, and had the girl (who I believe was new, red headed girl, very sweet) accidentally push my order through with no payment. The girl was a bit lost on what to do but in less than a minute, a team member helped out to show her how to fix it. Great teamwork and a slight mistake that normally would take a decade to get someone to stop what they're doing to help show the ropes, took only a minute. Loved it. Used the online ordering system when I went, skipped the line (it was huge) and walked out with my food, to the confusion of the waiting bystanders. The food is amazing, wholesome, and the chicken is better than anything else I've tried in the area.
